This is the company to use if you want an excellent service. We have a Givenergy solar system which generally works perfectly. The problem is successfully be able to make contact with them when required. Because Synergy added a 2nd battery to our system, it meant that we could call on them for help. Lizzie and her team have been extremely helpful & supportive throughout our problems, culminating in a visit from Matt who was successful in correcting the issue. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to an excellent team.

We recently had solar panels and a Powerwall 3 battery installed by Synergy Power Ltd, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Their efficiency truly impressed us; the process from initial contact to the start of installation was incredibly quick, with work commencing in a very short time frame. The quality of their service led us to expand our setup further, and Synergy Power Ltd promptly returned to install the Powerwall expansion pack and the new Zappi Glo charger, replacing our older car charger. Each addition was handled with the same professionalism and speed as the initial installation. Synergy Power Ltd is a truly great company. Their communication throughout was excellent, handling our queries and the many add-on requests quickly and without fuss. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. Ross from Synergy Power Ltd installed our Tesla Powerwall2 battery & Gateway in April 2024 this year. The whole process was efficient & knowledgeable. From initial quote, to site survey, to install & to a small aftercare query nothing was too much trouble for the office staff. The whole order process was taken at our pace & we didn't feel pressured into signing on the dotted line. Synergy Power sorted out all the DNO paperwork. Install was over 2 days as we needed a few adjustments with our electrics. Ross even spotted something that wasn't quite right with another electrical item & offered to put it right for us. Would definitely use Synergy Power again.

I have used Synergy Power on three occasions now. Initially to install PV solar panels, then a Zappi car charger and now to install two batteries. Very good service overall. Installation went very well and a very professional company. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From start to finish, the scope of information given to myself and my husband was amazing. Initially my husband liased with David who talked him through the process of installing solar panels in detail. As my husband was very anxious about the installation due to us just having a new roof, we asked plenty of questions and David was only too happy to answer them until we fully understood what was required for the install from start to finish. The roofers who came out to do the install arrived on time and again talked us through what they would be doing. They finished promptly and even showed us pictures of what the panels looked like once installed to our roof. We were so happy with the install that we decided to get some more panels fitted to the front of the roof. The electrician (scott) was also very helpful and he set up the inverter so that the panels could start doing their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get solar panels to go with Synergy power. I've never left a review before but honestly believe that this company is worth leaving a review for. All certificates were sent through by David and we had no trouble throughout the whole process.

We used Synergy Power to upgrade our ten year old solar panels, change the converter and install a battery. The team was very proficient and very personable. The surveyor visit showed us the options with no pressure and the arrangements with the power company about tariffs were supported by the company. The people doing the installation were polite efficient and tidy. They also returned promptly to settle a small teething problem which they had picked up on monitoring. We are very pleased with the service from the company.

Synergy have supplied and installed solar panels and battery set ups on numerous projects. Kuki and his team have always provided competitive quotes and then followed through with hassle free fitting and commissioning. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to new customers.

Once booked, the installation was slick and faultless. They communicated well and answered all my questions.

My experience of Synergy Power has been excellent. From my first enquiry through to asking them about additional panels on different roof orientations we ended up with a 27 panel system (11 South , 10 North , 3 East and 3 West) all feeding into a 10KW SolarEdge inverter (with independent optimisers on each panel). This connects into a dual Tesla PowerWall 2 system which can store enough solar production to power the house for a couple of days if there was a power cut. During my quotation process the rules on VAT on my invoices changed and Kuki was able to keep everything up to date which the other people who also quoted for the work did not do. I have already recommended Synergy to a number of my friends - two of which have gone on to order systems through them. So overall a great friendly team who have performed a great installation for me. 1 YEAR UPDATE ********************************************** My system has performed better than expected (8.7MWh actual vs 7.4MWh predicted). For those people wondering if North facing panels are worth it - here are my 1 year comparisons. North facing have produced 53% of my South Facing. East facing have produced 68% of my South Facing. West facing have produced 75% of my South Facing. I have just asked Synergy to add a further 12x435W panels into my existing system (6 East 6 West) on to my garage to feed into the existing inverter (called Overprovisioning) to help maximise my exports during peak export price times. So far my most productive day has produced 63kWh which is great - and the new panels will help me with "Grey Day" power when it doesn't care which way the panels are pointing.

The reviews of Synergy Power on Google are soooo different to Trustpilot! This is my review I've also left on TP and is representative of my experience: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I purchased a battery storage system from Synergy in November 2022 and added a second battery to it in July 2023 so I have some experience of the company. They are decidedly 'curate's egg' - they quote competitive prices and the installation I have is good; but their communication is downright awful. After placing an order you hear pretty much nothing from them. When chased you get some information but it's like pulling teeth. They don't volunteer anything, never call and frequently don't reply to emails. For my additional battery after an email enquiry they proposed 3/7/22 but never confirmed. That day came and went - nothing. But then on 4/7 installer Jake called to say he'd be there in 90 minutes! Luckily I was at home.... Nice lad, came with his dad, but had never installed a Givenergy battery before so he spent a lot of time on the phone to Syn and toe GivE. The end result was satisfactory but blimey O'Reilly! What a shower is Synergy Power.

We have had our solar panels for almost 2 years now and we are very pleased with how the system continues to perform. We chose Synergy partly based on the recommendation of a friend. We found them to be very professional and Kuki was helpful when we were trying to understand the best options for our system.

After searching for many well known companies to provide me with a bespoke solar battery system nobody could supply or fit what I wanted. Every company I came across said they only do off the shelf packages an that’s it. I wanted more. That’s when I came across synergy power. I will say I’m a very hard person to please an expect perfection. As I hadn’t heard of this company I was quite hesitant. But after doing some research an hearing reviews I gave them a try. I will like to add that no company in the world will ever have 100% positive reviews as human nature people like to complain more than praise. Anyhow I gave these guys a call and Kuki I must say has a fountain of knowledge an advice. Ross also great in his job an even the solar panel installers were fab as they were continuously improvising. Despite going with set plans they saw opportunities to maximise solar gains by shifting panels around. Overall extremely happy and highly recommend this company.

Some other companies also refused to give us a quote because of limited space on our roof and 3 orientations. We were glad we decided with Synergy Power! Communication was very good and the team were very efficient. I spoke with Rosie most of the time and she was very patient with my questions. Nothing was too much and not pushy with sales. Installation went well with Will and Matt, professional and very good workmanship. One of their team installed our solar skirt which is what we wanted and looks very tidy. Couldn't be happier with the service/installation from the team at Synergy Power. Despite doing a fair bit of upfront research we had a lot of questions which Kuki, Rosie and John went through with us in great detail, to ensure we got the best solution for us. They processed the application that we needed for install and did what they could so we could be up and running before our existing contract changed. The teams that they used for the installation (scaffolders/roofers and electricians) were all courteous and did a superb job to ensure a smooth and prompt installation. We used Synergy Power to install solar panels and a battery. Most importantly the work was completed well and the installers were great. Communication with the office was more difficult though, taking longer than expected and with an over-reliance on email, with not all questions being answered in one go. A fair amount of information was provided, but I felt it was up to us to research what we needed, rather than being well-advised. The work was due to start and finish on 3rd January, but we got an email one working day before it was due to start saying it would be delayed 3 days, and it took 3 visits to complete the work - it would have been 4, but the installer insisted he stay and complete on the third visit to prevent us being messed around any further.

I chose Synergy Power on a friend’s recommendation and I am glad to say that everything from initial consultation to install was so perfect and professional. Top service from a top company….highly recommended !!

We are very impressed by the high quality of work and customer service-focus by all of the people involved in installing our PV panels and battery at our home - the roofers, electricians and scaffolders, overseen by Kuki. We started with a virtual quote after a discussion on the phone, followed by a detailed site visit by Kuki to discuss different options before committing to the contract/deposit. We thought the contract had reasonable terms and was customer-friendly. Because of the challenging energy sector and supply chain issues this year there have been some delays and communication gaps so the process has taken longer than we expected. However, we quickly learnt not to worry about this and trust that Kuki had things in hand. We really appreciate having a high quality system in place with a solid warranty package. We happily recommend Synergy Power and would return to them for future expansion of our system.

After contacting and receiving quotes from a number of companies. I got in touch with Kuki Dattani @ synergy. He gave a very competitive quote and came round and did a physical site survey. I decided to go with Synergy as they were the most professional and I liked the fact that they use all their own installers and don’t use any 3rd party contractors. I had 6 kw system with a Solaredge Inverter + Jinko panels + Tesla Powerwall 2. When the install came around, scaffolding went up with no hastle . The day of the install all went with a breeze and no complications. Everything about the installation was top drawer. If you want a professional install that is top quality then look no further than Synergy. Very highly recommended.

I had my solar roof panels fitted by Synergy Power several years ago, problem free; so when it came to having a home storage battery fitted to complete the system it made sense to go with the same company. The installation engineers/electricians were very friendly and sociable and didn’t mind chatting with me, giving me advice about how the system works and advising me on the best setup whilst they were working. They installed the battery exactly where I wanted it in my limited space garage. I would say this company is among the most experienced in this field of green energy, and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

We've had solar panels and storage installed by Synergy and we have been really happy with the service. After having the roof inspected for the panels, we also ended up having the roof tiles replaced for a fair price too. Synergy supplied and installed a battery storage system with inverter, voltage optimiser and solar hot water controller to my house. Although there was a long lead time of several months on the parts, they were delivered pretty close to the original estimated date. Kuki was very knowledgeable and professional throughout and always returned my calls. The installation engineer was also very knowledgeable, and worked long hours to get my installation completed. I can't fault their work ethic, expertise or general professionalism. The system has been in for about a month now and is working really well. The apps are great, user friendly and full of detailed information if you want it, but also have graphics that are easy to digest at a glance. Very pleased so far. I would recommend Synergy Power, they deserve to do well.

I highly recommend Synergy Power for the first class service they’ve provided on a domestic 7.1kWp solar panel installation. I decided to go with a local MCS certified firm after a couple of inflexible quotes from a national energy retailer. Right from the first call with Synergy, Kuki listened to my requirements (bird proofing was a must), carried out a proper physical site survey, put a competitive quote together (with lots of options), answered an endless stream of questions, obtained G99 DNO approval and successfully delivered during a challenging time for the industry when stocks are low and demand for solar is through the roof! Dane and the team did a professional job building the scaffolding, Steve and Elliott were efficient and careful installing the roof mountings and panels followed by Ross and Matt who did a fabulous job commissioning the inverter soon after. We contracted Synergy Power to instal solar panels on the roof of our church. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, offering a competitive quote and supporting us through the various approvals processes (Diocese, grid, structural assessment of roof). During installation they had to cope with bad weather which delayed roof painting and fitting of the panels, but they were adaptable and worked hard to complete the project to everyone's satisfaction. I have recommended them to others already.

I had been looking for a solar solution for around 12 months. Had several quotes and was not happy with any of them. Came across Synergy Power's website and gave them a call as they were local to myself (East Midlands). Spoke to Kuki who came to my house and did a full review with several recommendations. My installation was not what I'd consider standard (Inverter and batteries located in the loft which is what almost all other installers recommended that I was not comfortable with due to weight, hence no further progress on previous quotes). Kuki suggested that the Inverter and batteries are mounted in my detached garage. I was satisfied with all of Kuki's suggestions so placed the order with Synergy Power. Steve the solar panel installer arrived on site in April 2022. After a slight issue with the wrong panels being delivered (of which Kuki resolved within a day) Steve single handed installed all 12 panels on the roof. (Amazing job Steve! Thank you so much!). A few days later, Ross & team arrived to configure the electrical work. A couple of separate visits required and finally got my system commissioned on April 13th 2022. Kuki also provided all the info necessary so that I could apply for my SEG. My 4.8kwh system has exceeded my expectations for solar generation. Even on dull, cloudy days, the system can produce enough energy to power the house all day long (average house load demand 400wh). On bright, sunny days, the 10kwh batteries are fully charged by around 1pm (My roof faces South West and is at around a 45 degree tilt angle) and the rest of the generated energy is being exported to the grid. The Huawei Sun2000 Inverter and Luna2000 batteries look fantastic in the garage, make almost zero noise and due to the very slim design take up virtually no space. One very satisfied customer.

After a good quote from Synergy, I ordered a 8.2kW battery to go with my solar panels. Kuki at Synergy was good at providing any information I requested, and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, due to the supply problems existing in the world, installation took a while, but the battery is now installed, where I requested it, and the work was carried out neatly and efficiently. All packaging and rubbish was removed. Would recommend.

Synergy quoted for a Givenergy Hybrid system with 8.2 kwh battery and 3,6 kwp PV system. There quote was comparable in terms of cost with a similar quote from another company with good Google reviews, but I felt there solution was technically better. There was some delay in getting the system installed, due to the global supply-chain problems the world is experiencing, and also the current demand for PV systems. The system was eventually installed and I have to say I am very happy with the solution, both in terms of it being sized appropriately for my needs, and it's ease of use. The actual installation was performed professionally, without leaving any mess, and is quite unobtusive on my flat roof, which was a concern originally. Overall I am quite happy to deal with Synergy again, or recommend to anyone.

From start to finish Kuki has been really helpful and professional. The quality of the workmanship is great and Ross was very knowledgeable on all aspects of home generation and storage and a great electrician. Would definitely use again for any future work. Synergy did a fantastic job on my inset solar panels while my roof was being replaced. The look is very sleek and I am very happy with the way it looks. Much more integrated than the usual on roof systems. The team are very quick and the exceptionally high service levels meant that the whole experience was very easy and stress free. I can see why they only use quality materials and equipment and it shows with the consistent performance of my panels and the technology for monitoring the panels. Synergy are highly recommended to anyone looking for renewables tech and want an easy to deal with, experienced and professional team.

Early experience of the installation shows it is performing exactly as it should and promises to be a very good and worthwhile addition to our solar system. The design is unobtrusive and fits into the space we requested very neatly. Our dealings with Synergy have been very positive in every aspect of the job. The contract was completed within budget and to time and the lead up to installation day was dealt with carefully and with patient care given to keeping us well informed. Customer service has been second to none. Everything has been explained and all help and assistance given. Work was completed in the fastest way possible. All complications were over come and the service provided is exemplary. Highly recommended to install a tesla back up battery.

Very efficient. The roofers in particular were very professional. Even though they discovered the roof was in a poor state, and I got them to fix it before fitting the panels, there was no pressure to have that extra work done. I am just glad to have the roof refurbished by good workmen at a very reasonable cost. The panels look good and the inverter and battery are unobtrusive.

I had spoken to Kuki a fortnight ago regarding an audit on the solar panels and battery system installed at my house. I had arranged with another, smaller, company to remove the solar panels from the house that my son has just bought so that some roofing work can be done. The other contractor turned up, made excuses and left ‘to get another Allen key.’ He said that he would be gone 30 minutes. After 90 minutes he had not returned. After three attempts by me to contact him, he responded on WhatsApp to say “this is more of a specialist job and I am not happy to do it”. I needed the panels off to allow the roofers to start work. I called Kuki just after noon and asked him for help. He said that he might be able to and would see what he could. I sent him some information and, within 20 minutes, he had arranged a gang to call in at 2 p.m. and had provided me with a quotation. He produced a document for e-signature, which I completed. Very professional. The guys arrived just after 2 p.m.; they were friendly, helpful and communicative (checking aspects of the job with me as they went along); they had the job done within an hour and the panels safely stored on site for re-use later. A thoroughly professional company who know the meaning and the benefit of good customer service.

We chose Synergy Power to repair our roof initially because they were the only company we could find who would remove and restore Thermal Solar Panels. Every thing they did from Survey, Quote and completion was professional and non pressurised. The roofers Steve and Tom and Plumber James were punctual polite and clean. The work was completed on time to a standard we could fault. I would recommend this company with complete trust.

Very pleased with the service provided by Synergy. I particularly liked the fact that Kuki came round to the house to do a proper onsite survey rather than doing everything through Google Earth. Our system is quite complicated with arrays on three different roofs so benefitted from a proper planning and design process. The PV installers and electrician were good and left no mess. We approached synergy power to design us a solar PV and battery storage system to combat the latest electricity price increases we are now being charged 0.24p per unit by our electricity provider and the news of another price increase in April 2022 was a factor in reducing our reliance on grid electricity Synergy power installed a 5.8kwp PV system which was installed very swiftly following an approval from our district network operator and we have also ordered a tesla powerwall2 which is scheduled to be delivered in March 2022 we choose the powerwall due to the favourable electricity tariff Octopus are offering on the tesla/octopus energy deal it works out we will be able to buy electric for around 0.11p per kWh. We are very exited about the arrival of the tesla storage system We truly appreciate what Synergy have done for us so far and the whole process has been very easy due to the ease of dealing with all at synergy power

The team took me through the process without a problem. The only snag was due to a long lead time on the Tesla Power Wall. When I hit any issues (usually due to my misunderstanding) they were prompt in resolving them.

The company needed to take the solar panels off the roof in order to replace the roof lining. They completed the work during the extreme heat of the summer within one week and replaced and reconnected the panels. All is now working. We were very pleased.

My principle contact with Synergy Power has been Kuki Dattani who has been an excellent communicator throughout the project. The installation team and electrician were all professional and left the site in a very clean manner. After seeking a number of quotations I was keen to proceed, if possible, with a local company. Synergy have proved, to date, that they meet all these values. Really good all round experience, very professionally installed to a very high quality. Sales is informative not pushy and communication was great. On top of all this it was also the cheapest quote we got. I'm sure they would prefer to call it "Best Value" but it was 40% cheaper than some other quotes.

We have had good communication and after-sales service from Synergy. When the Solar Edge app indicated problems with two of the panels, more than five years after the installation, Synergy dealt with it quickly, arranging for the optimisers to be exchanged under the guarantee. This was recently carried out by their expert fitters, and we now have a fully functioning system again - many thanks.

We've just had our Solar installation completed by Synergy Power ltd, Amazing customer service the team are so friendly Planning on point, Communication and updates on point. Big thanks to all the team working on the project. Everything went so smoothly.

Kuki was very knowledgeable and based the installation on our usage requirements and facilities. The batteries installed in our shed with wireless control is very neat and works well. Installation engineer was very helpful and tidy and the technical support post installation to get parameters set correctly was first class.

My solar pv system broke down so I contacted Synergy Power Ltd. The advice given to solve a fault on the panel system and inverter renewal was very good, all my queries were answered. The team turned up early on the due fitting date. All team members were very polite. All work was carried out professionally and the system was up and running in less than a day. I would recommend this company to anybody who has anything that requires their services concerning a pv system.

We would like to thank Synergy Power - For meeting our tight schedules in relation to installing our solar Panels - From the moment their Surveyor Visited us to advise the best possible design and layout for the solar array we were confident that we had identified the right installer after having had visits and quotations from seven other installers. Synergy's advised time-scales , for Delivery of the equipments & completion of all the works on site ran like clockwork. Their electrician was very tidy , cleaned & hoovered after all his work was complete - can't speak highly enough of his courtesy & consideration of working in our home. I slight improvement we have suggested to Synergy - is to speed up the process of receiving our handover pack - this was 6 weeks late. All the related FIT paperworks was furnished to within 24 Hours of commissioning & it has now been 14 Months since our installation was completed - we have generated electricity very well. In light of our experiences we would urge anyone thinking of having a solar installation to include Synergy Power within the quote process.
