I recently had my house fully rewired by Switched On Electrical and I’m really pleased. Paul and the lads were brilliant from start to finish, friendly, professional, and very well mannered. They were respectful of the property and worked in a clean and organised way, which made a big difference. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The quality of the work is spot on and everything has been finished to a really high standard. Communication was great throughout as well, which kept the whole process stress-free. Fantastic job all round. I couldn’t recommend Paul and the team enough.

I've used Switched On Electrical twice since I've moved house, firstly to fit some ceiling fan lights. Very reassuring to have a professional service, especially as some of the previous wiring of the old lights was not the best. Ben sorted everything out with ease and fitted the lights to standard and left both bedrooms clean and tidy. We recently had an EV car charger fitted and Paul came around to survey the install, clearly explained what needed to happen and discussed options for fitting locations. Once agreed the quote was emailed and once approved Brad arrived to fit the charger. Another excellent job with a neat installation and tidied up afterwards. Brad also gave a very clear overview of how to use the charger at the end as well giving us piece of mind to be able to use it with confidence. As a former apprentice myself, it was also very nice to see SoE taking on apprentices as well to ensure the next generation of electricians is trained to a high standard. I would happily recommend Paul and his team for any electrical work confident it is being done on time and to a great standard.

We hired Switched On Electrical (Midlands) Ltd in order to change 3 ceiling lights. Everything was very clear and well organised. We received a text in the morning with an estimated arrival time. Ben was polite, on time and very professional. He completed the 3 changes in a respectful manner of the rooms and cleaned after. I would really recommend Switched On Electrical (Midlands) Ltd for any electrical work you need to be done.

I looked through the local “your call” for electricians as I have found the book useful before. After also looking at online reviews , which were all positive. I decided to contact Switched on. I spoke to Dan who was very friendly and helpful . I was unsure what help I actually needed, as I several LED lights go at once and wasn’t actually if there was a bigger issue or just the bulbs? I sent some photos over to Dan, of what units I had and he emailed me back and advised what actually needed. He advised me of the price and we then sorted out a date. I didn’t have to wait long as all, as Dan was aware that I needed it sorted out sooner rather than later. It was also lucky that I am not too far aware from the office. The job was down quickly , professionally and we had a nice chat and he reassured me that there wasn’t any other issues with the lights. All communication was clear , quickly received and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself.

Fantastic service and a great job from initial quote right through to the work on the day and I have complete confidence that should I have any issues they would be dealt with just as efficiently. They changed main circuit board to the house, several lights fitted, new smoke alarms, an electric heater all completed efficiently and without fuss. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent timely efficient friendly service. Highly recommended. What a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I rang and explained the problem, the next day Dan came (arrived on time, text sent before to say he was on his way) and quoted - quotes received & accepted the same day, date fixed for the work to be done. On the day again excellent service - Dan & Brad arrived on the dot (text to say they were on their way) spent the morning doing the job and left the place spotless. Absolutely faultless. I have had work completed by Paul and his team in the past, which is why I asked him to carry out the work again. I've had several, different areas of work needed doing in my house over a period of time, due to other works being carried out. Paul and team have fitted me in-between all the areas of work. Absolutely brilliant company and one I trust immensely. Wouldn't have anybody else to do my electrical work.

Excellent service. Called them at just gone 8am with an emergency electrical problem. They had someone at the house within 35 mins, and the problem fixed an hour later. Very reasonable price considering the short notice too.

True professionals. Punctual and 100% reliable. Paul really took his time to accurately measure and investigate our location for a new cooker hood.

We recently had an electric fire fitted replacing a gas fire. The fitter Ben was excellent quick tidy and endured all wiring from socked to fused spur and fire was hidden Switched on are highly recommended

Came out for a quote the day after contact. Job finished within in a week. Had a new socket in the house and a new socket and light fitted in the garage at the back of the garden. Excellent, speedy work. Thank you.

AMAZING! I have used SoE a number of times to install outside fan heaters, fit indoor lights to an extension and then yesterday... to fix the mystery of complete loss of power to all of my external buildings! I had a rapid response and was extremely grateful to receive a visit the same day which enabled my business to continue running. Every occasion I have worked with SoE the team have been courteous, tidy and literally just lovely personable and skilled people/professionals!

We have used Switched On Electrical several times whether Paul or one of his merry men attend quality of work is excellent.

We needed our outdoor shed wiring up for lighting and power and various odd electrical jobs doing in our house, including additions to our fuse board to wire in new cooker. Paul came out, worked out solution to the challenges that there were and quoted very professionlly. SOE turned up on time & rapidly got through the work with minimum of fuss & mess. Really good value too and no added extra costs. Highly recommended.

I needed an extractor fan fitting in my downstairs bathroom, including boring the hole through a brick wall. Mark came and talked me though the various options and gave me a very fair quote for the work. A few electricians told me it would be a messy job, but Ben and Dan came along, got the job done quickly and well and left the place looking exactly as it did before - no mess. I would recommend Switched On Electrical.

Switched on Electrical installed a new consumer unit and upgraded the wiring to my mother-in-law's shower which was being replaced. Their work was excellent and they are brilliant to work with. They are highly professional and friendly and their quote was very fair. They hit a few snags dealing with the house wiring which is over 50 years old but they overcame the problems without fuss. I can highly recommend them.

We have used switched on electrical for several years for CCTV and domestic electrical work and always found them quick ,efficient and helpful. What more do you need.

I cannot recommend Paul and his team highly enough. In addition to being punctual and personable (things that I have struggled with in previous electricians!)
