Crux Electrical Ltd

Never have I come across such a genuine, kind and professional tradesman. After being messed around by a different company who were going to leave me all weekend with no electricity, I came across James at Crux Electrical. After initial contact, he asked for a picture of my fuse box (which is where my issue was) to see if he could teach me to fix it over the phone. After seeing the photo, he realised this wasn’t going to be something i could fix myself and was with me in less than an hours time, bear in mind this was gone 5 on a Friday. He immediately found the issue and fixed it for me very quickly. Both him and his son (who he brought with him as they’d diverted from their personal plans to make sure i wasn’t going without the whole weekend) were very friendly people and have helped me massively today (not just for being so accommodating but for fixing an issue i didn’t know had been so dangerous!) I am so very grateful to them and couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you so much James, will definitely be contacting you for future work

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! I contacted Crux Electrical Ltd after my fuse box kept tripping at my rented property. James arrived within the hour and was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly put my mind at rest and was able to identify the problem as an electrical fault with my dishwasher, which was causing the fuse box to trip repeatedly. I was really impressed with the quick response, professionalism and quality of service. James explained everything clearly and resolved the issue efficiently. I would highly recommend James and Crux Electrical Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and knowledgeable electrician. Fantastic service from start to finish – definitely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

James replaced a light fitting for me and was able to do it the same day I made initial contact. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and came out very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service. James attended at short notice on the same evening I called, quickly identified an electrical fault and thoroughly checked the circuit to ensure everything was safe. Professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I was recommended Crux from a friend and asked them to carry out some work at home installing some outside power to the garden and also some minor interior lighting upgrades. James provided a clear quote, but also made some suggestions which I hadn’t thought of and so was very grateful for his opinion. James was extremely polite, and pleasant to deal with and I don’t see any reason to look elsewhere for an electrician so will recommend to friends and family… and others. Thanks James. Great job !!!

We have no hesitation in recommending James. He came and sorted out an electrical problem we have had for several months which two previous electricians were unable to solve. He is a tidy and polite guy and a pleasure to have in the house he even gave us a courtesy call a few days later to check everything was ok. Definitely recommend.

Had this chap recommended by a friend due to quality of work. And I have to agree. Had some lights fitted in my garage, wiring, testing, the works. Also sorted a plug socket that was shorting out. Work was carried out quickly and looks absolutely awesome. Can’t thank James enough for his work. Highly recommended.

James came to fit a faulty fused spur plug. He responded straight away and came the next day. A very polite neat and tidy young man. Would 100% recommend

Excellent service from Crux Electrical. James was very quick to respond and came out incredibly quickly to replace a ceiling rose. Clean, tidy and friendly. Excellent electrician.

Had a great experience with James the electrician, very reliable and quick to respond, had a very complicated job in our old house and was able to solve the issue. Good value for money.

James fitted an exterior light for us. He was very helpful and polite. Would recommend.

I had a recent issue where my fridge blew a fuse and I had no power in any of my plugs. After posting my issue in the local Facebook group, James contacted me right away and explained what to do, and now everything works again. Quick and efficient!
