Paul fitted in my job on what would have been his day off, coming out the following day. It’s typical to wait weeks for an electrician so that was amazing. He is personable, responsive over text and very professional too. I would absolutely use his services in the future.
Had him around to do an electrical test for our rental. The house failed the electrical test which I had no issue with. At the time Mr Golding explained this to my 70 year old father who was acting on our behalf and said he could not remedy the minor issues at the time and would return.......a year later and we are still waiting for his return, despite him saying he would come back.. My elderly father has been fobbed off numerous times saying he is "too busy" when he questioned him. When I was in the building trade, if I said I would come back and do work, I returned and I did it. I hope that others do not have such an experience as we did with Mr Goulding....particularly if they are elderly like my father. I will not use him again, will not recommend him and would urge anyone to be cautious when considering using him in the future.
Paul is a legend. Super pleasant, professional and always delivers. We've used him a few times now and can't say enough about his reliability.
