We tried another company who after a brief visit by 2 people said there was nowhere suitable for ac. We then contacted Custom Heat. Tom surveyed and said it was no problem. Exactly one week later the unit was neatly and professionally installed (in constant rain!) and works perfectly. WR8.

I have been very impressed with Custom Heat; from the engineer that came to service our boiler to the installation engineer, Jack who was fantastic. We thought we would be left with a mess after the new boiler was installed, and we would have to redo all the tiling, but he did such a neat job, you can't even tell we have had a new boiler. He cut out all the cupboard and then put it all back together, along with the tilling. He was so friendly and professional and very competent. We are delighted with the boiler and the smart technology, controlling it from an app on our phone. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you :-)

Waited around at home for half a day for a quote, and they were a no-show. No call, no text, no apology. We always got our boiler serviced with Custom Heat, but we’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Custom Heat have been consistently excellent throughout my time using them. Since moving to my home in Bilton, Rugby, 12 years ago, they have been doing all of the service work on my heating. I had a failure of the boiler that came with the house and they came straight out and tried to repair it but it was beyond rescue. They fitted a new Worcester Bosch a couple of days later and they have been servicing it since. The engineers are always extremely polite and very clean and tidy. I haven’t had a single complaint and would highly recommend them.

We live in an old Edwardian terrace house with a very old fashioned and rather outdated central heating system. When this suddenly stopped working last week we feared the worst having been let down by central heating engineers before. However, the reception staff handled my enquiry quickly and courteously and soon dispatched an engineer - Paul - to assess the situation. He quickly diagnosed the fault and, although he wasn't able to replace the faulty part straight away, left us with a work-around so that we had heating and hot water while the necessary part was ordered. A few days later a second engineer - Damien - arrived to install it for us and in a short while our heating and hot water were back up and running again. From the initial phone call to the successful completion I have nothing but the highest praise for Custom Heat in Rugby and its polite, reliable and extremely knowledgeable staff.

The Engineer came has done the service. But say need a part for the boiler. He will let us know. But no news about that, over a week now.

Whilst the engineering work following a recent run of problems with our boiler has been excellent, I cannot say the same of the booking system. The AI they use has twice now made a booking, confirmed it via text, but the booking does not appear on Custom Heat's system. I don't see the point of a booking system that does not allocate jobs to engineers.

Most engineers have been excellent and having AC has been a god send this summer. The installation cost was competitive but having had the units installed a couple of years ago I have been very taken aback by the annual service cost, which is incredibly expensive for a couple of hours work. Not having it invalidates your warranty though so it’s not something you can avoid.

Despite the rave reviews on Google and Trustpilot, my experience has been appalling. Scheduled an annual service of our air source heat pump which has been serviced annually by another company. Big mistake. When we turned the heating on a few days after the 'service', it started up and....stopped. A little tepid water in the pipes from the system that couldn't make it to the rooms. Bottom line...the engineers didn't check that the heating would reach the room and HEAT. Called them back. Return visit had lots of scratching of heads. They tried calling the office for advice but, as it was 4.30 on a Friday, nobody there. Theories ranged from the electrical controls being on the fritz to the heat exchange plates being clogged up or even calcified (we're in a soft water county). I had to chase the office multiple times to get some diagnosis and action plan. Umpteen promises (after me calling them) that they'd be back in two weeks to try pressure washing the plates which would take a full day's labour (no heat for this period and my wife is disabled) but still no date confirmed. They even proposed that the exchange unit might need replacing if it's calcified but still haven't been able to come up with a cost and lead time. Then... after being told 'no charge for the follow-up visit as it's linked to the service' I get an invoice for £70 this morning! I called again this morning to challenge the invoice and ask what's going on. I'm awaiting resolution but, honestly, I know it's busy season now as people turn their heating on, but, based on this experience I can't recommend anyone to rely on either engineers or central office of this supposed 'specialist' in heat pumps and feel the need to warn others. Maybe I've just been unusually unfortunate and there are many happy customers, but winter is coming.

Just had a new gas boiler fitted by Lee who was a very professional and friendly person. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Nothing was too much trouble at all for him. He fitted the boiler and then spent time showing me how it works. He also explained what to do if things go wrong. By the time he left l was fully understanding my new boiler. My new heating system in Barford was fitted by your team Liam, Beth and Caleb and headed by Tom Newcombe.My house was not easy as it is split level but Tom took great care to work out how the pipework should be positioned so that nothing showed.A very professional company which I shall highly recommend.

Came a day earlier than booked with a courtesy phone call. Friendly efficient service.

Had a boiler service on Friday. Engineer came out and serviced the boiler. After he left we noticed that the boiler was constantly running. We tried turning off the heating and hot water but couldn't get the boiler to stop running. Called Custom Heat but got the AI bot. They have not called back. After some trial and error we figured out that the engineer had left the boiler in test mode and so it wouldn't switch off. We took it out of test mode and it runs as it should. But still no call from Custom Heat.

I wanted air-conditioning units installed for my holiday rentals and Worcester Bosch directed me to Custom Heat. They have been a pleasure dealing with and were actually exceptional! Each step was a 5 star (apart from their weird Ai assistant who calls - I’d prefer a human when I’m spending thousands ;) ) The installation was slightly more complicated than planned but the technician nonetheless got on with it and did a fantastic job! I also have Worcester Bosch boilers in all my properties and am certain that if anything goes wrong through the years all will be sorted quickly and efficiently.

William sorted out where the knocking noise was coming from on our water system . Very polite and informative about the problem. Identified what is needed to solve the issue and has started the process..A friendly person.

Custom Heat came to service our air conditioning system. With 3 units. CEZAR was amazing he was thorough, efficient and super friendly. He answered a couple of my questions and was just fantastic. Highly recommend Custom heat the booking process was simple. They arrived on time just excellent.

Although the representatives are polite, the culture of this company is not problem solving but customer exploitation. First visit left me with what seemed to be a working oil fired system but rapid water pressure loss was ignored despite me pointing it out. I believe this caused damage to my boiler. Further work at twice the cost failed to solve it. A final quote of nearly £700 had me walking away. I got it fixed for a lot less by a registered oftec person who was scathing of the lack of diagnostic work.

We had an AC unit fitted on 3.6.26, the mechanical lads did a brilliant tidy job. Had a bit of an issue with the electrical side of the installation but this was quickly resolved. Thanks Martin, Jack, (sorry forgot the third guys name😞)and Ellis the electrician. KRO.

My old boiler broke down and I've chosen a new one via the Bosch FastTrack website. As they are normally subcontracting different companies, I was very happy that the work was assigned to Custom Heat. They were very communicative and prompt with the whole process and the engineer James Edgar was brilliant. He phoned me the day before to arrange a start time for the next day and the installation of the boiler was very professional and clean. It's been almost 6 months since my new boiler was installed and had no issues at all. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

A very positive experience. Today we had our heat pump serviced. Niall arrived on time, updating us on his arrival time. He serviced the external unit, checked inside water tank etc and then discussed his findings at the end. I would definitely recommend Custom Heat for a heat pump service.

James Lawson visited to repair the Worcester Bosch boiler and he did a fab job to have it repaired in no time and have boiler working. Really good service. Highly recommend !

Superb service, we had Jack Mead as lead for the install process, new boiler, 8 radiators and various other bits. He made the process seamless, communication was top notch. 8-5 everyday. Nothing too big to solve. Also a really nice guy, easy to talk to and guided through the process. Would use again.

I have used Custom Heat for 12 yrs or so now. Always very good service and prompt attendance. I have just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed following the demise of my 16yr old one, and as expected great service. Carl Southern attended promptly, was polite, hard working and very tidy. The new boiler was installed without any problems and I am very pleased with it. I would certainly recommended this company going forward.

Custom Heat Ltd is a fantastic company even when you call you get a quick response. The engineers Ian and Ty were very professional and incredibly helpful, polite and kept the area very clean. They even took the time to explain the readings which really helped us as we then felt that we knew that our boiler was safe and working to its best potential. They even enjoyed my coffee so a win win situation!

Recently had an engineer to service my boiler. Received excellent service. He was friendly and I really liked that he was informative on what was an advisory. Will definately use their services again. Oh yes the price, quite reasonable.

It took a few appointments to fix our problem but all the different engineers took their time to try to fix our boiler and left us each time with hot water and heating even though it wasn’t completely repaired. Our final appointment was with Jacek who was here for four hours trying to get it to work properly. In the end it was fine and he checked our system thoroughly. It is still working well, thanks Jacek and team.

Unfortunatly not the best experience from my perspective. My Valliant boiler started playing up and so CH were called in to diagnose. They found the diverter valve was not working and so my heating was switching on when the hot taps would run. They also found that pre heat was setup and so that was also interferring so they turned it off. After diagnosis the order for the new part was not picked up by the office so i had to chase after a couple of days, they said they weren't even aware . After the diverter was replaced the hot water started playing up again but they dont work on weekends so i ended up fixing it by turning on pre-heat again and having to go back into the loft daily to turn the boiler on/off. I let them know the issue and they promptly sent an engineer who said now the flow sensor was faulty!! He said he would let the office know but that's been 2 weeks so i've got someone else in now. The engineers are all good but overall customer service is unrelaible and so i won't be using them again. Fairly expensive too and they wouldnt provide a breakdown of their costs.

Dan and Tom N did a great job fitting and securing the bird cage. They initially installed one provided by custom heat, but then took the time to collect a replacement with a much nicer, more aesthetically pleasing cage that matched the house. Very efficient and friendly service

Custom heat were 5 star from the time of quote to having the boiler fitted. The 2 lads that came were professional, friendly and completed the job with no issues. Happy we have a new boiler, competitively priced cant ask for more. Will be using custom heat again for some other jobs we need doing. Highly reccommend

Excellent experience of using Custom Heat. We moved into a 1920s home with a cloakroom that was bare, uninspiring and without any flooring. After a DPM job on the floor, we hired Custom Heat to box in the pipes, fit a traditional electric radiator and the new fixtures/fittings. We can take the credit for the look/feel and decorating, but the brunt of the work was completed to a great standard by Custom Heat.

In summary, very expensive and not a great experience. I asked custom heat to do my boiler service a year ago, at the time I mentioned there was a leak in the boiler since the base was corroding with small amounts of rust in a corner. The guy said everything was fine and did the service. This year I get the message from custom heat saying boiler service is due, and even though I felt a bit hesitant using them again the reviews persuaded me and I was in for a treat! The leak had gotten a bit worse now, so I mentioned it again and I also asked to get a quote for repairing/replacing 2 taps in bathroom due to low pressure. So the engineer said he wouldn’t do the boiler service because apparently it was unsafe, took 40 minutes to type up an email back to head office to request a quote for the parts and taps, even though it took him about 5 minutes to look at the boiler. So they charged me a call-out fee and an extra 10 minutes for a total of £120!! All for just typing up a freaking email on his phone and to make matters worse, he was very pushy for me to buy a new boiler the whole time, even though it was only a plastic bit that needed repairing, these engineers must be on commission??. The quote for new boiler was 3.5k, the repair was quoted at £500 and the taps at £600!!!! The taps which can easily be found online for £40 each. And even more comical, I asked if the service was included in the £500 bill, it was not so that would be an extra £120. The least they could have done is said the boiler service would be free with the repair. Anyway, paid my bill, found a local engineer who came out same day, took 5 minutes to check the boiler (didn’t charge me for the callout), did the repair for £250, I asked about service and fixing the thermostat properly to the wall, he said the service would be free since he already had the boiler apart and didn’t charge me for fixing the thermostat either. I get a bigger company has more overheads, but this is ridiculous. They care more about your money than providing a good service. Do yourself a favour, save some money and support your local community by using a local gas man.

As usual, service just happened First engineer had a longer job to complete but was well informed rebooked and all well. Engineer with good knowledge and good customer rapport.

I booked to have a new boiler fitted 6 weeks in advance only for Custom Heat to cancel at 4pm the night before because another job ran over. I was a little annoyed but I know these things happen, booked in for when I had another day off work a month later. I had also asked by email for a fire to be capped off which I was told that the engineer would be able to do it on the day of install, apart from they sent an engineer who didn't have fire qualifications so couldn't do it. Custom Heat have since quoted me £146 to cap a gas pipe, which is very expensive. Install was mostly good, apart from the engineer was short of a meter of condense pipe and would need to come back, in that time a radiator was also leaking after the install which wasn't previously and we had to top up the pressure every day on the new boiler, luckily we were shown how to do this because it took 6 days for custom heat to get back to finish the job, I had to call twice. Edited to add- Custom Heat offered to cap off my gas fire pipe for free and the engineer was very good, did a great job. Thank you

Am extremely pleased and grateful for an engineer's visit yesterday to attend to some outstanding work in the house. He was cheerful and very competent and completed the work with the backing of thought and much experience. It is always good also to have all solutions explained in detail - very well done to the engineer and all at Custom Heat

Great for servicing boilers. Sadly they use an AI bot to make and receive calls. Loved getting a call I knew nothing about and having a bit ask for my phone number to call on. Called back and after 10 minutes arguing with the AI it said offices are closed. I can't support a company using AI in place of people hence the low review REPLY AFTER THEIR RESPONSE - If that's the case why did it call me 3 times? It asked my name, my phone number and then asked why I had called. You're using it for confirming appointments so it's not just "Out of hours" and if it is then why are you using it to call customers?

Very courteous engineer who advised why my air source heat pump system wasn't working and explained how he'd fixed it. Sadly shortly after he left it stopped working again.

Exceptional service throughout - from getting out to us on the day our boiler broke to fitting a new boiler for us. All the guys were prompt polite and very helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Booked via WorcesterBosh fast track for a new boiler - good communication and the fitter was excellent - found a problem with the mains gas supply which meant the boiler couldn’t be commissioned (not the fitters fault) but arranged for the local Gas network to come out and resolve the problem. The fitter returned the following day to commission the boiler. All in all an excellent service given the problems which were outside of their control and would highly recommend

2025_10_17 Niall came and serviced the 2 year old Wooster Bosch boiler. Subsequently noticed hot water took an age to run hot. 2025_10_29 Engineer came and fitted new sight gauge - hot water still taking ages to run hot. 2025_11_17 Tom came and identified the hot water problem. All three engineers advised me by mobile of their arrival within the given time-frame and completed the tasks knowledgably, efficiently and tidily. 2025_11_21 Engineer coming with replacement pressure sensor to hopefully fix the hot water problem.

Custom heat have been reliable and quick to respond to issues. Simon was great when he came out to sort out low pressure on the new boiler.

Excellent service provided during my recent problem. Customer Services answered promptly and were very helpful. Booked an engineer for the same day who called when he was on his way. Ethan was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue with my heating system straight away and fitted a new pump which was on the van. System was back up and working very quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend having a Custom Heat plan.

Thermostat installation quoted at £379 - that does not include the thermostat just the 20 minute installation…… I have found a more local company to me that will do exactly the same install and care for £98 Awfully expensive - not sure why!

It was only my two yearly boiler check but the whole service was excellent.

Used Custom Heat for years. Recently moved and unfortunately the old boiler which is still good could not go on a contract. Still got CH to service and like usual they did a good job. They even alerted us to the fact that although this boiler has been serviced for years by others a mandatory recall on something had not been applied. We'll look at CH for heat pumps when we change next year. So used CH for years alright.... and with good reason.

Called to check shower unit not working. Swift response, polite and courteous as always. Have Always had good service. Problem quickly identified and replacement part arranged for fitting. Would recommend Custom Heat.

The work and customer service was excellent the fitter we're on time every day and kind men they done every thing i asked and gave me better options and we're to put my ac unit very pleased with my bosch insulation.

I called Custom Heat for a heating breakdown and I was so impressed at an appointment made for me for the next day. Their engineer Niall was super while at my property. Overall great service and fast response especially during winter months when they will be super busy. They came highly recommended and with the service I got I can see why.

The problem is still to be resolved but I am pleased with service so far.

I'm sure glad we called Custom Heat. Our heating had packed it in. Wrong time of the year. Custom heat ended up having to come 4 times, but they sorted out problems both with the system and problems caused by cowboys. Now, the entire house feels right. No drafts, cool spots, overly warm spots, just comfortable, just like you want your house to feel. I'm hopeful it will save us money this winter too.

Custom heat has been a lifeline for us. Have a very old boiler and they have helped us a lot. Especially last winter when everything froze. This year our boiler gave up so we are getting a new one this year all sorted by custom heat.

Good service. Engineer arrived when expected and phoned to advise us he was on his way. Explained what he was doing and what the problems were and fixed them.

The engineer who visited us on 7th November did an excellent job on servicing our boiler and water tank, as well as giving us advice about thermostats and an additional radiator in the house.

I have used Custom Heat to install an Air Source Heat Pump with a full 12 radiator upgrade and subsequently an Air Condition unit. I have returned to have a new thermostat control on my Air Source Heat Pump, which wasn't on the market when the system was originally installed. I have been delighted with their service on each occasion, and the engineers have all been courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and arrived on time as advised. After my initial experience I have decided to use them as my preferred supplier for this type of service and haven been delighted with them on each occasion.

Our boiler broke down on a Friday. I rang the company who manufactured it and have repaired and serviced it since it was new. The guarantee had run out, but I was happy to pay the full price for the repair. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to turned out to be like Rosa Kleb from the Bond movie and set out how she was going to punish me for ringing up. The initial call - out charge was going to be extortionate - £400 no less with a very short guarantee period for the work. I declined, went on the internet and rang Custom Heat. The lady who answered was delightful and not only said that they would come and mend the boiler for a quarter of the previous quote, but said that they could fit us in on Tuesday. The engineer was friendly and efficient and the boiler was working fine in no time. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with the service provided by Custom Heat. Last year they installed a new boiler and we were impressed with engineers Ty and Ty (affectionately known as “Big Ty and Little Ty”), for their impeccable workmanship and friendly banter. The office called us in ample time this year to arrange the first service in September and also called us on the day to let us know when the engineer was just 30 minutes away. Once again engineer Ian could not have been more helpful, friendly or considerate and didn’t waste any time in getting the job done. We’ve recently had four air conditioning units installed in our home and hot water system renewed. Right from the off calling Customer Heat they took their time to understand what my needs were, listened to my own uninformed diagnosis as to what was wrong with the boiler/immersion and had some one out to me in a very acceptable time frame! The chap called to service my Gas effect stove. He took one look at it and said he couldn't service it. I asked why and he said it wasnt a gas fire! I said it was and he was surprised! So he had obviously not seen this type of allicane before - therefore not adequatly trained to undertake the work. I gave him the Servcie manual for the stove. He didn't follow the suggested service procedure. He said he had finished but he had not even got to step 3 of the process. I asked him to follow the documented process, which I hope he did. I didn't stand over him but left him to it. He also he didn't know how to use the remote control for the fire. I had to explain. He thougt it was faulty, which it isn't! This further reduced my confidence in the sevice. So I have very low confidence in the work carried out and will not be asking Custom Heat to servie or work on the appliance again.

One year after new boiler installation, i received a reminder of service due. The engineer that came was friendly and professional, clearly adhering to Covid recommendations and explained a couple of things that I was not aware of. A good all round service. Annual reminders and services carried out for last 5 years by polite and efficient staff.

Installers Ryan and Caleb were very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. They travelled a long way to get to my house but always arrived early, and stayed late to get the job done. They kept me up to date day to day on what they were working on and planned to achieve that day. They worked hard, and were tidy and respectful of the home, certainly better than other tradesman’s I have had in the house. I am happy with the Bosch aircon installed. The install took slightly longer than originally expected but was a non-issue to me. The kick-off for the install was longer than originally quoted during my sales process via Worcester-Bosch, a separate company; 1 week vs 4 weeks lead time. Happy and would recommend this company to anyone else interested in aircon. Thanks for the time and efforts to the installers.

I have used Custom Heat twice so far. On each occasion the engineer arrived promptly, having phoned to confirm the time on the day. The first call was to fix a leak; the second to re-pressurise a solar thermal system. Each time the work was completed efficiently, and both engineers were careful not to make or leave any mess. I now intend to book an annual service plan, on the premise that prevention is better than cure.

I have used Custom Heat for several years for boiler services and bathroom improvements. I cannot fault their professionalism and customer service. 2 Engineers came diagnosed what they thought was the fault ordered the part. After fitting still same problem another engineer came ordered a pressure switch, fitted that and removed the temp sensors fitted previously, put old ones back in worked fine so invoice amended. Impressed with the service from the initial phone through to the invoicing. Would highly reccommend Custom Heat.

Custom Heat fitted a new boiler for me in January. From the outset the impression I had was of professionalism and customer care, even as far as wearing overshoes to protect carpets every time they entered the house. All of their staff were courteous and helpful and the installation was problem-free. I had what I thought was a problem and an engineer was sent out the day after I reported it. It turned out to be my ignorance of how the system works but no blame was assigned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Heat to anyone thinking of buying a replacement boiler.

Had first ever boiler service, the engineer gave me a quick cal on the day to give me a 20 minute heads up prior to arriving. Once here she was professional, quick, efficient, clean and overall perfect. After service she showed me photos of the service and explained everything as it was our first ever boiler service. Very happy with service, same day visit. Oil boiler service, new oil pump and gasket fitted to resolve leak. Once fitted, the pipe in was loose so leaked, however Custom Heat sent someone out same day to tighten and resolve the issue, can’t complain and would recommend.

I had arranged for the boiler to be serviced by another company but they couldn’t do it because the overflow pipe was too small. It had been fitted a few years ago. I rang Customer Heat, they came within a couple of days and serviced the boiler. Payment was easy. I will probably have them again next year.

I recently had Air conditioning installed at my home. X2 indoor units. 1st day was 4 guys all of them where very punctual, polite and great workman. There was an issue with supplied quantity of trunking and colour. The guys went out of there way to get the correct items at very short notice so the install could still go ahead. Fit and finish is of a very high quality. Working in a hands on industry myself you tend to notice the minor details which most do not, and the installers did not fail to impress! I would highly recommend to anybody!

I’ve just had my boiler serviced again by one of the best ever service engineers from Custom Heat in Rugby. Ruby has to be one of, if not my most favourite of engineers to visit my home. Not only does she do a great job in servicing my boiler & btw last year she was ready to give birth, when she came and did a great job then. But she engages with you and is such a pleasure and easy to talk to. What an amazing woman you are. Custom Heat, she needs a mega wage rise and a promotion. I think she’d be great as a team leader. She’s certainly an excellent role model. Hopefully I’ll get you next year, unless you’ve been promoted. Thank you Ruby, and thank you Custom Heat

We chose Custom Heat as they were local to us and they had very good reviews. I have to say that we were not disappointed. From the initial meeting of Sam that came out to quote us for replacing our broken Oil boiler to Cameron that came to fit it. All of the team did a great job and left our home clean and clear of tools at the end of each day, they even used slip over cover shoes when coming inside our home. A great team and great job- we will continue to se them and take out a service plan for our heating system.

Couldn’t be happier with the air conditioning installation from Custom Heat. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The site survey was done via Zoom, which was very convenient and the quote very reasonable. The super-helpful lady who coordinates the installation team’s schedule is a real asset to the company — friendly, kept me updated and made sure the installation time was convenient for us. Lee, our engineer, and his colleague were especially skilled and the quality of their work first rate. They took great care of our property, cleaned up after anything made dust, protected carpets, walls etc and apart from the new indoor unit, you'd never known they’d been here. The Bosch air conditioner is very good, we have a couple of other units from a competitor brand, but we’d notice that manufacturer had cost-cut their products a bit, but the Bosch system is overall a high quality system. Custom Heat fitted our replacement ASHP and they have done a fantastic job. Jack, the main fitter was knowledgeable, professional and completed his work to a very high standard. Dave who completed the electrical installation was informative, dedicated and very competent. Under Jack’s guidance even the apprentices were highly motivated, especially Liam who work tirelessly to finish his tasks. In summary a five star service from a five star team and company.

Recently I had my shower refurbished with a new thermostatic valve, the tile grouting repaired and the silicone sealant renewed. The quotation was created very quickly and work started the next day. Upon completion, the shower was very clean and looks like new. The engineer was prompt, polite, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Custom Heat for this type of work.

Simon and his apprentice came out and serviced our boiler and cylinder recently. From booking in onwards we were treated to excellent customer service throughout. The engineers are top notch and really know their stuff. My house was treated with respect. Shoe coverings were worn inside the house and all surfaces were covered with protective coverings. The engineers arrived within the specified times and even rang when they were ten minutes away. The whole service was carried out efficiently and quickly. I chose to use Custom Heat as they are a local, well established business. My dealings with them from start to finish, was painless, they are responsive and very amenable. I had some teething issues with my EV Charger, but David came out to me several times and spent time with me trying to resolve the issue - which we did eventually! It was for this exact reason that I chose Custom Heat over other providers that were cheaper, but I knew the reputation of Custom Heat and was willing to pay more for their service as I wanted to ensure the after care was there should it be needed. I highly recommend Custom Heat to anyone who wants peace of mind over initial cost.

Booked a service on Monday , they were here Thursday morning, service took about 1 hour , all for a good price , excellent service .

Warranty work carried out on our 4 year old Worcester boiler. Problem identified, part ordered and repair carried out within 4 days of initial contact. We were able to continue using the boiler during the 4 days so not inconvenienced at all. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by their excellent engineers.

Our Custom Heat chief engineer came back to audit our boiler yesterday after weeks of delays to look at two possible valiant minor fault codes. The boiler was working after a recent full service the week before. Within 24 hours, it's now totally stopped working. Just paid the £120 service after it's been finally serviced [yesterday]. Now, worried at whatever the cost to fix or replace the boiler. Left with no hot water or heating... Just before the weekend. Call this a coincidence 🤔 Not Happy, not happy at all. 😡

Chris and his engineers specified and fitted a Worcester Bosch hybrid heat pump system for us last Autumn. It’s been up and running really well since Chris came himself to troubleshoot a fault, based, we understand on an error in the installation instructions. The install itself was carried out with care. It involved running a new gas and electric supply through our Victorian house. Communication was generally very good although it took a chance conversation to discover that the heat pump had not been configured to produce hot water. I would have preferred to have been informed of this decision from the outset. These technologies are cutting edge. I think we’re all learning slightly as we go along but Custom Heat are on the front line doing sterling work. Highly recommended.

Contacted Custom Heat when we had a problem with our new boiler. They were friendly and efficient and we had an engineer out the next day to look at it and they have arranged for a new part to be fitted under warranty. Very happy with the service.

I have been really reticent to publish a poor review, however there are real problems with communication and organisation with this company. Their engineers repeatedly turned up without the right equipment or unclear exactly what they should be doing. The whole thing took twice as long as it should have. I think that things would have been better had we been local to them, because the travel was a real issue for them, too. Hence them leaving us with a leak they had caused for a long weekend. Having said that, Martin, who fitted our system (pretty much single-handedly) was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job. And Darren, who came to patch up the damage caused by the leak, likewise, did a great job. So my three stars are for them!

I am delighted with the work that Custom Heat did in my house. My faulty fire is working great now and I am enjoying the heat.

Where to start. Got a quote to have the boiler originally fitted by Custom Heat moved from the loft to a mor accessable cupboard on landing. We were given a favourable price and told it would be a one day job and to expect 2 fitters, arranged for January 29th which was cancelled due to lack of manpower. Rearranged for February 5th to expect fitters between 8 & 9 am. One fitter finally arrived at 9:45, saying he'd had to wait at merchant for parts ??. Job didn't get done in the day by the ONE fitter who said he'd be back after a doctor's appointment the next day. When he finally arrived at 15:10 the next day he said the office had him on another job, which meant we had had no heating or hot water for almost 24 hours - outdoor temperature below freezing. He finally finished about 8:00pm. He did an excellent job and was polite at all times but if there had been 2 fitters as we were told and the parts had been ready maybe the job would have been finished in he one day quoted. Needless to say we were disappointed, it was not at all the type of service we received when the boiler was originally installed.

I’ve been with Custom Heat now for 4 years on a very competitive gas care plan. Each year they carry out a full boiler service and check the entire system. They offer a fast call out service in the event of problems. As in previous years I was invited to book an appointment on line, on the day William, the engineer, phoned advising his time of arrival and carried out the service and checks answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Custom Heat and feel very reassured that their expertise is only a phone call away.

Brilliant service! Oil Boiler replaced. Reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and really nice chaps. We live very remotely, they turned up on time, the job was bigger than they thought it would be, but they worked until it was done. Very friendly and what I was dreading turned into a stress free experience, plus there were no added extras to the bill, which is always a bonus!! Cleaned up well after themselves, left absolutely no mess, would definitely recommend!

Not good. Had an engineer visit 17 December for a quote for a new boiler and still nothing 4th January. Did the worcester bosch fast track as boiler was 26 years old and always needed repair.

Ordered and had fitted an exterior Worcester Bosch oil boiler and Custom Heat were very professional from start to finish. Overall good value for money as well so have booked them for future servicing.

Can't praise them highly enough. UFH had issue day before Christmas Eve. People on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. They followed up and called back when they said they would and squeezed in an engineer visit on Christmas Eve. He gave us a temporary fix to ensure we had heating for Christmas. Highly recommend them.

We have been a customer for 4 years now and, until this week, have not needed them except for the annual boiler service. Then, 2 days ago, our system started tripping the electrics. Called them at 10am and their engineer arrived at 12:30, and quickly diagnosed the issue. New part needed so ordered from supplier. Fitted at 3pm today. Excellent service!!!

Fixed my boiler leak with a new part within a day of it being available

I booked with custom heating because they appeared more credible even though more expensive than most. I booked a boiler service £120 plus Air conditioning service £102 which I thought for a reputable company service was fair enough, The time slot was arranged for Between 12:00 and 17:00 at 14:45 they call and say we’re not Coming today now we will Have to rebook it for another day. I don’t have days available sadly to sit in and wait for cancellations very disappointing.

I will never be using Custom Heat again. Their customer service is utterly appalling and completely deficient in every conceivable way. Since September, I have been trying to book work for my home—now it is December 3rd. During this time, I have been promised callbacks on more than three occasions, only to be ignored until finally securing an appointment with a fitter. This appointment, which had been scheduled for 2-3 weeks, was abruptly canceled less than 24 hours before the work was due to begin. This last-minute cancellation is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. I had taken annual leave specifically to be available for this work, a courtesy that Custom Heat has failed to reciprocate. The lack of respect, communication, and basic decency shown by this company is appalling. Any reputable boiler company would have handled this with far more care and professionalism. Absolutely disgraceful.

Another yearly boiler service completed by Custom Heat, as well as having a carbon monoxide alarm fitted. Todd was very polite and professional, rang ahead to say he was on his way and cleared up after he’d finished. I would highly recommend Custom Heat.

Had a boiler serviced, the technician was very friendly, top marks for popping on some shoe protectors to keep the carpets clean, got on with the job in a professional manner & checked if we needed the radiators needed to be bled. 5 out of 5, didn’t have to wait very long either, booked a next day appointment. The service was very straight forward and efficient, they detected a slight leak above my new boiler which was fitted by another company, were very helpful as to how I should go about contacting them as it is under guarantee.

This company is a life saver. My combi boiler broke down late Monday night. I had no heating or hot water 😫. I am old and have a chronic lung condition so it is very important that I have heating. I phoned on Tuesday and the lovely lady said she would try to arranged for a plumber to come Wednesday. My knight in shining armour Matt arrived and fixed my boiler Wednesday afternoon. Wonderful. Very professional and efficient. It's refreshing dealing with a receptionist who sends you a confirmation email. The engineer arrived and called 20 mins beforehand and even put shoe covers on before coming in the house. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they said they would come out the same day but ended up coming out the next morning. Would still recommend.
