Superb, honest gentleman and excellent value for money. Rob was upfront and honest enough to tell me that repairing my AEG washing machine would cost almost as much as replacing it because of the expensive parts required. Rather than simply taking my money, he then offered to repair an older LG washing machine that I hadn’t even got around to taking to the dump yet — and he managed to identify the root cause, pinpoint the faulty components, replace them, and get it working! Rob isn’t just an experienced parts-replacement technician; he genuinely understands electronics down to the granular, old-school circuitry level. It’s rare to find someone with that depth of knowledge and the honesty to put the customer first. Highly recommended!
