Great service very professional and quick

Competitive price and excellent service. Turned up at the time agreed and work done in quick time we are very pleased with the newly installed chandelier and would use Atkinsons again for future work.

Great professional work, definitely use Atkinsons again cheers jack.

Contacted Jack to discuss job requirements which was to remove 2 landing pendant light fittings, resite and install a new pendant light plus install 6 spot lights on our ‘dog leg’ landing. Jack arranged a home visit to assess. Sent 2 quotes to me, one included standard light switches and one included Kinetic light switches. The work was carried out the following week, very prompt and professional service, stair carpets were covered in protective sheets. Jack came back the following day to alter the spot lights to a warm glow setting, again very prompt. Would definitely recommend this company.

Couldn’t recommend Jack and Kai enough! They’ve wired our new kitchen with new sockets, added extra sockets in the living room and installed our fire alarms. They’ve always managed to fit us in really quickly, which has been a massive help while we’ve been getting the house sorted. We’ve also thrown a few extra last-minute jobs at them and nothing has ever been a problem – they’re always happy to help and get it sorted. Really pleased with everything they’ve done for us and we’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you!

I had my consumer unit (fuseboard) upgraded by Atkinsons Electrical NE Ltd and was very happy with the service. Communication was excellent from the first message, and they kept me updated on arrival times. They explained what was included in the installation, including a full RCBO consumer unit and surge protection, and answered all of my questions before the work started. They arrived on time, completed the job professionally, and left everything clean and tidy. I also had new socket fronts, lights plug and light switches fitted, all to a high standard. The invoice was clear and they accepted card payments, which was convenient. I would definitely recommend Atkinsons Electrical NE Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and professional electrician.
