I used M Howe Electrical Services for the first time to fix my bathroom light, replace the out of date heat and smoke alarms that are wired into the mains and to replace my dodgy electric shower with a brand new one which they supplied. The engineers were friendly and professional, I had great communication at all times regarding price, times of visits and a solution to an unexpected problem that occurred during the works. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful, the engineers were quick and sorted everything out and they left the house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company and will book them again should the need occur.
This company use sub contractors and its farms jobs out. Their communication is extremely poor. I would avoid them at all costs
Dan came out the day I rang, worked quickly and efficiently, left us in a safe position. Full rewire required after further testing, hopefully goes as well as previous visit. Have full confidence in them .

Quick response from the team. Within 10 minutes of a call I had received the quote to get our office PAT tested. The job was booked in a matter of days later. The engineer was friendly and polite - a credit to the team. He advised of items in our office which were out of date; which we would have needed to know with it being a new premises to us. Contacted the company in the morning hannah was very polite and helpful dealt with my problem as I have an elderly father and had an appointment made within 3 hours, the electrician who fitted the light fitting was also very helpful and polite and credit to the company I would just like to say thanks again for helping my parent when he needed it.

Matt and his team are professional, friendly and approachable. They’ve dropped what they were doing and helped me with things that they really didn’t have to but went the extra mile to help out at the drop of a hat. Finally found a local electrician and wow what great service. I didn’t expect this company to take on my small job (went through daughters expensive garden lights with hedge trimmer’s), but they were fabulous. Even returned the fixed lights to my home address. I just called as I was a bit panicked about one of our switch’s but they made me feel a lot more reassured about it! They were friendly and gave me advice over the phone and even put me at ease that we could get an appointment next week if we needed it! I know who we’ll be ringing next time we want electrical work done!!!
We have just used this company to move our living room plug sockets and one in the kitchen , cannot praise them enough, the lads that did it were polite, helpful , and friendly, .. Had quite a few jobs needed doing that were all carried out to a high standard. Had a few complications pop up with electric radiator installations and relocations but the guys handled it very well; very communicative with solutions, talking me through options and quickly providing an accurate quote for the extra work

Guys who did the installation were courteous and did very neat work. At the end of each day, work area was thoroughly cleared and swept. I'll definitely recommend them.

Five star service from start to finish for my EV charger installation. From initial survey through to specifying details on the day everything worked out. All the work was neatly carried out, using some facilities I had pre-installed to make the job easier. A minor problem was quickly sorted afterwards without any fuss. Would certainly recommend this company for similar work.
I had a pod-point car charger installed in what is a difficult position relative to my house involving long cable runs (around the house, under a decking and down to a drive). Other providers were reluctant to even quote for the particularly awkward job. I am very happy with the outcome, the installers did a very tidy and professional looking job for a reasonable price. Great service, friendly staff, would highly recommend.
