My electrics randomly went out yesterday and I called Masons Electrical as an urgent matter because I rely on electricity for my medication and for medical/disability issues. As a lone disabled female, I was concerned about what to do. I messaged Masons Electrical on WhatsApp and he came as soon as he could. My electrics were back on and sorted before he left. Friendly, Approachable, . I found him on Checkatrade. A++++. Would hire again.

Will was great and really friendly He explained everything he was doing so I understood why he was recommending certain things. He was also really flexible when I had to change some of what I had asked him to do. He was really tidy, quick to respond to questions and also helped me find other tradesmen based in who he would personally use or had worked with. I'd not hesitate to recommend or use Will again in the future. Excellent workmanship, reliability and was really tidy!

Tv mount Sockets installation IKEA Besta floating tv unit installation Will was outstanding throughout and went out of his way to provide more adequate screws and fixings than the ones provided. Installed the TV mount and IKEA floating furniture and we're really pleased with the results. Highly recommended ??

Complex commercial brake rollers I cannot recommend Masons enough, Went out of their way to rectify an issue we had with at our commercial premises. Will was a man on a mission and started from scratch with our wiring. Sorted and working perfectly.

Tv Bracket on the wall with socket hidden behind the TV Will is a lovely chap, really helpful and my 7 year old was gutted when he left ?? I had a few bits missing from my TV Bracket but Will found a way to make it work. Very reasonably priced and would definitely recommend Will to anyone

Full rewire Friendly team, really helpful, enthusiasitc electricians. Will and team completwd a full rewire on my large victorian house. The work was completed at supersoeed thanks to long working hours and a determined effort. Will has done smaller jobs for me nefore so I was confident at asking him to complete this work. Definitely trustworthy and competent!

Emergency call out to total loss of electrics. Resolution, electrics survey, fit new consumer unit. Mason electrical initially identified source of power outage. Followed up with full electrical survey and remedial work including new consumer unit. Very efficient, punctual and informative. Very happy with the prompt service and outcome.

Will did a full rewire in our house. He was friendly and patient explaining the steps involved, always turned up when he said he would and tidied up afterwards. He finished the job ahead of schedule. I found him very trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone.

Will was booked through a third party , he communicated when he would come and he arrived on time. He got straight to finding out what the issue was and resolved our crisis in a matter of minutes . Will very swiftly responded to my request to attend to a lighting problem at the home of an elderly vulnerable lady. He attended in the evening, located the fault, made it safe and arranged with me to return and fix the problem. He then called me to update me on the work carried out, all at a very reasonable cost. He fully understands the the business model and is able to tailor solutions to satisfy the relevant regulatory requirements while being very good value for money. We found Will on Check a Trade as we have moved into the area from a different part of the country and we din't know an electrician. I am always wary of reviews - is he as good as they say. Well the answer is a resounding yes. Will came to fit a number of new light fittings into our new house. He arrived promptly, his work was excellent and he is very clean and tidy in everything he does. He went more than the extra mile in repairing a broken light switch when it would have been much easier for him to have ordered it specially - it was an unusual german light fitting. It took ages and was very fiddly and many would have given up. We are going to refit our kitchen and Will will be doing that for us.I cannot recommend Will highly enough. Philip Peters

I found Will on Rated people and really pleased that I did. My range cooker had broken down and otherwise it would’ve meant microwaved meals for the family which is not what you want during lockdown. I’d contacted a number of sparkies but they either didn’t respond or said they would come but turned down last minute. William took up the job and was responsive and came out fairly quickly. He was polite, friendly and clear about price. He was courteous and cleaned up afterwards as well. He found a couple of things wrong with my range cooker but sorted them out quickly after a couple of visits. Will offered to knock some money off his work as he felt he had messed me about - this was because a part he had ordered turned out to be faulty and not his fault. He didn’t charge me for coming out that time anyway! All in all I said to Will I’ll pay you what you should be paid because he had done a great job and was working during this difficult time. I would have no hesitation in calling upon Will again and would strongly recommend him. Cheers Will!

Contacted will with a bathroom light issue to which he tried to help me with over the phone ,when he realised it was not a simple fix he arranged to call within the hour. Once he arrived he was straight on the job and about an hour later he had it sorted and then explained the reason for the problem ! While he couldn't fit me in straight a way due to other commitments he was able to say when he was available so I took up the offer. He turned up exactly when he said he would, carrying out my work in a very pleasant, friendly and professional manner, cleaning up as he went along, couldn't fault this young man and all reasonably priced. When I next require an Electrician he will be my first port of call.

Booked Will to change our old fuse box, he was really competitively priced. Had an electrical fault in the house about a week before Will was due to do the work, he managed to find time to come and do the planned work and fault find a week early. Kept informed of the progress throughout the day.

Fantastic results!!! Really friendly, willing to put the time in to make sure a job is done well and shows genuine interest in the big picture of your home ideas! I found Will through a find a trader site. He came in with a really competitive quote and made time the same day to give me a call to discuss the job. I needed some wall lights putting in to replace a central ceiling rose as well as a few sockets to continue my (mostly) DIY cinema room project. After one call he showed a clear understanding of what I wanted and we were able to agree dates for a first fix of wiring and installation. The job is now complete after two fixes and I'm so chuffed with the results. It all worked first time with no issues.

Quick response, good price, turned up on a Friday evening to help my personal timetable. A separate fault found during his installation check was dealt with quickly, sensibly and at a fair price and he stayed to fix it although it ate into his personal time. Arrived on time, was able to accommodate an evening appointment for after my working day. Got him in for a second opinion on some work that another electrician had said was necessary for an electrical installation condition report to pass. He quickly confirmed that the work wasn't required and carried out the condition report with no issues. Happy with the survice and already have him booked back in do some other work.
