MTS Marky The Sparky

I can honestly say I think Mark might have saved our lives. He changed a complete fuse board which had clearly been a fire hazard. We were so lucky that he came within an hour of calling him to our emergency . Made the board safe overnight and installed a superb complete fuse box starting early next morning. We had previously had work done in the house, new kitchen, conservatory, new boiler etc. Every previous tradesman had added extra wiring into an already busy and untidy fuse board, all contributing to create a potentially dangerous situation. Mark installed an up to date 18th edition fusebox that looks superb and is now safe for our family. We would recommend him to all of our friends without hesitation and was actually very good value for the work carried out .

I have no words to describe how thankful I am. We had a bit of an emergency as my daughter spilled a lot of water off the bath (bit of a flood) which end up leaking to the living room downstairs. This caused the mains to trip and left us without fridge nor the boiler working… phoned our insurer and they were useless… apparently we had to wait 24 hours….. really? Phoned MTS Marky The Sparky and OMG he was so helpful, guided me through some simple steps to check what went wrong and how to resolve it. Long story short, insurer was useless but MTS Marky The Sparky was 10/10 with just a 5 min phone call. 100% recommend

Called Marky the Sparky in the afternoon about our broken electric recliner, and he was here the very next morning! He was friendly, polite and really efficient — in and out in less than 20 minutes, with the chair working perfectly again. The price was very reasonable too. It might have seemed like a small job, but having our chair working again has made everyday life with the baby that little bit easier. Needed an Electrician for a socket replacement due to burnt out wiring. Rang Mark up who was brilliant and came round at short notice. Did a fantastic job sorting the socket. Great bloke, friendly and would definitely recommend!

First impressions, Mark came across as very professional and knowledgeable, and I didn't hesitate to let him sort out the electrical chaos in the kitchen that had been left untouched by the previous owners for nearly 20 years. He listened to what was high priority on my list to get the kitchen renovation over the line, kept me informed during the progress and recommended improvements that would benefit changes further down the line, his work is meticulous and he obviously really cares about what he does. I have other electrical work planned in the very near future, and I won't hesitate to use Mark again, it's actually a relief to find good quality trades people.

I've had Marky do a couple of jobs for me now and would highly recommend him. From fault finding to extending and extra sockets. He has great work ethic's time keeping and offers a great service with competitive prices. A very friendly reliable person to have in your contact list.

Did a fab job at fitting some new sockets. Explained thoroughly and made sure it was safe. Prices very good and really good communication. I only enquired a couple of days prior and he was able to get the job sorted. Tidied up the mess from the job, provided minor works certificates. If I ever need more electrical work, he's who I will call.

Brilliant service from Mark in my hour of need - your friendly neighbourhood electrician! Phoned round multiple companies who wouldn't come out to my home after a small leak until Tuesday. Mark was there in 15 minutes and sorted my issue quickly at a fraction of the price most emergency call out companies charge. Mark was absolutely amazing! I found him in a local facebook group, he came and did the job next day. He also helped me with some little bits around the place such as heating timers and radiators not turning on which he hasnt charged me for. He has kept it clean, tidy and even put me in touch with some other tradespeople to help me in the rest of the works. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier.
