I've had GPE in twice now. First to service my boiler, the cost of which I thought was good. Since found my boiler has been leaking for a while now. The second job to remove and refit my 3 radiators while decorating, though I thought expensive. The original reason for employing the services of GPE were to make sure my boiler was working fine and property gas safe. Somehow don't feel that is the case.

Repairs to CH Boiler on one of the coldest and busiest days of the year for PLUMBERS . The service we received was absolutely first class , I cannot Thank them enough for the way they responded to our problem when we had been without heating for two days at -4* . They came within two hours and sorted it in less than an hour, boiler working again. The excessive cold had frozen the exhaust pipe to a foot length of solid ice which had blocked the system , unbelievable, but the Engineer sorted it out and would not even pause for a cup of tea ! 10/10 , I fully recommend them , a nice family business to whom we are extremely grateful for their outstanding service 18/12 / 2022

GPE installed a replacement Gas Central Heating Boiler for us. Very pleased with workmanship, response times, communication before, during and after the work. Naeem went above and beyond to ensure the installation was safe and that we understood all controls etc. Any problems encountered were dealt with in a calm and thoughtful manner and solutions discussed and implemented as required. The best service I have ever received from any tradesperson! We had a major gas leak which resulted in our connection being shut down on a Saturday morning. Out of 20 local tradesman called GPE ltd were the only ones to respond and were able to assess the job on that same Saturday evening which showed that our home had all lead gas pipes in the crawl space under the house which were fractured and leaking in multiple places. The guys showed real concern about our situation and were able to move around an already busy schedule to fit us in as a priority within 48 hours and replace our broken pipes with copper piping ensuring we had a safe gas supply (and a much needed shower). A full quote and breakdown of costs was provided before any work was carried out and during the job the guys were friendly and professional with regular one to one updates of the work in progress and before and after videos of the completed job. They started the job when they said they would at 7am and were done by 3:30pm. All round excellent service, this is a high standard for all tradesmen to follow. These guys are the real professionals.

GPE came to install an extractor fan in a bathroom that has no windows, install a new consumer unit and do an electric and gas survey. Very happy with all the work done and the after care. Highly recommend them.

I could not recommend or speak more highly of GPE. We have used GPE in both commercial and domestic settings as well as had them doing some work at my parent’s house. They have worked with us on number of quite complex refurbishment projects over the last 6 years. They are now without question our first and only point of call on anything related to Electrics, Gas and Plumbing and our Fire Alarm System. Furthermore Naeem has also put me in contact over the years with other reputable trades-people which has been invaluable. As developers we work with a number of tradespeople across all trades which has included other plumbers and electricians but I can honestly say that GPE are set apart from the rest. The attitude and energy that Naeem and the team bring to site is palpable and its effects immediate. There is no question that productivity across the site is different when GPE are also on site. Within his field of expertise Naeem has done anything and everything for us from fully rewiring multiple units against incredibly demanding timelines and also dealing with emergencies that needed immediate attention. His attitude of ‘there is no such thing as a problem without a solution and anything is possible with some thought’ leaves me very comfortable going to him with any scale of project or situation. Our boiler packed up shortly before Xmas. Naeem at GPE came out at short notice and replaced the boiler over the weekend before Xmas. Naeem is a lovely guy and did an excellent thorough job and was so tidy. Very responsive and reliable. An unqualified recommendation from us!
