I recently enquired & hired Luke from Empire Electrical Services to install a Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) unit in our ground floor flat, and I can not express how pleased we are with the results! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the benefits of the PIV system and how it would help improve our indoor air quality. Given that we have to keep our windows closed to prevent our beloved Bengal cats from escaping, we've been dealing with stale air in our home, which has also been a concern for our son, who suffers from mild asthma. Since the installation, we've noticed a significant difference in the air quality & humidity. The PIV unit has made our home feel fresher and more comfortable. Luke was really helpful in my moment of need. My thermostat had broken and the house was freezing cold. Luke is great had an emergency and he was super quick to pop in and help.. Had a issue with and outdoor fuse box kept tripping the mains. Like sorted the issue replaced fuse board and sorted out outdoor lighting. Highly recommend him.

Luke recently installed the electrics in my garden cabin and I'm very pleased with the results. I wanted several sockets including one under the roof beam which he has fitted efficiently and cleanly. He was on time and always courteous, I have no hesitation in recommending his work.
