Emilio is named in many reviews and is described as arriving on time, being professional and doing tidy work. Reviewers mention a quick and thorough service for an EICR test, an electrical safety check and the re-installation of a smart thermostat. One reviewer says Ulex Electrical moved sockets and changed a pendant in a professional and tidy way with good communication. One reviewer reports a poor kitchen extractor installation, and says a fix for a loose socket came with an extra visit charge, which they describe as unprofessional.
Horrible experience, visited 2 times (said I don't have ladder at first time) to install kitchen extractor poorly installed doesn't sort the issue. All he is good at "I charge this much of that service". One of preinstalled socket was loose, called and man came to fix then asked for visit charges on the top of that. Very unprofessional!!!
Thanks for the excellent work! Quick, efficient and highly knowledgeable. All work carried out to a high standard. Would definitely recommend 5*****

Emilio was very professional, arrived on time, with mask (covid 19) . He found the problem arranged a temporary fix and kept in contact with regards to the arrival of the parts required. He then completed the work and invoiced for payment via the web . We were able to pay him online. I would recommend him for any electrical work.
