My husband and I recently had LED lighting installed by James Electrical Services and were very happy with the results. Mark was very helpful with the design and professional completing the work to a very high standard. The new lighting setup has transformed our lounge and dining room. I am particularly pleased with the hidden colour changing LED tape lighting. The attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship has been excellent from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work that Mark did for me. He displayed a good knowledge of the regulations, he offered sound advice, he always arrived when he said he would. He worked quietly and efficiently and when the job was done he generated the appropriate certification in a timely manner. I would recommend him.
Mark stepped in to rewire our outdated immersion heater, when it was found that we urgently needed a new boiler. This showed up other electrical problems, such as outdated fuse box and ring main problems, causing shortages! Carpets were taken up and put back very carefully and furniture moved for us, when further problems under floorboards arose. Mark worked quietly and politely, despite all the extra problems over the days and we felt very comfortable, having him work around the whole house. We can't recommend him enough.
Great communication and prompt service. Mark scoped the job (fit an EV charger and replace a consumer unit), the price was good, he installed it on time and to a high standard. He will definitely be our first choice if we need more electrical work doing in the future. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with Mark's Electrical work round our house on 22/03/23. Upgraded the fusebox to a new consumer unit, took the old fusebox away and made the area clean and tidy after the work was done. Also updated lights in bedroom. Professional and quick work! Recommended and will use again in future!

I have just used James Electrical Services for the first time. In my bathroom, Mark replaced my 10.5Kw shower, extractor fan and ceiling light. The consumer unit for the shower was also replaced and updated to comply with the latest regulations. I now have an improved bathroom in terms of looks, features and most importantly safety. I am very pleased with the work Mark did and tidiness when the work was complete. I will certainly use this company again and can recommend them.
