AVC One Ltd has mixed feedback. One long-standing client says David went above and beyond to fix a firewall problem and showed great patience, and that responses have always been quick. Two other reviewers report poor experiences: one says AVC One distanced themselves from ITS and refused to attend site when there was a problem, after an earlier installation by ITC was left badly done and unfinished. Another reviewer, using AVC One as a Lenovo repair partner, says they were slow to reply to emails and that a broken Lenovo monitor was still waiting to be collected for repair. That reviewer also says neither Lenovo nor AVC One kept them informed.

We have been a client for years, faced some troubles caused by our serviced buildings Firewall and David went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue, and had incredible patience. We have always had quick responses nonetheless, happy Customers!

Our company contract was with ITC, who installed the equipment. The installation was done badly and never completed. AVC One took over ITS but the experience has been no better, with AVC One completely distancing themselves from ITS and refusing to attend site when we had a problem. We are relieved not to have to deal with them anymore

ACV one act as a Lenovo repair partner. They are very slow to respond to email and don’t bother calling as it’s an answer phone for Lenovo support. My broken Lenovo monitor is still awaiting collection for repair. Neither Lenovo or AVC one appear to care about keeping the customer informed.
