Carl on the front desk and Nick one of their technicians were a lifesaver today! My engine light came on on my way to work so I popped in to see them to see if they had time to check the issue. They were mega busy but they managed to squeeze me in, they diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road within an hour with full peace of mind! Thanks again lads, it was much appreciated!

Poor service and caused damage I supplied a genuine CV boot and agreed to pay only for labour. They fitted their own cheap part without asking. It failed after 1 month, they replaced it with another cheap one, and now my drive shaft is damaged and makes noise when turning. Work not done as agreed, extra cost to fix. I don't recommended
One of the best auto services I’ve ever been to. We’ve been using DSA auto Service regularly for our cars since moving to the area, and they have always been brilliant. They are honest, fair and never try to overcharge or recommend work that isn’t actually needed. If your car doesn’t need a major service or extra repairs, they will tell you rather than doing unnecessary work just to increase the bill. As a woman, I especially appreciate that they have never tried to take advantage of the fact that I might not know every technical detail about cars — they always explain things clearly and treat you with respect. The last time my husband took his car in for a service, they even changed the batteries in my key fobs for free, which was such a thoughtful little extra. They genuinely seem to want to do the best they can for their customers. Lovely staff, lovely guys, excellent work and great value. I would highly recommend DSA Auto Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable garage in the area.

I was impressed, because without booking the staff, arranged quickly to compleat the job for my van. I speaking about DSA from S92AE Attercliffe and NOT FROM S92YL Meadowhall road. From DSA S92YL, Meadowhall road, I was refused for no reason and they just wast MY TIME
Absolutely shocking service. Gave me time of 1.30. told would be able to pick up at 2.15. Returned and hadn't even started. Left again and they told me would ring me, didn't ring me, rather I had to keep ringing them. Eventually didn't get the car til 6pm Ruined my day. Absolutely woeful treatment
The first time using DSA who were recommended to me by a family member. My Clio was in desperate need of a full service so booked it in. Booking in was easy online. Dropped the car off and the staff were friendly and helpful. They did the full service and recorded any advisories that may need attention in the future, but no pressure to do it then and there like most mechanics would. This went a long way in my option! The work they carried out was faultless. Amazing place and amazing people! Will 100% use again when needed.
Booked in for a service and MOT and a courtesy car when I turned up they didn't have a car for me I had to take a mechanic home with me for him to take my car back and then what would take a couple of hours was all day because they forgot about my car been there.
I don’t often write reviews, but DSA Auto Centre really deserve one! I’ve been twice now for MOTs and they’ve always been easy to book with and really quick no messing about. Recently I had to cancel last minute due to a death in the family, and they were so kind and understanding about it, which meant a lot at the time. When I went in, I spoke with Carl who was just genuinely lovely the kind of person who makes you feel at ease straight away (especially when you're a woman & fairly new driver who doesn’t have a clue about cars!) When I first passed my test I got ripped off a couple of times from more notable garages like Halfords so I've always found getting an MOT daunting. But I’ve never felt like that here. Every time I’ve used DSA, they’ve been fair, reasonable, and most importantly honest. You just get the sense they’re decent blokes who aren’t trying to pull the wool over your eyes, even if you haven’t got a clue what you’re talking about (which is definitely me most of the time!). This last visit meant a lot as well. My MOT was due just before I had to travel up north for my mam’s funeral, and I was honestly stressing that my old banger car might fail and leave me stuck. Somehow it passed (minor miracle!), with just a light bulb needing replacing- they sorted it there and then during the MOT so I didn’t have to come back or rebook. That kind of help and thoughtfulness makes such a difference when you’ve already got a lot going on. It’s such a relief to have found a garage I actually trust. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
Perfect in every aspects! My Peugeot struggled with wet belt. I needed the car so I look for a place where I can pick it up same day. They said they can. Their price was better than other garages I have spoken. I took the car in the morning. At the end, which was Friday, they kindly informed me that they need to keep the car until Monday but they are ready to provide courtesy car. Although was disappointing, the way they handle it, it was a nice experience. They are friendly and very professional. They answered many questions I asked about the car. They are my garage now!
DSA were recommended to me by work colleagues, I took my car there for an MOT and interim service. It was very easy to book online. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and they were done by midday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also, the tram stop 10 minutes away made it easy to get back to collect the car.

I honestly cannot recommend DSA Auto Centre Sheffield enough! I broke down right outside their garage with my 10-month-old baby, and I was understandably really stressed. I went inside, and the man behind the counter didn’t hesitate for a second — he immediately got one of the team to come out and help. The gentleman who came to assist me was absolutely lovely. He quickly assessed the situation and managed to fix the issue roadside, which was such a relief. He even needed to move some things out of my boot to access part of the car, and seeing I was holding my baby, he kindly reassured me not to worry and took care of everything himself. Once he was done, he carefully put everything back exactly as it was. What truly amazed me was that they didn’t ask for any payment at all. In a moment where I felt completely overwhelmed, their kindness and generosity meant everything. The professionalism, compassion, and genuine care they showed are so rare to find. Thank you so much again for your help — I’m incredibly grateful!

My wife went shopping in Meadowhall when her car gave a low engine oil warning, as she had to return home on the motorway was quite worried so after phoning the RAC for local recommendations took her car to this garage which is very close to Meadowhall. A very helpful mechanic located the engine which is at the rear and put a litre of oil in it for her. Amazing service and put her mind at rest.
First time I have used DSA (IKEA) for major service and MOT. Staff have great communication through email, phone and face to face. Very professional, proactive, helpful, good value, and importantly very trustworthy. I struggle to trust and find great tradespeople as 9/10 of them do an uncaring bad job. DSA is the minority that do a great job to my high standards (retired engineer and HGV driver) and I will continue to leave my pride and joy in their very capable hands. Thank you.

Not a good experience, pre ordered 2 tyres which were fitted to the car, che red the pressures 2 days later and realised the new tyres were the wrong size. Impossible to get through by phone so had to drive in to book the car in so all in, took 3 trips and over 6 hours to sort 2 tyres.

I've been taking my car to DSA since I first bought it 3.5 years ago. I'm always treated with respect and no one has ever spoken down to me because I'm a female with rubbish car knowledge (something I've experienced in other places!). The MOT and service forms are easy to understand and any issues are explained thoroughly in-person or over the phone. All issues and quotes are mentioned before going ahead with any work. I trust DSA to look after my car and won't go anywhere else. The guy on the desk today (joined 5 weeks ago?) was so friendly and helpful too! Thanks to everyone involved ☺️
Had my car diagnosed from Nick he found the issue with it straightaway. The mechanics are very polite. Carl in reception was really nice he asked me to sit and wait there while my car was being checked it was lovely and warm. Will deffinetly be returning there in the future
Got recommended to come here by a friend as I had my MOT coming up. Absolutely no regrets. Was booked in for an MOT (which failed!) but the guys got me booked in ASAP to have it repaired. Decent price for what needed doing too. Carl was absolutely lovely and explained everything to me when I was confused/worried. Would recommend these to anybody!

Had my MOT done here. The guys did a fantastic job. I was going to fail the MOT due to some issues with my car but Nick and Anthony managed to do the fixes during the MOT for a reasonable price. Would have had to rebook my MOT for another day if they didn’t do that. Fantastic Garage. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend going here for services and MOT

Recently had a full service done. Dropped car off in the morning and got it back same day. Staff are friendly enough and I used the option to loan a car. Had to ask them to stamp the service schedule when collecting the car as this wasn’t done. Does make you wonder what else they may have been careless about especially considering the prices they charge. 3.5/5 from me.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Joe was proactive, helpful, and communicative. Was kept in the loop and they even recommended that some of the work I thought needed doing was unnecessary which saved me over £100 that they could've quite easily kept. They also spotted a pretty serious issue with my car that two other garages had missed, and tried to help me source difficult-to-find parts to fix it.

Excellent service. Got service done in time. Was about to be scammed by a local garage during MOT then took second opinion from them and was helped by these guys in sorting out things. They thoroughly checked my car and found that nothing was wrong with my car. They gave video evidence about it. I have learnt my lesson a hard way and now I trust these guys 200% with my car.

I contacted the garage by email to get a quote for an AC compressor issue, as I was working and couldn’t call. They responded very promptly, arranged to recover the car the next day, and had the repair completed within one day. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent throughout. Really appreciated the clear communication and fast turnaround, highly recommended!

Went for an MOT amazing service fast and no hassle needed a retest got it in on the same day wasn't there ten minutes and it was sorted I would definitely recommend
I’ll start by saying this isn’t anything against the fella on the front desk. I took my car to the garage, along with RAC, for repairs. With me being under cover with RAC and these being approved it made sense. When I mentioned my warranty the guy at the front advised me they don’t deal with that side and I have to pay then reclaim myself. I thought fair enough, not a problem; and I asked them to get me booked in. The guy managed to get my car sorted for me be next morning, at least a day early. However when contacting the warranty, they told me the garage should have been the ones to contact and discuss before any work was carried out. Now, because the garage didn't contact them and carried out repairs it now means my warranty with the RAC will not pay out. Simple reason being the garage did not call to discuss the repairs and the costs at all, let alone before repairing. Unfortunately leaving me out of pocket.

recieved my car via RAC, said they looked then a week later changed there mind cause they said they only just looked, a further week they had to change the quote after another week they said they cant get the parts the car needs, Still charged me £140 to look at the car even though they had it for a few weeks and just had poor commincation , I dont recormend this place, overly priced and just keeps your car for weeks and weeks with no repairs... I have now had to go to a new garage to get work done
Be aware SCAMMERS!!! Send my miss to this garage , all it need just change clutch cylinder , in garage people said it’s actual clutch need to replace and quoted £700 , took other garage replaced cylinder and problem was sorted ! Paid only £70. Be aware guys, once they’ll realised you don’t know anything or you women ( they start ripping off)
Exceptional service. Had an issue with the car whilst travelling up the M1. Called around as didn't have time to wait for the AA in a rushed journey. This was the 7th garage I called and they accommodated me at short notice. Absolute lifesavers.
Quick and friendly service by the team tonight. I had a flat tire that needed replacing. The team were able to attend to me immediately and replace the tire and have me on my way with in 10 minutes. Definitely 10/10 service.

Used this garage before and yet again what great service! I called this morning the garage was happy to help on the same day. They did a great job at a competitive price my wife took the car in and she felt very comfortable and said she would happily go back. They even covered the seat with a plastic cover to move the car! Would definitely recommend and will use again 👍

I had an issue with my front wheels squeaking on the way to work and was only able to book an appointment once I had finished at 21:00. They were the only garage in Sheffield that could fit me in the next day, and were considerate enough to let me drop my car off before work and collect it on my break. With that being said, I had booked in for a general repair with no idea what the problem could be, and had received a phone call within 3 hours that my car was ready. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend!

Travelling from York to Nottingham and our camper van developed an oil leak. Pulled off the motorway to get oil from a petrol station but they didn't have any. The guys next door at DSA Autocentre came to our rescue with enough oil to get us home. Really appreciate their help and would definitely use them for work on our van if we lived nearer. They informed me that my tyres needed changing to pass the MOT, which they replaced at a fair price, and my car successfully passed. They also fixed a disconnected windscreen washer issue at no extra cost. The service was convenient, professional, and honest 👍.

Responded quickly to an email asking for a quote to fix minor issues following an MOT. The price was a little higher than another quote I'd received but they price matched without a fuss. On the day dropped off the car and was advised it would be ready at midday, arrived at midday and it was good to go and no unexpected costs. Friendly welcoming service and would happily use again

Unbelievable service from these guys. Booked a last minute slot on Saturday for a Monday afternoon diagnostics test. Dropped off on the Monday morning to fit around work, recieved a call at 11 with what the issue was and cost to repair, car was repaired and ready for collection by 1:30pm. Couldn’t ask for anything more! My go to garage for sure!!

Never had problem with DSA in Attercliffe Common, But the one near IKEA was very bad had service 3 months ago, but they didn't change oil filter.
Would definitely recommend! Done a full service for my car, the communication went very smoothly and the staff there were very helpful! They also provided me with a full report after the full service with some comments from the technician which were very helpful! Would definitely go back there for any future repairs !

Can't fault in any way at all. They were easy to book with, was able to book a courtesy car as well. As soon as we arrived the member of staff we dealt with (Nick) felt like an exception to the norm as far as garage/service centre staff go and was super cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them to do look at something extra and described it and he finished it and advised. They then promptly let us know once it was all done. Nick was just as great and helpful on picking it up and they were extremely fair on the pricing for the work. I know for certain it'd have cost at least 5 times more at the dealership for the same thing! (as in they actually quoted me 5 times more as a start!). We'll be returning to this garage again.

I’d just pulled into Ikea and parked and realised my handbrake stopped working. I’d called the RAC to be told it would be 5 hours before someone could come out. I was told to Google a garage and take it there myself. It was 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and i was worried I wasn’t going to find somewhere. DSA were the first result on Google and they were amazing. I was told to bring the car and someone would look at it on Monday. I arrived flustered and upset, but they were really kind and understanding. The car fixed Monday morning and I picked it up lunch. I recommend them to anyone!

Had issues with my car in that all the warning lights were coming on, losing power steering etc. Got a new battery as self-diagnosed, but the same problem happened. Took it to these guys and they immediately found a loose connection to the battery. Checked everything else including the alternator and any belts, and could see nothing else. They did all this and charged me nothing. Such a nice gesture and will definitely continue to use them.
Quick professional service. Dropped car off at 7:50am and asked if it was possible to have the car back by 11am. Despite being busy already they managed to sort it all out by 10am. Repeated customer and definitely will return in the future

I had used DSA multiple times for mot’s and services and was happy at the time but I wasn’t in the habit of checking their work. I won’t be using them in the future. For this years service I have been elsewhere who have shown me what shocking work or lack of, dsa completed. As part of dsa’s full service they replace pollen filter, air filter and oil filter as confirmed on my service documents. What I have been shown today is that this clearly hasn’t been done as I’ve had an oil filter removed that is rusty, oil replaced that clearly hasn’t been done in a couple of years, a pollen filter that is black and an air filter not too dissimilar, all of which should not happen within a year. Very disappointed that I put my trust in a garage who I shouldn’t have.

I recently bought a car that was desperate for a service and rung DSA after seeing so many good reviews. They fitted me in for the next day. I dropped my car off at 8.30 and by 10.30 my car was ready to pick up. The staff were really nice and rung before to let me know of a couple of small bits that needed doing. Quickest time between booking and my actual appointment I've had. Everything was explained when dropping the car off and received an estimated completion time which was pretty spot on. Also, cheapest MOT and service for what they provided and the attention to detail they went into with minors they discovered. Dan, the gent on the counter, was top notch. I'm returning next year. Update. Returned at the very end of day for a small problem and wasn't an issue in the slightest. Had a look, must have been a hiccup. Didn't try and sell me anything or charge for their time. I went twice and both the times the team was so supportive and they did all the service as per my request within some time. First time when I booked online, I had given we notes to check, but seems like they did not get to read it as it was booked through different team but later when I went the second time, they checked my feedback and explained what happened and what they have done it.

I booked my car in for MOT, they managed to get me booked in the day after I called (my MOT had expired) it failed the test and they managed to get everything sorted the same day so I was only a few hours without my car. Everyone I spoke to were really friendly, can't recommend this place enough!

A friend recommended DSA, so I called on Thursday, car got booked in for a full service the following day. Took car in at 8am, collected car at 11am. Very professional service. Kept me informed and gave me advisories on what would need doing in the future. Very clean establishment, and knowledgeable staff. Already recommended to my friends and family already.
Great service as always, good price and quick reliable work. fixed an issue i had with a not straight steering wheel i had taken to the main nissan dealers on 3 separate occasions with them fobbing me off and saying it was in tolerance is now perfectly straight thanks to DSA
What can I say.. what an amazing company due to the staff. The staff are truly amazing. Dan and his team have been so caring and helpful due to my situation. My van broke down due to a battery / electrical fault and I had it taken to DSA on Sheffield Road. They had a look at it for me and got an electrician to diagnose it for me. Unfortunately it needs to go to Renault due to the situation. I haven’t been able to move the van or get it into Renault yet and they have kindly let me leave the van there until I can have it picked up. How amazing is that! They even when above and beyond so I could get into the back of the vehicle. Thank you Dan and team, you are amazing!
After being let down by my usual garage I needed a last minute MOT test and not only did this DSA branch manage to fit me in on the date and time that I needed but they also lent me their courtesy car for the evening so I could keep my plans. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and accommodating and I have absolutely no reservations in fully recommending them for all automotive needs. They have definitely won a repeat customer in me and they will for sure be my first choice next time!

The work and service was fine, no complaints, but MOTs above average price for the area. Also the carpark is stressfully small, with only one entrance. A lady had to reverse back onto the main road as i couldn't move to let her in, nor get out past her. So, friendly staff, but I will choose somewhere less stressful and better priced next time.

I had a Hymer Fiat Ducato-based Motorhome for its MoT at DSA Meadowhall. Booking a time was easy and I waited whilst the work was done. A fault was identified, diagnosed and fixed promptly and my MoT certificate granted. Overall a speedy and efficient process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DSA.
Use DSA on a regular basis and their standard of service is second to none. Johnny, Wayne and Mustafa always provide great updates and always work to help find a solution to any issue. Highly recommend the quality of work that is carried out + will continue to use DSA on a professional and personal basis. Special shout-out to Josie, Sarah and Mark at the Attercliffe branch who organise mobile servicing and book MOTs who have always been flexible and proactive to ensure vehicles are completed quickly / sometimes within a couple of hours. Would strongly recommend anyone using this garage - They look after our fleet of vehicles, and always get the work done in swift fashion whilst staying in constant communication if any extra work is required. They will consistently bend over backwards to accommodate any emergency repairs that we need doing as well.

My experience here was wonderful! We had a warning light come on after an hour long motorway drive with further driving to do. After stopping at services and failing to solve the problem ourselves a quick Google search told us this garage was just off the M1. We stopped by feeling hopefully but understanding if the garage had no time to see us however we were greeted with a warm welcome and after explaining the problem the assistant took our car straight in to have a look while we kept warm in reception. He managed to solve the problem easily and quickly and return the car fixed so we could continue along our journey with the reassurance it was safe to drive. He also didn’t charge us for inconveniencing him. We were so pleased with the excellent, genuine and pleasant service here in a time of stress for us. We would recommend this garage to anyone. Had issues and asked them to repair. They replaced a part but the issue remains same. Wasted money. Very expensive. Not at all satisfied with services and repairs as the issue still persists after changing the part and had to incurred a huge cost.. I don't recommend

Brought my car for mot n servicing, end up paying more that expected for broken parts and a failed MOT. Had a yes for driving off that day only to realise a weird noise coming out that was never there before. Couldn’t fit me in on any other weekends, I work all weekdays hence I chose this garage that opens on a Saturday. Can’t fit me in to fix a car that was messed up until 3 weeks later. Got it seen finally, was told that it was only a minor loose part, secure within 1 hour and was still left with a car that has the same noise. Booking system online that either does not sync with the actual system or they just can’t be bother to fix my car as I’m not paying any further. Very disappointed seeing I’ve used them for 3 years now. Never coming back again.
Brought my car in for an MOT and service and requested a courtesy car on booking so I can get on with my day. Booked weeks in advance and was told no courtesy car when I got there and a 4 hour wait for my car. Took my keys back and used another company. Useless
So I've had an extremely bad week, found out my mum has lung cancer so I drove from Coventry this morning only to find my car had been broken into. Took my mums car to drop her off at Northern General Hospotal for further scans and low and behold with my luck this week her car broke down at the petrol station next to DSA (Ikea). Walked round obviously distressed and johnny and another guy (bald head - sorry but didnt catch his name) kindly came straigh round and helped me push the car to the garage, ordered me a new battery and sorted it all in an hour so I could go pick my mum up without her worrying even more! Absolutely unbelievable service. I cant thank them enough. Whatever you are paying them its just not enough. Thank you lads. I'm eternally grateful.

Cancelled my collection and drop off at 0750 on the day of my service and MOT. I booked this to avoid the hassle of getting to the garage and then onto work. As a result I had the hassle, I was trying to avoid, with only 10 minutes notice to sort anything. I was offered collection a week later, which was no good as my mot expired before then. I was late for work. Had to arrange a colleague to take me back to collect my car. Then stay late to make up for my lateness in the morning. Not interested in trying to resolve lack of collection/drop off. No offer of anything to help my situation. Would not recommend.

My brakes were binding so called in at 8.30 to see what they could do, very helpful and fixed by 12.00 new discs and pads. Brilliant service and very helpful, i would definitely recommend this garage

What great service - thank you for your help today. As someone who knows 0 about cars, after a recent AA call out, DSA were so helpful. They looked at the fault reports, provided me a quote (spark plugs) and fixed. Wayne was so helpful, funny and didn't make me feel intimidated as I can sometimes feel in car garages. Thank you for your help, service and reassurance! I would definitely recommend and will return in the future (hopefully not too soon!) ha.
I can't fault DSA. I've been here a few times now with my pain in the backside car for diagnostics, brakes, new parts and MOT. They have been quick and efficient, always getting my car book in to fit my schedule. I don't feel like they have tried to rip me off, which I have felt at other garages. Lovely lads on reception each time I've been too. I will be going back when needed but hopefully not too soon 😆

Excellent service all round. Found this garage after having a puncture. The fitter swapped the tyre for the space saver due to the original tyre was unrepairable. Two new tyres ordered for the following day which were competitively priced. Same day was contacted to inform me that the tyres had been delivered. Tyres fitted. Took my car in for service and mot. Got the call from Mustafa who clearly explained what needed to be fixed on the car and what was advisory, there was no hard sell for anything. When I picked up the car Mustafa took his time to explain the advisory points and some other arears I needed to keep an eye on. All round great service.
My car broke down recently and was taken to DSA Meadowhall. I was initially told to my relief they would try fit it in for repair the very next day. I then got a phone call only a few hours later to say they'd done the Service and MOT I asked for, assessed the issues and could fix and replace a number of parts within a couple hours. Within the same day I took my car there, I was driving home. Many thanks to DSA, and in particular, Mustafa, for their help and speed.
Booked car via their website for this morning (18/10/2021). I get there for 0900 and was told they can't see the booking. I showed confirmation e mail "we won't do that at that price anyway!" "Computer says no!" Completely unprofessional and rude guy behind the counter. Didn't offer to book the car in on an alternate day either. No people skills. No apology. If you have a website. Why isn't it talking to your main systems? Utter incompetence and a wasted journey for me this morning on a day off.

Booked in for a Full service and from start to finish the service received was excellent. Slight mishap with the online booking but rectified straight away. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful. My car needed some extra work doing and I was phoned and given a full itemised quote. All the work was completed same day which was a massive bonus. Took my car in for a Major Service & MOT. Excellent price and courtesy car included. All seems great. Until pick up comes around. Proceed to drive out of the gates and the car starts juddering/ seemed like misfiring. Immediately took it back to be told they knew what the issue is without even opening the bonnet. Took into the garage to have a look and they come out to say the labour would be free of charge but I need to pay for the part to fix it that they broke. Completely refused this as it wasn’t broken when I went in. Part took an hour to arrive and I was back on my way. The part in question that had broke I was told it broke putting it back in so they did not know however it was rubber on the coil pack that had broke. I don’t know if I’m been stupid but rubber splits and tears off when it’s pulled, not pushed back in place. How the mechanic didn’t pick up on the apparent issue parking it back up from the garage I don’t know as I heard and felt it as soon as I pulled out of the gates to leave. The guy in charge was pretty chill and nice but the sticking point with me is the request to pay for something that was broken during the service I had already paid for. I’m not so sure I will be back as no one else has broke this part when servicing the same car. Pretty disappointing for what I thought was a reputable garage.
No problem with the work carried out ,booked it online through Book MyGarage at £99 total cost.Was charged £290 with no adequate explanation.Contacted main office who said they should have explained to me the cost of the work before being carried out.Very dodgy on line sales ad,very disappointed with the sales technique I wonder how many others have been caught out with this erroneous ad.
My ford went in for a new water pump and timing belt . The work was done on time and professional. Excellent service will use again
Had my Ford Focus in twice recently - just before Christmas for a clutch replacement and then afterwards for service, MOT and to fix engine misfire due to coolant leak. Both times I found them to be competent and professional, I was kept fully updated by Wayne on the phone and his team worked quickly to get me sorted. The young lady working on reception was polite and courteous and when I collected my car after the service Dave kindly offered me a free MOT in 12 months time as a thank you for my custom, which was a great gesture. Good location very close to Meadowhall which is ideal for dropping car off and heading across there if you want to. Would recommend 👍🏻

I broke down and did not have break down cover. I googled car recovery/clutch repair in Sheffield and I saw DSA Autocentre..so clicked on it..filled in a form with my details and what was wrong. Sent it..around 20 minutes later Kev from DSA called me, he said we can sort recovery for you, get your car to our garage, and look at it first thing Monday. (It was Saturday afternoon). I was later recovered, by the time I had got home, I had a call already saying what was wrong with a price, do I want the work to be done? Basically my car was ready late Monday afternoon, I picked my car up the day after, Josie was on reception, she ask if I was paying in full or by payment assist, that was fantastic, such a big bill is always a nightmare, but paying monthly makes life more manageable, my car drives great, every was put back as it was. Definitely recommend DSA Autocentre, kev sorted everything, then Josie asked me if I wanted to pay monthly. Saturday was a nightmare, but DSA made that nightmare disappear. Thank you
Couldn’t recommend more. For the past 3 years I have been going to DSA for my service, MOT and repairs in between. They are friendly, helpful, efficient and I feel I can totally trust them. I wanted to get a health check before a long journey next week and when I went to book online saw they were doing a post lockdown vehicle check free for NHS and key workers. I’m now even more impressed! The online booking service is also great
What a fantastic experience it has been at DSA Meadowhall. Called up on Tuesday was booked in on Wednesday and they took into account that we could only collect the car at a certain time in the afternoon due to work commitments. They even did a complimentary health check on the car and gave us a list of items that will require attention in the future . That way there will be no nasty surprises when the MOT Is due. After some horrible experiences with chain garages we have found our garage of choice and won’t be going elsewhere. Can not recommend highly enough
My wife and I have been self isolating for the last 2 weeks. I needed a new battery on my Toyota Yaris and phoned DSA for a quote to come to my house and fit a new battery. Within an hour a mechanic arrived. Not only did he fit the battery, test the alternator to make sure it was charging correctly but then went on to check the oil and fill my windscreen washer bottle. I was so impressed! I recommend DSA without reservation. The service I received was outstanding. Thank you DSA for such wonderful thoughtful service at this very difficult time.

I took my 19 year old Volvo in for a service, yesterday, and they did a great job. Prompt service, and they kept me informed of progress. I think they gave me very good value for money as we worked through options on what work should be done if I want to keep the car running safely. I felt that Joel and Aaron took care of the car as if it were their own. I'll recommend them to others and keep using them. Also, the new branch is very easy to get to and is convenient to Meadowhall, Ikea and a Costa... Handy while waiting.
Absolutely great service had 3 cars serviced at my home address then my mot’s done at the new premises. ( cheeky breakfast at IKEA) whilst I waited 😊😊😉😉
From taking my car to the first garage at DSA to now using their brand NEW garage just located next to the Ikea they have never failed me. Hands down the best garage I have ever used.
