Emergency electrical callout when all electric sockets stopped working at 10pm and the trip switch in the fuse box wouldn't go back up. The engineer arrived quickly and was very professional, friendly and thorough. He painstakingly tested all the sockets in the house and checked the fuse box. The problem was one socket with a wiring issue. Power was restored and our appliances were working again. Would highly recommend.

I had KRA Electricial out yesterday to replace my circuit board. They initially visited to identify the fault and then scheduled the work at a time that worked best for me. The whole process was smooth and professional—great team to deal with.

Had a series of power cuts and was needing an emergency electrician to help with the issue. Found KRA on Check a Trade and Bobby was very responsive and able to come see us on the same day. The team were polite, quick to act and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Resolved the issue promptly and also gave some advice on our fuse box. Highly recommend and will use again!

These guys do such a great job. Arrived at 8am and worked until 6pm with just a 30 min lunch. So pleased with the final job

These guys did really great work, really quickly, and were very flexible on timings. A couple things to bear in mind if using this company is they may have unexpected delays on the day. They were late for both appointments (including 2 hours late for the first one), but I understand this can happen but just factor in when arranging the time. Also, I am assuming they have a minimum fee regardless of how big the job is, so bear this in mind too. In our case, we just needed two old radiators disconnected and 4 new ones (already on the wall) connected to the electricity. This took them 20 mins in total between two people and we were charged £194 excluding VAT - so bear in mind it may cost more than you think if it's a small job. On the whole though, the people were great, they did their work quickly and effectively. Can't complain too much about that.

I recently had my consumer unit replaced by KRA Electrical, and the work was outstanding. The new Hager consumer unit is neatly installed, fully compliant, and provides excellent protection with RCBOs and surge protection. The wiring is extremely tidy, clearly labeled, and professionally finished. Everything was tested, certified, and explained clearly.
