Bought an electric car from Audi, Free charger came with the price. Fusion Electrical fitted it for us. Dan was very thorough and did an amazing job for us, even lazer leveling all the cables. Explained how to use the charger and how to put it online on the app. Very tidy, cleaned up after himself. So all in all very happy and would recommend Fusion and especially Dan. Thank you.

Fusion have always been excellent - they've handled several jobs for me in the past and consistently delivered great work. This time the property initially failed an EICR certificate and needed quite a bit of work. Despite the tight deadline, they got everything done on time and to a high standard. All the staff are so helpful and personable.

I come to this review as a factory manager and as an experienced project manager. For context, I wanted to install 3 phase supply in my property due to other projects I will be undertaking so I needed an electrician. Now, I went to market to get quotes and most people/companies that I contacted were either not interested, quoted me out of interest or simply ignored me, this is where Fusion shined right from the beginning, conversations were had, quotes were handled and decisions made. From the project management phase with my ridiculous questions that were thoroughly responded to in detail, to a road map of both works and specifications Fusion delivered. Don’t be fooled by the small nature of the company (if you do your homework with Companies house) this company means business, customer service next to none, attention to details that is rare to come across and a stern commitment and dedication reminiscent of old school ways of doing things with 21st century customer service in mind. I can’t recommend Fusion enough, judging how they delivered this install I can only surmise that their industrial work is also on par if not better. Oh! And they also do simple things like come around to change a socket apparently 😊 Again, thank you Fusion!
The Fusion Team were absolutely Amazing - From start to finish this company went above and beyond my expectations.! which is truly refreshing . Fusion are extremely professional, informative as noticeably they kept me in the loop at every stage. From our experience they are highly skilled, meticulous at their job and above all a complete pleasure to do business with. All paperwork and certifications were presented as soon as the work was completed - which was occurring whilst on site as each item of the project was being ticked off . Highly efficient !! I found all the team I was involved with , James (MD), Brooke, Vicky (Admin )Chris, Joe, Kian and Mike (Electricians) a first class outstanding team of positive individuals - who actually seem to enjoy what they do. They were able to think through complex technical details/diagrams for example - with the new UV systems we were having installed , after they had not had any previous experience working with such kit before. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. Very competitive price and appointments were kept (and on time too). Wiring in of new outside light which proved a bit tricky, but was handled competently and with humour. Pleasant experience all round and would definitely use again. Recommended.

I have used Fusion twice and on both occasions they have been excellent. They sorted a broken underground power supply to my garage about a year ago and today they fitted an external socket in my garden. Communication has been prompt and efficient and the staff I dealt with have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Fusion.
Fusion Electrical replaced two storage heaters with fully controllable electric radiators and also installed a heated towel rail in my bathroom. Also my water heating system was tested & OK. The Fusion ream arrived promptly and completed the entire job without any fuss, leaving no mess whatsoever and fully explaining the functions and operation of the new equipment. Changed some light fittings, light switches and plug sockets at short notice and even went above and beyond to do a revisit the following day to change another part which I hadn’t even asked them to quote for. Both electricians who attended were clean and tidy and completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely recommend and will use again next time I need electrical work completing.

I needed a new plug socket installing in my bedroom. They came out to quote the job, arrived early, took their shoes off, were very professional. The quote was better than i expected. On the day of the job they turned up early, talked me through what they were going to do, i left them to it and the job was completed without any issues. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I used Fusion Electrical for a job involving removal of old storage heaters and replacement modern electrical heaters. Throughout the process, I have found all members of staff to be super helpful and friendly. From arranging a home visit for the quote, to booking in the job and then carrying out the job itself - it was really easy. There was a wait between receiving the quote and booking the job in due to a delay with my management co providing approval, but they were friendly throughout and very patient - and also honoured the original quote despite the delay. On the day of the job itself they were fantastic and such pleasant guys to deal with. Living in the city centre, parking isn’t easy and (unlike other work/trades people I have had out) did not complain, just got on with it. My flat is a duplex and they did the work a floor at a time, meaning I was able to work from the other floor. I barely even noticed they were there. They did the work diligently and quickly and before I knew it, the work was done and they were on their way. I’m so pleased with the end result - I have modern, attractive looking heaters that really make a difference in my flat. I would highly recommend using Fusion - high quality workmanship and top customer service. What more could you want!
I tried Fusion after a number of other electricians failed to respond to voicemails and texts. The phone was answered right away and an appointment made. The appointment was kept, punctually and the operatives were polite and tidied up after themselves. The job was more complicated than first thought, necessitating another appointment, which was also kept punctually. Communication was good at all times and the job was done well. After dealing with tradesmen who either don't get back to you or fail to turn up when they say they will, Fusion are a breath of fresh air.

Fusion Electrical have recently replaced my Fluorescent Lighting with energy saving LED fittings. The whole project from beginning to end was completed in a good professional manner ,and I am well pleased with the result. We wanted to get or sky glass wall mounted in the lounge so asked fusion Electrical to create two PowerPoints halfway up the wall. Before they did this they explained that it wouldn't be the simple job we'd hoped for as they would have to cut out a TV sized recess in the wall to achieve it. They suggested that rather than wall mount the TV we should have a sturdy fireplace for the TV to stand on which would achieve the same aesthetic result but not compromise the insulation of the wall . I hadn't considered the impact on our heating bill of removing such a large section of insulation. Having a feature fireplace is something I've always wanted so I'm really glad they didn't let us go ahead and make a mess of the lounge! They even refunded the cost of wall mounting the TV which was great. If you don't understand electricals and need a trustworthy firm I'd happily recommend this firm. And we-ll use them again too.

Another excellent job just completed by Fusion. Installation of a new consumer unit and a car charger point fitted. From start to finish the whole team were great to work with from Jan in the office to the electricians who did the install. Peter our electrician on the day is a credit to your business, who was very respectful of us having to work from home and got the job done cleanly and to a very high standard. This was followed the day after with our electrical certificate, totally unheard of with other electricians I have used, very impressed! Really impressed with the service of Fusion Electrical (NW) Ltd from contacting me based on the ad from checkatrade, the electrician coming to give the quote and the works completed. The electricians Frankie and Campbell were very polite, engaging and professional. They kept us informed on the job status and stayed beyond the end of their working day to make sure we were happy that the motion sensor time delay was correct and even waited for me to buy a bulb for them to install. Absolutely would recommend Fusion Electrical and will use them again.

Work was completed about a month ago, I've been so busy but I really wanted to share this review. I am so pleased with the work completed by Fusion. They visited for a quote and a few weeks later, we booked in the work once we had moved in. We had plug sockets fixed and moved. Work was tidy, exactly what we wanted and great cost. All communication was promptly replied to by Jan and I have already recommended Fusion and would definitely use them again.

I can’t compliment the guys at Fusion enough. Their goal is to be professional, approachable and trustworthy, and they very much tick all 3 boxes. They visited my property and quoted me for connecting my garden pub to my house mains. Compared to a couple of other electricians I had come round, they clearly knew what they were doing and quickly proposed the best way to achieve the outcome I was after. We then agreed a date for this 2-day job and they turned up on time and completed the work to schedule. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and, probably most importantly, I have 100% peace of mind that the work has been done to the required standard. Not only would I highly recommend Fusion, but I plan to use them again once I’ve constructed two further out buildings.
Fusion Electrical are the best tradesmen find I've made in years and I won't use anyone else for my electrical needs. I've used them twice in recent weeks, once for planned work and once for an emergency electrical fault. Both times they sent incredibly professional and polite electricians over to do the jobs and in the case of the emergency work they were here within hours (early, I might add) to sort it out. Their pricing is also very reasonable in comparison to the pricing I received for the work from similarly sized companies in the area. I would recommend them, and have.

Fusion did an incredibly professional job for me. We had lots of small jobs after moving into a new house including replacing light fittings, adding new power points in the bedrooms and relocating the phone line. The two guys came and did the work in a very professional manner and showed lots of knowledge when I needed to make decisions. We originally contacted James at Fusion Electrical NW requesting a full electrical survey and investigation of possible electrical surges at our business. Since then communication has been excellent, and the work was booked in for a date quite soon after the initial contact. The two engineers that attended were friendly and proffesional, and we have been very happy with the work they performed. They made sure to set everything to rights afterwards and everything was left clean and tidy. Finally, the job was completed within the expected time and at for the price quoted in advance. Overall, we are very happy to continue working with Fusion Electrical NW going forwards, and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a reliable and good quality Electricans with excellent communication!

When first contacting Fusion Electrical , a gentlemen called Tom came out and prepared a comprehensive quote which was very competitive and detailed. He also provided web links to quality Electrical fittings . Fusion have carried out work for me on several occasions, and are always helpful, suggesting ideas and the best way of doing things. They come and see you to go through the work you would like doing, provide a comprehensive quote, set a date for the work and are always professional. Good after sales too.
I contacted Fusion back in July when we purchased our house in order for them to complete an electrical survey. Whilst this wasn't done during the buying process, we decided it needed checking over. It initially took them around a month in order for them to do the survey. They were extremely busy but given their reviews, I felt it was worthwhile to wait for them and didn't feel like I was being fobbed off. On completion of the survey, it was identified that there was the potential for a rewiring of the bottom level of the house. It appeared that the lighting was somehow wired to the plugs (!), along with other issues! We managed to then book them for two months later in October (our choice around commitments etc) for them to then rectify the issues shown on the survey. We also managed to arrange a site visit beforehand with James to help us understand the work that they could do and the potential damage involved. Sam who attended the property to complete the work was courteous and clean - taking up floor boards and carpets, but then replacing them and hoovering after completing his work. He managed to identify the problems without the need of a rewire as originally planned (this was given as a worst case scenario to us so that we were aware this could be possible) and was therefore quicker than expected doing the works (along with it being considerably cheaper and less messy!). We were also kept up to date by both him and the office on the works and if we were happy. James and all the guys at Fusion are great and they do the work to a high standard and you feel you can trust them. I will be looking to use them in the future to complete the cosmetic side of the electrical work once the house is fully decorated. Thanks again guys!

September 2020 - Approximately 2 years after completing the original job, listed below, Fusion have just finished some extra work for me. Delighted to say they are still showing the same great standards and care. Really impressive, competent work. The job included drilling through new render and brick to install an outside light. I was concerned that brick-dust would stain the new render so the electrician took extra care to ensure this wasn't an issue. A thorough job, well executed!

Called Fusion Electrical at 7pm on a Friday night due to having a complete power cut / fault. James arrived within the hour and worked late into the night to identify & fix the fault. Fantastic service from start to finish. Would recommend highly.
Following an extension we needed to add two mains connected fire detectors connected with radio waves - ultimately the builder we used should have done! Fusion Electrical fitted the detectors in such a way they look like they were done as part of the electrical work and with very little mess or disruption. The guys were both fitted with ice masks and foot guards...10 out of 10 guys!

Friendly and seemingly professional but we nearly had nothing to cook Xmas dinner on because of these guys. Several faults popped up in the extension they wired. Initially they returned to fix them. Last time something they had done broke they stopped answering our calls and we had to pay for someone else to correct their shoddy work.
We could not be happier with the service we had from Fusion. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. When Lewis came to carry out the work, he arrived exactly as promised and carried out the jobs very well. All through the job he kept us in the picture with progress - and the result was/is excellent. The bill was precisely as estimated and we consider to be very reasonable. Overall we are very happy and will not be looking for anyone else for any electrical work we need in the future.
