J C Hart Ltd t/a Hart Electrical gets strong praise from most reviewers for electrical work, including full rewires and an EICR. Reviewers report tidy working, with furniture and carpets covered and rubbish cleared away, and several say they would recommend the business. One reviewer says the team arrived when promised and answered questions clearly, while another describes a full rewire completed on time and within budget. One reviewer reports extremely poor customer service after getting no reply to emails, calls and texts about an EV installation quote.
Hart Electrical is a great choice for professional electrical services. Their friendly approach and commitment to quality make them worth recommending. I would highly recommend Hart Electrical to anyone looking for a reliable electrician and would happily suggest them to friends and family.
James and his apprehensive are lovely and friendly. James is very knowledgeable. They tidy up well afterwards, no little left over bags of rubbish and furniture and carpets etc are covered well before drilling or messy works.
Excellent service from start to finish. They turned up exactly when they said they would, were clean, tidy and very professional. The work was done to a really high standard and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending !!!
James is exceptional in his work, he is my go to person for electrical and eicr.
Extremely poor customer service. Still waiting for a response from email, phone calls and several text messages for a quote on a EV installation. I would rather be told that they were booked up but to be ignored just doesn’t deserve my further business.
Instantly put my mind at ease when getting a full rewire. Answered all my questions, they worked fast and always arrived with a smile. They went out of the way to ensure the job was up to their standards and always left the place cleaner than when it started. You are in safe hands with Hart electrical!
I recently had Hart Electrical rewire my whole home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the team was professional, courteous, tidy and highly skilled! They took time to explain everything clearly and ensured that all my questions were answered. The work was completed on time and within budget, with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Hart Electrical for anyone in need of a reliable and top-notch electrical service! Massive thanks James and Team!
