What a amazing company from start to finish! Ernest Clinton Electricial was highly recommended to me when I needed a electrician. When i contacted the company I spoke to Ben who was so accomodating and helpful especially when i asked him several questions due to my anxiety he never got cross with me which makes sorting everything else out easier. They sent me two confirmation texts so I knew they were going to turn out. Llyod and Hayden arrived 5 minutes early. Both shook my hands they were so polite. I showed them the work my dad needed doing and I trusted them enough to leave them to it. When the work( new plug socket new light fitting and a bathroom light pull) had been completed to a exceptionally high standard, they even cleared up after the work which i thought was such a lovely thing to do and its the little touches that mean the most especially as im grieving. I paid them in cash and they left. Very polite friendly professional.anxiety understanding company. Me and my dad were very happy with the work and wouldnt hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thankyou so much to you all at Ernest Clinton Electricials!! Mrs Laura Hammond and Dr Giles Sutton

I needed a new consumer unit and chose Ben after 3 electrician visits for quotes. He was recommended by a good friend which is always a benefit. His initial visit was on time , professional, informed and reassuring. His subsequent communications were efficient and his written quote was detailed. All of this gave me the reassurance that this wasn’t just another “tradey” who you weren’t quite sure about. Ben and his colleague Lloyd turned up on time, when arranged and did a first rate job. Both were Quiet, Clean, tidy and answered my many questions without any sense of impatience. They left the place immaculate and I feel 100% confident in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will absolutely use them again should I need any more working doing. Thanks again guys, much appreciated!
