They managed to fit me in after a cancellation and I was lucky to be booked in last minute. the engineer was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient and the work was done quickly and to a high standard. It’s rare to find fast reliable service these days and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars all the way! :)

The guys arrived promptly to fit a shower for us. They were very friendly, very polite and explained in detail what they were going to do. It wasn't a straightforward installation, but they were professional and kept us informed with every step. By the end of the job, they cleaned up and left the house as they found it. They are extremely hard working, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ensured that the boiler was ordered, fitted and all the paper work was completed in time at a very high standard considering that it was stationed in a difficult area. Top lad. Called zahir at 8 with a faulty boiler problem, turns up at 9, finds the fault almost immenitly, keeps you in the know with problems and prices, changes the parts and we good to go again. Not the 1st time he has come to my rescue, probably won't be the last. Doesn't mess you around or make up stories. I would definitely recommend him without a shadow of doubt.

The guys arrived at the expected time and soon discovered the problem with our power shower. They were able to source the new pump that was required and completed the work promptly. They were both friendly, efficient and professional. The price charged was very fair and I am happy to give a 5 star recommendation.

Kainoxe Heating & Electrics did a great job of installing my combi boiler. The work was carried out meticulously and professionally by the engineers. Nahier just done today a back boiler removal, old kitchen gas burner removal, new radiator piping fitting + radiator piping change and gas cooker piping relocation, all in less than a day; also he came to do the job exactly when we agreed to, about a week ago. Job done very well, checked and new gas safety certificate issued at the end; also he always came back within minutes on WhatsApp, replying on questions or offering assistance, free of charge. Came out to me today and managed to get my boiler sorted after being left with no heating for a month and having a newborn. Can not recommend him enough!

Five star job- I phoned Zaheer in the morning with a boiler problem and he came to me the same day! (on about the coldest day of the year!) He stayed until 9pm to get the job done, repairing / cleaning parts instead of just prescribing replacements. Lovely guy, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Had my heating checked and some new radiators fitted this morning. Did an excellent job, we’re very friendly and well knowledged and charged a good price. Will definitely be be using again soon!!

Highly recommend Kainoxe Heating and Elctrics Ltd. Contacted them to sort out a couple of leaky radiators I had, and job was completed within a week of contact and communication was spot on throughout. Particular perks for me were being able to send over a video of the job to their whatsapp in order for them to provide me with a quote for the job. They also offered me a time outside of my working hours which meant I did not have to take the day off and job was completed within a couple hours. Most importantly job was done well and radiators operating perfectly. Both Zaheer and Ismail were very polite and professional, and also provided some advice regarding my boiler which was invaluable would definitely hire again.

10/10 in all aspects from expertise, professionalism, honest and genuine guy, Zahir is a top lad he’s did my main boiler install when I was having my house renovated and he showed great knowledge in the type of system I was having and was thorough to explain everything. He also returned to service the boiler after its first year and again he was extremely professional and just a straight up honest and genuine guy…today I had a little hiccup with some low pressure and I called him at about 6pm and he answered straight away and was sooo helpful and helped me resolve the issue and reassured me that worst case he has me covered with warranty/guarantee etc..top marks and hats off to you brotha your doing a great job.. all the best
