DB Sharp & Sons Ltd

Great install of our EV charger. Ross came out and quoted promptly. No fussing, no sharp intakes of breath just an honest and open assessment of what needed doing followed by a very reasonable quote. Discussed pros of me ordering the actual unit myself (cheaper) but offered to do it if we preferred. Installed within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote. Work completed neatly and to a high standard. Very happy and would definitely use again and recommend!

We have (Inigo Architecture) worked closers with Jack and the team at DB Sharp for a number of years on all aspects of domestic architecture. We have found they are very conscientious, amenable, creative and topping off with a high standard of workmanship. Always pleasant and pleased to help. Well done on delivering a great service.

Installed an EV charger for us. Ross was quick to come and give a quote and installed it without any fuss despite freezing temperatures and a stubborn path.

Legends. Just legends.

We asked DB Sharp for a quote for some work in our loft- an issue with the extractor pipe. It wasn’t a big job but was important to us. Paul came out to have a look, went up, said he would give us a quote. We had to chase and chase and chase, weeks went by, all we wanted was a quote! Phone calls left unanswered, messages left and not returned. Finally, they quoted for work that was clearly unnecessary. In the end, we went elsewhere, got the issue resolved for £1500 less that what DB Sharp quoted us. An absolute shambles!

DB Sharp have helped us build a fabulous family home. Quality craftsmanship, pleasant team to work with, good communication via WhatApp group. The quote was by far the most comprehensive of the three quotes we got in, which is why we decided it was worth going with the most expensive quote. And it was definitely the right decision.

RFQ was sent 2 month ago, chased them 2 times - nothing back since then. Complete wasting of time.

You get what you pay for. Our house project was always going to be a big project, so I decided from the very start that I want to use a company that had experience and man power to complete the build. Every single trade that worked on the house were skilled, efficient and above all real nice people. It wouldn’t be fair to single out anyone’s name as I was happy with everyone. Over the year, there was some sticky moments but I was always expecting that. However we got through it and they delivered beyond what I was expecting. Would I use them again? - yes.

I can't recommend DB Sharp and team more highly. They renovated and added a double storey extension to our house. The house was completely refurbished- new roof, windows and doors, electrics and plumbing. The team carried out the work on our 1926 home in a very sympathetic manner, even making suggestions for small touches which have added a lot to the overall finish. I found all the guys working for DB Sharp extremely trustworthy, reliable and friendly. The work was carried out in the agreed timescale and to an extremely high standard. Communication with the team was great and there were no hidden extras when it came to the bill. I am very happy to recommend DB Sharp to anyone taking on any scale of building work. You will not regret it.

Great service, expertise and skills delivered in an efficient and polite way. Thank you for your help with my house.

Excellent work and very helpful. They refitted the whole of my kitchen and bathroom really well, brilliant job last year.
