MJBoon Electrical Ltd

Matt is the best. The quality of his work is superb. He’s very personable and so easy to have working in your house. We have had a lot of renovation work on our house and Matt has been with us every step of the way - from doing a full inspection of our electrics to all updating and new work. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Reliable and responsive. Always been impressed with his work over past seven years helping us upgrade our house and garden.

Matt is just what I like in an electrician, precise and fussy about his work. He is very neat and tidy. Great job. Thank you Matt. Definitely recommend.

Matt installed our Zappi car charger and did an excellent job. He notified National Grid beforehand and got all permissions sorted for us. He is very knowledgable about EV chargers and set everything up and made sure we knew what we were doing and how to work it. A fantastic job and highly recommend him!

Came out and helped us on a bank holiday, did a great job - very tidy. Thank you!!

Great service from Matt! He worked on a Bank Holiday for me in order for the businesses in the property not to be disturbed which really emphasises his dedication to customer service. Highly recommended.

Great work and service from Matt and I would highly recommend. My under unit lighting was damaged so Matt replaced and made it look better than it did before. Thanks Matt

Matt is professional, prompt and reliable. We (and others of my family) have used Matt for electrical work and are always very happy with the service. We also consider Matt to price jobs fairly and he is always competitively priced. Highly recommend MJ Boon and will continue to engage Matt when we need an experienced, competent electrician.

Changed our 62 halogen downlights for new LEDs with necessary dimmer switch changes. A great job all done in just over a day with no complications. MJB was very helpful and competent. Will be our "go-to" person for future electrical work.

If Carling made Electricians....... Matt installed both an EV charge point and a couple of hundred metres of data cabling for me (which was fairly tricky in places) and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would reccommend Matt to anyone without hesitation.

We have been using Matt for all our electrical projects for quite a few years. He is super reliable, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. In a time when it can be hard to find reliable tradespeople, we cannot recommend Matt and his company enough.

Matt has worked on outside uplighters in the garden water feature light installation, a complete updating / rewiring and certification of a new home and general electrical issues around the home. Matt is always very competent , respectful , honest and reliable . I can’t recommend him enough . A great find and all round good egg!!

We are delighted to have ‘found’ Matt. He has always done an excellent job. He has replaced all our downlights, put in dimmer switches, and has recently replaced 5 outside lights and sockets and various other things The best thing is he always responds quickly to messages and comes when he says he’s going to. Highly recommend

Matt is professional, hard working and trustworthy. Did a great job at a competitive price. Would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone

Matt rewired our existing house and dealt with our two storey extension. The electrical works were completed on time to the agreed price. Matt provided helpful design suggestions, coordinated well with other trades and provides a very professional service. I would recommend Matt for any domestic project.

I contacted Matt about a random tripping issue we were having with our neglected rental property. He called back promptly and went through some diagnostic questions with me. He then suggested the likely culprit and some ways we could check. We were unable to carry out the checks so Matt popped over and had a look at the set up. Again, he gave us options and suggesions which led to the successful detection of the rogue appliance and saving us a fortune in bills. Matt was professional, helpful and responsive. Thanks Matt!

So pleased I found Matt. He did an absolutely brilliant job and such a nice guy; very professional. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Matt is a very honest and hard working electrician. He has done a lot of work on our house over the past 12 months and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly and will offer excellent advice about the options available. He only relies on quality materials and I especially like the work he did on our spotlights.

Great communications as I rely on text and email rather than phone. Matt always arrived on time and was friendly and tolerant of my changing requests. Very happy with the quality of his work and his useful inputs into what I was trying to achieve.

Very professional and very happy with the quality of workmanship. Matt sorted out a severe condensation problem occuring in the bathroom by installing a high powered extractor fan. I am using Matt again for another job and I'm very happy to recommend him.

It is very difficult to find tradesmen you can trust and rely on. Matt is both these. He got us out of a hole when we had been let down by another electrician. So glad we were as Matt was amazing and really advised and supported us through a kitchen extension that seemed to go on and on and on!!. He is hard working, cleans up after himself and makes you feel like he does care about your job - which in this day and age is refreshing. Furthermore he has done a fantastic job and we would highly recommend him. Thanks Matt for a great job. Dawn Jones

We had Matt install some outside sockets, instal electric to our garage and then instal sockets and lights in there as well. We couldn't be happier with the service, incredibly professional, great value and punctual. What more do you need from an Electrician?! Couldn't recommend Matt at MJBoon Electrical highly enough.
