Приехал на выгрузку. У охраны, на въезде, заполнил информацию о себе, фирме, номер пломбы и т.д. Охранник сказал номер рампы и плотно не подъезжаем (двери не открываем) т. к. на рампе сами скажут, когда подъехать. Несём документы в офис, между рампой 15-16, там скажут ждать в грузовике. 1 час 40 минут простоял до того, как скажут подъехать. Подъехал, загорается красный свет, ключи отдаём на рампу и ждём. Выгружали 21 паллету примерно 30 минут. Потом, как загорится зеленый свет, идём в офис за документами. Далее на выезд и открываем двери, чтобы охранник проверил прицеп.

Terrible place. Couple of hours on the bay to unload a few pallets.

No nonsense. Security tell you what bay. Go on there go upstairs check in. Back to wagon they open bay check seal. You then open doors.

Best use case: professional deliveries only. Not a place to “visit.” Bottom line: efficient, rigid, unforgiving. It does exactly what it’s designed to do—nothing more.

Подъезжаешь к воротам, идёшь к окошку, охранник даёт планшет заполнить свои данные. После этого, говорит рампу (уточнить или открывать двери прицепа), после этого документы на офис между 15 и 16 рампой на 3 этаже и говоришь номер рампы куда стал. Ключи отдаёшь на рампу. Как выгрузят, загорится зелёный , идёшь на офис забирать документы и на выезд, при выезде показать прицеп.

Good place

On arrival report to gate staff. They’ll either put you on a bay or send you outside to park up. Once you’ve done that report to Goods in with paperwork. Up stairs between bays 15&16. Gate staff and Goods in staff friendly and helpful. Yard is narrow so not a lot of manoeuvring room. A quick tip(35 mins for 25 pallets), but was there 3hrs 15 mins. If there isn’t a bay for you to go straight on, they’ll send you back out to park outside(limited parking) then come and get you when they want you.

Less busy in night than the morning

Very good company, the best rate in the area but hard work ( store delivery and also driving in London) , great staff, friendly, helpful !

Cant fault the place at all. Arrived at 19:00 for a 20:00 delivery last night. Straight onto bay 50 and tipped in 22 mins. Out the gates by 19:25. Happy days!!

Надо приезжать с сухим прицепом, могут не загрузить товар если прицеп будет влажный или мокрый после заморозки, мне пришлось два часа сушить прицеп, прежде чем они начали грузить. На паузу встать вроде можно, когда я приехал на склад, стоял грузовик зашторенный с польскими номерами. Нужно им дать свой ЦМР. Грузят быстро.

Not very efficient , unloading staff aren't interested and the office don't seem to understand that drivers don't need to be spoken down to. Not a pleasant experience visiting here. Shunters were most helpful though , thank you to them.

O firma de te i-a și plânsul , ori ca întârzii ori ca vii mai devreme tot stai sa aștepți cel puțin 4 ore și când zic 4 ore zic așa cu indulgenta am avut și 6 ore state la ei , descărcam regulat aici dar pe nimeni nu interesează , nu au oameni sa răspundă de ce se întâmpla cu descărcare / încărcarea , când te duci la birou ești tratat ca ultimul om , și om de serviciu dacă erai , cu siguranța erai mai apreciat … Rușine maxima se vede cât de rasiști sunteți cu Romani , Polonezii sau alte naționalități …..

Time to kill? There's no better place.

Ciasno, wyładunek mrożonki przywiezionej z Francji na bay 51 zastawionej dokładnie pod kątem 90°przez non stop nalezdzajace trucki (collect pustych wózków lub kartonów). Jeśli trafisz w luke i nie będzie w tym czasie pauzy śniadaniowej lub obiadowej, to wyładunek jest szybki i sprawny

Nearly had the nearside of my cab taken out by one of your incompetent drivers at 13.50 on 28.12.21 registration KE19 FLP. He intentionally used the incorrect lane twice in an effort to beat traffic then left me insufficient room on a roundabout to manoeuvre when he invented his own lane. All this less than half a mile from depot so absolutely no excuse for it.

the woman in the office is very racist. he talks badly to the drivers. besides the fact that I lie to you when I say you unload at 6 in the morning then I say as 6 in the evening. totally frivolous and that girl speaks badly. change office staff

Bardzo ciasne rampy, długo się czeka rampę, ale jak już staniesz, szybki rozładunek. Często podczas wyjazdu z rampy, zablokowany przez ciężarówki rozładowujące towar, ubikacja dostępna, ale trzeba obejść cały budynek

Hours just waiting for a bay then hours getting unloaded. Staff suddenly cant speak English when you have a query. Absolutely ridiculous. Look to get banned if I was you.

Hello, So I will leave this review for HGV CLASS DRIVERS if you star in November December hope it will help you. These guys will keep you only for the busy period till the middle of January and then they will tell your agency that you made a lot of mistakes and accidents ( never happened to me and all deliveries 100% accurate! ) so they just don't want you because this company is no busy anymore like in December time. Oh, and transport office people will never give any respect, rude and unprofessional. So that's all from me good luck everyone, and delivering Macdonalds ( dead animals ) food anyway is just not that you want, people give you that hate look when you drive MC lorry.

Good company they just do somethings backwards as far as management goes. But if you want to select and make money this is the job. Good benefits and good money. Everyone is listening, waiting for a chance to fink on you, to make themselves look better. Also always out to find someone else to blame for what is going wrong. Management takes no responsibility, for what is wrong.

Security lads think there military, hard to understand. Send you away to call you stright back, was in and out within 2 hours.
