From start to finish our experience with Elcomm Ltd was excellent - there was professional installation, good communication, competitive prices, and the system is already yielding real money. Kalin made the entire process go smoothly, even with the more difficult aspects, and we would gladly recommend them. To start with, Kalin took the time to explain the various options and helped us see which system would be most suitable for our house. We were provided with clear quotations together with projected annual generation and estimated returns, which helped us understand what we were investing in and what return we could realistically expect. Before the work started, Elcomm arranged a professional roof assessment. Once everything was checked and agreed, they organised the scaffolding, roofers, and installation at convenient times for us, so the whole process was properly coordinated rather than something we had to manage ourselves. The electrical side was handled just as professionally. Our meter box wasn’t done to the standards, even it is a brand new house, it needed work done, and the cabling had to be upgraded to the correct sizes. Everything was done properly, with the necessary safety arrangements in place, and once the preparation was complete, the solar panel installation itself was surprisingly quick. The most frustrating part was dealing with SSEN, they were not particularly helpful. Kalin stayed on top of it, followed things up, and kept the process moving. Having someone who understood what needed to be done and was prepared to deal with the network operator made a big difference. Communication was very good throughout. Whenever we had a question, wanted something explained, or needed something checked, Kalin responded quickly. That continued after the installation as well, which was important while we were getting used to how everything worked. We now have our solar panels, battery storage, Solis inverter, and EV charging all working together. Through the Solis app, we can see what the panels are producing, what the house is consuming, what is going into the battery, and how much electricity we are exporting back to the grid. I find myself keep looking into the app often just to see how well it is doing :) The best part has been seeing the difference in the numbers. Before installing the system, we could easily be paying around £180 a month for electricity. Last month, instead of paying £180, we were paid around £180 for the electricity we exported. Considering the quality of the work, the equipment, the electrical upgrades and the support throughout the process, the overall price was also very reasonable compared with the other providers we considered. Kalin was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, you get the impression that he cares about getting the complete system working properly, rather than simply installing the equipment and moving on. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Elcomm Ltd to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage, or an EV charging system.

Really impressed with the service from the guys who installed our Zappi EV charger. The quality of their work was excellent, and they came up with some really good ideas to overcome a few logistical challenges with the installation. They were attentive throughout, clearly took pride in doing the job properly, and stayed much longer than was probably necessary just to make sure everything was fully working and set up correctly before they left. Great workmanship, good problem-solving, and excellent customer service. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
