Zinnia have been absolutely fantastic. They were contracted by a third party to resolve solar panel installation issues by the original installer. They resolved these quickly, professionally and with care. During this process further problems with the initial installation were identified, which were complicated to resolve. I cannot thank Mark in the Zinnia office enough. He went above and beyond and some more to resolve these. Professionalism with empathy. Hard to find these days - but in my experience it can be found at Zinnia! Highly recommended.

Thanks ever so much for my new battery installation on my solar panels. I was getting really frustrated after my old batteries stopped working and you've given my solar panels a new lease of life, just in time for the British summer (which hopefully lasts longer than just this week!!) Really appreciate your efforts in sourcing the required battery so fast and for your patience while we were waiting for the SolaX app to recognise the new batteries.
