JLN are a local company who were recommended on social media . On installation day the team turned up prepared and on time, did a really professional, efficient, neat and tidy job, exactly as I wanted it. They removed all rubbish and minimised the dust at every step. Considering I’m quite a fussy customer I have been really impressed. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I have just had Air Conditioning supplied and fitted in my house by this company. I am absolutely and totally over the moon with the quality and workmanship they have given. I would like to thank Paul Weastell and the whole team that worked on and completed the job, they were all nothing other than first class in every way. They said it couldn't be done At least that's what a large heat pump installation business said. And a tonne of plumbers over the years. "No room for this or that. Too old and leaky a house. It'll cost a fortune and it probably won't work anyway. Just get another boiler mate..." Well, it seems it can be done if you find the right installer. The teams at JLN plumbing and Heat Geek HQ were a joy to work with from start to finish. Jim and Scott from JLN as well as Ben from Heat Geek. They navigated me through the process from start to finish professionally, personally and with a good dose of humour to keep the smiles flowing. And let's just say this wasn't an easy job. No room out back for a heat pump next to the house and no obvious place for a cylinder. A wife who works from home as an osteopath so 100% must have a warm clinic for patients, even in the depths of winter. A family of four, three enjoying really long showers. An elderly mum who comes to stay from time to time and hates the cold. No problem for my combi boiler, but would it work with a heat pump? Yes, yes, yes and yes again. The team answered every question I had patiently, got everything set up in no time, left the home tidy and me in full control via the app. Switching to a heat pump can be a faff, but these guys made it look easy. Based on the guaranteed efficiency, my bills are on the way down too. Look no further in your search - these guys are the real deal.

Brilliant Service. Booked via Heat Geeks for a Air Source Heat Pump. IYKYK. The quotation process was simple. The job was delayed from the original date but it was not due to JLN. The quality of the worksmanship is brilliant. Everything is done as one expects. There was some miscommunication with respect to some features that I feel could have been better explained from the outset. For context, I had each room zoned individually but what I never really understood was that the Heat Pump works as a single zone for the whole house. Again, that's how the system works and not something JLN did wrong. JLN team were really patient and came out several times to discuss how we can make the system work for my house. Price wise, for what I paid (about £4500 after the grant. although I did not have to swap the rads or the HW tank), they gave top tier service. Which was fair and competitive with other quotations. There is no hesitation in me recommend them to everyone.

John arrived at the stated time and sorted our hot water issues, without any fuss.

I have used JLN for over 7 years now for my domestic plumbing needs including a shower replacement, power shower pump replacements, replacement cloakroom mixer tap and now immersion heater and timer upgrades. Scott did an excellent job on our bathroom. Added extra support to the bath. Replaced washers, shower head and hose. Re-sealed the bath and shower screen. Masterful skills with the silicon gun! No leaks since.

Called out JLN due to a small leak coming from my boiler. They arrived on time, the engineer Craig was very polite, tidy and professional during his visit. I've been using Premier Gas who are now part of JLN plumbing and heating to do installations and servicing for approx 14 years and they are a brilliant company to deal with. This week after I discovered I had a small leak from by combi I phoned the help desk and the friendly lady heard my concerns and was able to give me a next day appointment so I'm very thankful for that. I was due a service very soon so that was also placed onto the same appointment. The next morning I received a text message to say an engineer, Lawrence was on his way. On his arrival Lawrence looked at the situation and soon put me at ease that it wasn't too much of a problem to put right. Lawrence explained in a friendly professional manner what he needed to do and he completed the job including service. Then he cleared and cleaned up all his belongings and left nothing behind. So I'm very grateful for everyone's help this week.

I've used JLN to replace two boilers in different homes and each time they do a fantastic job. Very neat and tidy pipework, cleaned up afterwards. With the boiler move they even chose the correct bricks to fill the old flu hole. I've never had to call them back for any leaks etc. polite and respectful workers. Highly recommended 😀

Called up to get a quote and gain a bit more information about pricing and install process on an Air source heat pump. I've been ripped off in the past and explained this to the receptionist. Incredibly rude and intolerable of having a conversation to allevate my concerns when I asked specific questions about how they quote as it was a bit vague on the website - a customer has the right to ask how good and services are priced. No customer should be made to feel inadequate. Very defensive and hung up the phone. And to be clear they price gouge on all of their products. Avoid!

Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommend. Firstly I spoke with Faye who was really helpful and luckily I got me booked in for the same day repair. Then a really great guy called Craig came out and he was truly brilliant from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent installation of 10kw heatpump. Was fully informed on what to expect beforehand, with several discussions up front including facts and figures, and all went to plan. Took a week to install as anticipated, with a clean and slick installation at the end of it. The team were really careful and systematic in the way they worked. It came across as a super well-planned and executed operation considering how many moving parts were involved. They were clean and respectful as they worked through the house and the dog fell in love with the main plumbing engineer Scott. Communication was great, including getting a text every morning to say they were on the way with an ETA. The lads were always happy to stop and explain where they were up to at each stage of the intstallation, and they found really clever solutions to keep the electrics and pipework hidden and as efficiently positioned as possible. Getting control system onto mobile app at the end was relatively straightforward and seems to offer much easier control and data than we ever would have had from the old gas boiler system. We've given JLN permission to access our hotwater/heating data via the app so they can cast a professional eye over our consumption as we start to use it to help optimise our settings in the coming days/weeks.

A fantastic group. Incredibly clued up on air source heat pumps, and backed by HeatGeek (which is where I found them for my install). They're investing in the right training to get everyone up to speed, and the entire crew that I met were brilliant: very helpful and a great laugh too. Our boiler broke down on Easter Monday so we got in touch yesterday and although they were absolutely full with work they managed to get Brendan out to us first thing on the following morning (today). We had a faulty coil pack and Brendan said he would try to find a new one. At lunchtime JLN called me to say Brendan had found the part and was on his way back to us. Lovely man and a brilliant service. We now have central heating again. Thank you!

Had several issues requiring central heating, stuck water lock off wheel etc. Other companies told me they were too busy. JLN made an appointment, kept me informed and arrived on time. All issues were looked at, including one where other work had been done but had not solved the issue of all rads being hot when only hot water on. John was suspicious of some original pipe work which in the 80's would send hot water to bathroom rads as towel heaters but the newer boiler being more powerful was sending it round the system. Also we found a leaking rad. A quote was sent a couple of days later for all the work and we considered it very good indeed. Again the appointment time was kept and John and apprentice emptied the system, replaced wheel with a lever, capped off old pipework, re-routed new, replaced leaking valve and pipework to rad and re-filled the system. On top of that we had a new Hive system to control the heating which included replacing timer, thermostat and all the assorted electrics and installed the hive into the wi-fi. The house was left clean and tidy and all done in less than a day. More than happy with this type of service from a local family company and very pleased with the excellent price we were quoted.

Just had a new Worcester Boiler fitted by Scott and George and couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out. They were here and completed the works in around five hours and didn't stop and they left after a full tidy up and remove all the old equipment and rubbish! Would definitely recommend them and their price was very competitive, that's why 5 stars!

I used JLN Plumbing for the first time to service my boiler. Scott and the other engineer were really polite and helpful. From beginning to end, the service was extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend and use them again. The office staff, please listen to and understand the needs of the customers when establishing appointments. I requested that the engineers phone 15 minutes before their arrival, however this did not happen. This was quite stressful because I had to rush from work, nearly exceeding the speed limit, I didn't want to miss the appointment. As a result, I have to give you 3 stars.

I recently replaced a boiler tank. Engineers were polite, respectful and friendly. Customer services was very good. Engineers doing the job had to call in an expert experienced electrician to fix electricals to be sure they got it right, which is good, but this didn't really look professional. Also there was a leak a week after the job was done, but this was promptly fixed. Overall I am happy with the work and it has solved the cold water issue I had.

Rich from JLN carried out electrical work on my house today and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and with the greatest care and consideration. At the start Rich took time to explain to me what the work would involve and when it was completed, he went through what he had done. There was no mess and the house was left cleaner than it was before the work was started! The young lad assisting Rich worked hard throughout the day, and I would like to wish him all the very best in his future career. I will not hesitate to contact JLN again in the future.

Would not use any plumber unless I absolutely had to, highly recommend. They've done my boiler services for 5 years now and been great, and today helped me out massively by fixing a leaking toilet. When first calling they didn't have any availability, so I got another company to come but their quote seemed ludicrously high. I rang JLN who price checked for me and said the other quote was extremely expensive, and then she arranged for someone in JLN's sister company Premier Gas to come and get the work done for me the same day. Absolutely outstanding service and the two plumbers who came to repair the loo were friendly, quick and efficient.

Craig Tonks carried out our annual boiler and gas fire service, he picked up small fault in boiler, and arranged for repair by manufacturer on warranty, whose Engineer said most gas engineers would have missed it, he was very impressed. This is why we wouldn't use anyone but JLN, thanks Craig, see you next year

We've used JLN ever since they installed our new boiler five years ago and cannot fault them. Not only do they turn up when they say they will, their work is of top quality, and even tidy up after themselves. They came out today to remove a bird from behind our fire after only calling them this morning. A company that is a pleasure to give our business to.

Excellent company. Emailed them Saturday. They came round Monday and gave me 4 different options varying in price so I went with the one within my budget. I gave them my keys on Thursday, went to work, came home and new boiler all sorted. Been having problems for ages with boiler and it was so good to get it sorted and have hot water again! Really please. Making contact and booking was easy and I got an indicative price and an e-mail confirmation of the booking for a plumber to visit the next day. A text was sent in advance to let me know the plumber was on the way and when he arrived he was both courteous and professional. Tackling a boiler service and two plumbing jobs in less than 2 hours and all for what I consider to be a reasonable price.
