Great service and communication. Nice guys, high quality work and clean-up.

A company you can truly trust. Professional, reliable, and with excellent communication throughout the entire project. Their pricing is very fair, so you get top-quality electrical work without breaking the bank. The job was completed on time, to a high standard. Simply everything you would expect from a skilled and trustworthy electrician. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Rob at NRG electrical,to replace a lighting sensor, which was carried out, from booking to fitting, in a very timely manner.I would describe them as a professional, trustworthy and very organised company, with no hesitation to recommend.

NRG installed 2 Reolink Cameras and removed an old spotlight at my property. During the initial visit all my queries were answered and they suggested some welcome enhancements to the install. The communications with the team were excellent and the cost was better than I expected given the high quality of the install. The installer was respectful, tidy, polite and professional, I couldn't be happier. I would thoroughly recommend NRG to anyone needing electrical work done.

Was recommended to use NRG by our New Kitchen Units supplier and were not disappointed, they were on time very professional and explained everything they were doing to us, would highly recommend.

Robert replaced broken shower switch. Very prompt response and very helpful and professional attitude.

The work carried out was exactly what was quoted, efficiency done and very helpful setting up the wifi when i would have struggled

Needed a 32amp standalone circuit with isolator switch for hot tub. Good comms. Always turned up when they said they would. Cheerful guys too. Very pleasant to deal with NRG came as a recommendation and I understand why. Would certainly recommend and use them again. Many thanks 👍🏻

I recently purchased an EV and needed a charging point installed at home, after purchasing the unit I looked at local electricians to install it. I reached out to several electricians and NRG responded within a few hours with a quote which was in line with what I expected to pay. They arranged an installation date with me and kept me updated the day of the appointment with an arrival time. The work was carried out professionally and both electricians were friendly. There were some issues connecting the unit to the WiFi network but Robert stayed, found a solution and made sure it was fixed before leaving. The quote they gave me a few weeks prior was the price I paid even though the connectivity issues caused it to be a longer job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use NRG for future electical needs and would reccomend them to anyone in the Bedford/surrounding areas.

Rob has completed lots of work for me at home, and my customers over the years. This time I needed work at the showroom - Emergency lighting repairs and new installations NRG's quote was competitive and affordable, and the work was completed on schedule and in a clean & tidy manner. Support NRG its a local family run business, and we should all support our community businesses in Beds, Herts and Bucks.

Arrived as said very quick and freindly using again

We recently had Robert out to fit an EV charger for us. From the first initial contact through to the after service, Robert has been outstanding. I will be using NRG for all my projects from now on.

Have used NRG several times over the last year for a few issues we have had. Have had new lights fitted in several rooms, a plug socket repaired and outside light replaced. They always arrive on time, occasioanlly early, but always call in advance to ask if it's ok to arrive early. They are polite and efficient. Have had no problems with the work they have done and they will shortly be coming in to rewire etc for our new kitchen

Very professional and friendly service Thank you. 👍

After reading the excellent reviews for NRG, I decided to book them to install a sensor light, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Robert arrived within the stated timeframe and kindly messaged me 20 minutes before arrival. The job was completed promptly; he checked the existing wiring and worked in a neat and tidy manner throughout. He also took the time to explain how to use the light sensors properly. He arrived with fitting they'd bought for us and completed the job, efficiently in a polite manner. I would recommend NRG for any electric work you may need doing. These guys were so great and professional across the board. Great communication from the outset. I needed electricity in my garage and Rob gave me the best quote out of a number of electricians. My quotation was a couple of days after initial contact and I was booked in for my works within a week. Alex came to do the work and was lovely and very professional and the quality of work was to an excellent standard and was done exactly how I wanted. Great service and not beaten on price. Will use them again in future again and recommend to friends and family.

We had a new fuseboard fitted which was not a straightforward job as the old one was in a tiny cupboard so had to be relocated. The work was done efficiently and very neatly and everything was left clean and tidy. We received booking confirmations, reminders of the appointment and an update on the day to let us know they were on their way. We have also had some more work done - a new cable laid out to the garage. The prices charged seem very reasonable and all the work is tested and certified properly.

Very good came the next day earlier than was planned after contacting me to ask if it was okay. The problem was sorted within the hour. Fantastic service thank you

They came to look at the job, provided a written quote and certification for the work undertaken. We found them professional through out. They arrived when expected, undertook the work with the minimum of fuss and left the room tidy. Everyone we spoke to at NRG was polite and we are happy with the work that they did.

Comprehensive job on a switch failure for an electric shower. Good assessment and dedication in ensuring future failures are less likely to happen! Really clear comms and quote.

I was looking for a local electrician and picked up a leaflet for Robert Waller - NRG Electrical Installation Services. An excellent decision I discovered. The whole experience of working with NRG has been excellent from the initial phone call to completion of the two tasks to be undertaken. These were the replacement of an external security light and upgrading of all of the kitchen under-cupboards LED lights. Between my initial call and work starting, I received very helpful progress messages. I have no hesitation recommending NRG for your electrical work.

I asked NRG to install a LED Mirror in the bathroom. Rob carried a clean and neat work extending the cable from the actual circuit from the attic. Also this company was the only one that came home to see the spaces before proceeding with the work.

I recently bought a property which required a total re-wire. NRG provided me with a very competitive quote and carried out the work, which was to a very high standard. Very impressed with their swift service. Only needed a small job doing and they responded promptly after I messaged them. Will use again next time I need an electrician.

I really appreciated the help that was provided, especially from the chap (Terry I believe his name was) over the phone who arranged my visit. Approachable, helpful and down to earth. And the chap who came out to me was just as helpful, lovely and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t think twice about calling up again or recommending them, thanks all!

Rob and the team were helpful in problem solving our issue and did so with efficiency. Reasonably priced and good communication. Thank you!

I was charged £100 for a job that took about ten minutes and included supplying a light fitting that seems too small and not bright enough. I told the fitter I wasn't happy but nothing was done about it.

I want to say how pleased with the service I am, the two guys that came out were very friendly and took their time explaining things to me, also fixed the problem. Thank you!

The whole process from quote to the conclusion of the contract was seamless. Alex and Marcus were efficient and communicated very well throughout the time they were working in our house. Moreover they tidied up after their work and left the locations as they had found them.Rob was very helpful in answering any queries which we had and showed a willingness to offer advice on a range of electrical- related issues.

Very pleased with the quote and very pleased with the outside wall plug installation.

After having no response from other electricians, NRG were very helpful and I must say, fitted in with my limited times. The job, although small but of a great help. All work done extremely well. Thanks you.

Had NRG come out to sort a few little electrical jobs I needed doing. The guys they sent arrived on time, were super friendly and did the work to a great standard. I had supplied some of the electrical equipment myself but unfortunately some of it was faulty, and they managed to source an identical replacement on the same day which was fantastic. I will be calling these guys again if I need to!

Rob replaced a RCBO and fitted my new oven. He kept me informed of when to expect him to arrive, which was much appreciated. The work was completed efficiently in less time than i expected. After having been given the runaround by another company, i am very glad to have this sorted. Thank you Rob.

Before coming Robert conversed with me about what was best for my requirements. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Robert and his colleague were very professional upon arrival work was completed with ease with no faffing about. I had another problem with some lights that Robert diagnosed, went to get what was needed and fixed them no problem after being told by 2 other electricians that the problem was complex and that my house could need re wiring!!! Nice to have someone in the house who seemed to care about their job and what was best for myself and not their pocket. Thank you so much. NRG will now be my go to for anything electrical.

Robert and team did a wonderful job of installing our security system, adding extra sockets and repairing badly installed light fittings by handyman. Thanks very much. A+
