KHM Electricals came to install a EV charger for me I had never had an electric car before so was completely relying on the company I had selected to do the job as it turned out I was very lucky to have chosen KEM they came quoted did the work and also connected all my apps on my phone so all i needed to do was connect the plug and charge First class service from really nice people

I've used KMH for ten years. Keith always does a great job and at very short notice. Cannot recommend enough.

So, nearly 2 weeks ago Keith and Amy rocked up to install an Ohme Home Pro EV charger, and what a great job they did again. It wasn't the most straight forward of installations, but that didn't deter them from coming up with a solution that worked. All in all, the job was completed within a few hours, and I can't praise them enough as to how professional they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any domestic electrical work that needs doing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Further to my previous review below this one regarding the fitting of ceiling lights in my living and dining room, this time I contacted Keith regarding a failed pull cord switch in my bathroom. Not only was he able to fit me in at short notice, the switch was replaced even quicker. Admittedly it was his glamorous assistant Amy who did the work (isn't that always the way!), but everything about it was perfect, including how much I was charged. Very friendly, amenable, and professional - and I would not hesitate to use Keith and co. again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The job was simply putting up a light in our dining room & one in our living room. Keith was the perfect person for this as he was very professional & efficient in completing this task. Friendly demeanour & I would use him again.

Exceptional service by Keith and Amy. We had an unexpected problem with our electrical consumer unit resulting in a tripped switch that would not reset. One phone call and Keith and Amy arrived within 1 hr. They went through the system to diagnose what the problem was. They worked through a series of tests and found our washing machine had a fault and was tripping the RCD. Isolated the washing machine and RCD could be reset. Very cheerful and professional electrical engineers and we would have no hesitation in recommend them.

Husband phoned the company explained the problem, form sent by text message to fill out, turned up within an hour, text message 10 minutes before arrival.

After having my EV charger fitted I could not get the apps to work properly on my phone , I contacted Keith and he was back at my home the next morning and sorted this for me , nothing was any bother for Keith and highly recommend him , friendly, reliable, professional and great after sales .

Keith was extremely professional. I submitted an online enquiry, and he came the same day to assess my property and provided a quote immediately. The charger was installed just four days later. He even left extra cable in case we decide to upgrade our garden in the future. He continues to respond promptly to my messages and also took the initiative to report my complicated electric meter to the DNO for delooping.

KHM Electrics quoted for installation of EV charger, however, unlike Octopus who's quote was similar, Keith explained how he would route the cable from one side of the house to the other. The installation was undertaken by Keith & Amy, they arrived punctually and completed the job in a professional manner. Keith talked through connecting the vehicle and how the apps worked. A first rate job, I would thoroughly recommend KHM Electrics.

Fab service once again, responding exceptionally quickly to fault find an issue with our underfloor heating, then taking time to research our system thoroughly before returning to resolve the problem. Previously installed our EV charging point and did a great job with that too.

Keith's was the first number I called after searching electricians on Google, after power to all sockets had cut out during the night. Answered the phone immediately and was with me within 10 minutes. Couldn't find fault immediately, but managed to leave me with a temporary fix, till he could come back to resolve fully, which he did by the end of the same week. Keith and Amy worked well together. Costs were extremely reasonable, considering he came out immediately to an emergency. Will definitely be contacting Keith again, when more work needs doing, whether an emergency or scheduled. I had an issue with my inverter and as it goes things usually go wrong over the weekend. I called Keith and he straight away helped me troubleshoot over the phone but did not work. He was at my house first thing Monday morning and very quickly identified the issue and rectified it. Keith s d Amy were very polite, professional and left the premises neat a d tidy. Thanks guys!!!

Contacted Keith in a panic because tenants electricity was tripping. He was round and the problem sorted within a couple of hours. He also advised of some issues that needed to be sorted, he sent a detailed quote which we accepted and the work was completed within 2 weeks. All in all a 5 service from communication, to work done and certificates of completion sent. Thanks Keith!

LED ensuite light stopped working. I called Keith for some advice. He came out to us after Xmas at the time stated, replaced the light and also fixed a switch downstairs which hasn't worked properly for many years, so we now have a front porch light working too. As usual super friendly, prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend.

We contacted KHM Electricals to change over a fuse board and conduct an EICR check on our home, and I couldn't reccomend them enough. They were responsive, professional and friendly (even to our nervous rescue dog!), and did a great job with our home. Keith even saved us money on the jobs we requested, instead of quoting us extra like we have experienced with other companies in the past. Can't praise this young man enough nothing is too much trouble even down to ringing another local tradesman to ask him to get in touch not because he couldn't do the job just because hevhad a gizmo which would make the job quicker. Keith was very responsive, quoted just before Christmas, with an estimated installation date in the New Year. Very respectful and took shoes off (really appreciated), had to leave him to it whilst I ran an errand. Keith had completed the job before I returned. Left the place tidy and locked up. We were very pleased with the work KHM completed for us. Keith fitted two integrated ovens. This involved removing the existing ovens and moving a shelf to allow room for the new, larger ovens. Keith came promptly to review what was required and to provide a quote for the work. We were very pleased with how quickly he was able to fit us into his busy diary. He completed the work very efficiently and helped us further by moving the old ovens into our car and clearing away the rubbish. We appreciated Keith's flexibility and speed in completing the job.

This is the second time Keith has done some electrical work for us and on this occasion, it was garden lighting.
