Daniel and the team were professional and carried the installation out to a very high standard, very respectful of my property and needs from start to finish, highly recommend company.

My experience with this installation was far from smooth. It was disappointing that the installation appeared to begin without everything required being available on site. Just to confirm it is not my responsibility to make sure this happens. My biggest concern was the battery that had been supplied by a third-party supplier (the electric centre ocean way Cardiff), The electrician, who was an employee of the installation company, identified that it appeared to be a used battery that had been repackaged. He pointed out visible scratches and that it wasn’t even secured properly inside the packaging. Thankfully, he refused to install it and arranged for a brand-new replacement. Had he not spotted this, the battery could have been installed at my property, which seriously affected my confidence in the quality control process. To give credit where it’s due, the electrician was professional, honest and thorough throughout. Once the replacement battery and additional materials arrived( they arranged same day delivery as the battery was out of stock locally) the team worked hard to get everything back on track and completed the installation within the promised timescale. The workmanship appears to be of a good standard, and I appreciate the efforts of the installation team to recover the situation. However, the issue with the battery meant the overall customer experience fell well below what I expected. I hope the company reviews its quality control and pre-installation checks, particularly regarding equipment supplied by third-party suppliers, as no customer should have to experience the issues I did. I also received a follow up call from wasim regarding the situation with the battery and he assures me that the problem was not taken lightly - he also will arrange some football tickets to be sent due to the issue and problem with the battery which I appreciate thank you

Nicky and James was a consistent point of contact throughout and always responded promptly, regularly checking in to keep me updated. The staff who visited my house were all polite, professional, and friendly, which made the experience very positive overall. I have really enjoyed learning about the benefits of solar panels and are looking forward to seeing the long-term results. I would highly and strongly recommend Altum. Special thanks to electrician Dane — he was amazing, highly professional, extremely skilled and did an outstanding job. Tidy work, explained everything clearly, helped with downloading and setting up my ecoflow app. It was a pleasure to have him on site. I'm so pleased with my new solar set up from Altum. The whole process took only 2 weeks from consultation to completion of installation. 16 solar panels, gateway, inverter and battery. The scaffolding company A2B, werr great guys, very fast and efficient but also careful and respectful. From the moment Ash knocked on my door, Wasim with his drone and consultation plan and Nicky who kept in touch about everything at every stage, to Lewis who fitted the panels and Danny the electrician, the process was so smooth and everyone so friendly, professional and hardworking, it was a real pleasure to watch them work. Danny especially kept me informed at all times and was very chatty and easy to talk to, explaining everything clearly and open to any and all questions. The disruption in the house was limited and all rubbish removed. The app is mesmerising, I could watch it for hours, seeing the electricity flow from the solar panels to the battery, the house and the excess to the grid. The after sales service seems great so far too. I would highly recommend Altum for anyone looking to install solar power in their home.

Had the smoothest experience from the first chat with Phoenix at the door to the surveyor and to Danny the installer. Even scaffolding were extremely considerate. Took few hours longer than expected for install to finalise but 100% worth it.

We hadn’t fully considered this while working from home, although this is just a minor point and a personal observation.
