One reviewer reports help with an older system that had turned rogue when the previous installer would not help, while others report prompt contact with the electricity company, certificates and quick fixes to app or technology issues. One reviewer says teething issues with apps or technology were dealt with rapidly, and another reports that the installed system matched MCS power generation estimates.
Personable service with attention to detail. The array has been working great! Would hire again for any upgrades when needed.
Selected Joe to install 36kw of solar capability across an East / West roof split with 36KW of battery storage capability. He installed a Tigo optimised solution which allows for differential shading of the panels & a SigEnergy Inverter and battery which provides for seamless switching from external power to battery in the event of a power outage. Very capable installer, nice clear contract paperwork, and delivery of what was promised. The solution is matching the MCS power generation estimates
Adding to the growing list of 5, should be 6-star reviews for Joe - truly the maestro of battery systems - as well as everything else already written, Joe is the expert you need for problem solving when older systems have turned rogue but the previous installer cannot or will not help. Our new SigEnergy system purrs along perfectly thanks to Joe - the boy is a genius - hire him staight away!
Joe is an excellent electrician. He is a consumate professional with an eye for detail. He recently installed a Sigenergy battery and gateway for me .The battery is installed outside and is designed to work in all weather conditions. He also connected a immersion heater to the system ,so I have unlimited hot water in this current sunny weather. (I use for my exccess solar). I now have instaneous back up if there is a power cut . Highly recommended...
Joe and company are a very professional and knowledgeable organisation. The system installed was exactly what we wanted and works really well and very competitive in price. The after service including gaining certificates and correspondence with electricity company was prompt. Any teething issues with regards to the apps or the technology have been addressed rapidly. I’d highly recommend Joes service. Thank-you.
