Faultless, swift and easy process from start to finish. Adam and Mark were quick to respond to our initial enquiry, which was made via a simple Google form. They arranged a visit, we showed Mark around and he noted the work needed, and a detailed and well-organised quote arrived promptly afterwards. Once we’d approved, the work was carried out quickly and well, and they were exceptionally clean and tidy in our house. They fitted a car charger, an induction hob, and added or amended various sockets and switches. A query over the final invoice was dealt with in an open and transparent manner. I am a self-employed furniture maker and I know how important this kind of service is for building trust and getting referrals. Really can’t fault the whole process. Would heartily recommend this business to anyone needing electrical work in their house.

Even though the house was busy with trades working, his electricians were all accommodating and went the extra step to make sure things were explained, we were satisfied, and the work areas were left as tidy as could be. The team did a good job at a good price. They were communicative throughout and took the time to understand what I needed and explain what work they needed to do. They explained it to me and to my partner on separate occasions and were always really ourteous and patient. The owner Adam even came out free of charge one evening the following week when I thought something was wrong - turns out I hadn't noticed a fuse had jumped for an unrelated reason. Excellent service, again. ACES did a great job at our rental house in sorting put the damp issues. Vented cooker hood, venting the cellar, replacing part of the circuitry. Great to be able to trust them to liaise well with our tenant so we don't have to get involved, and reasonable prices. Have used them before at home and will do again.
