Very happy with the work: we needed the fuse box upgrading and wanted more plug sockets in some of the rooms. He did it all in under a day to a great quality and left the rooms probably cleaner than when he started despite a lot of sawing. Good communication over text too so I was never wasting a day off work waiting for a no-show.

These electricians were pleasant to deal with. They were very considerate of our home, and took their ladders and equipment round the back to our kitchen rather than bringing them through the house. They worked neatly and efficiently to remove fluorescent tubes and install downlighters, and left the kitchen clean and tidy. We’ve already asked them to do further work! The further work (changing the lighting in the dinning room) was just as good, and was completed very quickly and neatly, consulting with us at all stages. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. The latest job they did for us was excellent and speedily carried out. They always take away and dispose of all rubbish and items they’ve replaced and leave the house very tidy. I also think they have a natural feeling for what lighting will look best in a room, and will advise accordingly.

The work was completed efficiently and within a good timeframe. The light switch was moved neatly, and the finish was excellent. After seeing positive recommendations on various Facebook community groups, Google, and noting their NAPIT registration, I requested Reese from OTG Electrical to provide a quote and subsequently undertake a variety of electrical work at a residential property, including many inefficient spotlight swapouts and a main board replacement (all to latest regulations of IP rating and fire rating units). Throughout our email correspondence, I found Reese to be highly responsive to my detailed requirements, offering options to address the issues identified. During the the works, they demonstrated professionalism and consideration, taking care to tidy up and restore the rooms and furniture to their original state. Additional issues that arose during the work, which could not have been anticipated beforehand, were promptly discussed and approved. In summary, it was a very positive experience.

Reese really came through for us when we needed help urgently. We had just purchased a property and realised we wanted spotlights installed on our ceilings. However, the plasterer was about to start work after we removed the popcorn ceiling, so we needed the wiring done as soon as possible to avoid redoing the ceillings later just for spotlights. I posted on a local Facebook group, and Reese quickly answered my message. He not only gave us a fair quote right away but also agreed to come the next morning at 7:30 am to do the wiring. Reese returned about a week later to install the spotlights, offering us various options for both the dimmer and the lights themselves. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to discuss with. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided and with the lightening in our house!!

OTG came as a recommendation from a colleague and I now know why. Reese's work is outstanding. I was very impressed with the way they went about their work, very neat, very tidy, and very efficient, and also very respectful. The planning and requirements was excellent, and while the work was being done, Reese regularly checked in with me to make sure my requirements were being met, and things were kept on track. Reese sorted out some electrical work which had not been done properly by a previous electrician. It all seems to be working perfectly. Arrived when expected, and he and apprentice were friendly and approachable. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Reese at OTG is a diligent professional. Great communication throughout and he quickly answered any queries to ensure a great result. I will be using him without hesitation in the future. We had spotlights fitted in the hallway, living room and cloakroom loo. Along with 2 main lights fitted, and wires ran to prep for a porch light. A number of double sockets were also fitted. Great to find a genuine tradesman who is good at their job and provides a high quality service. Highly recommend.

I've used on OTG Electrical on many occasions now, most recently OTG Electrical very kindly replaced a faulty light in my bathroom, and also changed a bulb in the landing which I was unable to reach. Furthermore, I enquired about another issue with an extractor hood that no longer worked, again OTG was happy to provide a competitive quote to replace this, however unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong product, and was guided to purchasing the correct product. This work was carried out at a later date and to a great standard. Finally I enquired about another issue I was faced by, a faulty shower to which OTG Electrical again helped to provide professional advice and put me in touch with someone who could replace the unit next week. Amazed at the service and professionalism I've received each time by this tradesman.

OTG Electrical have done a number of jobs for me. A couple of EICR’s and required remedial works, adding sockets and moving light fittings, general repair/maintenance of fire alarms and bringing power for sockets and lighting to an outdoor bar/workshop. Reese is responsive and really easy to communicate with and carried out all works very professionally. I would highly recommend to anyone and will continue to be the first person I message for any furniture electrical works.

I urgently needed to have electrics inspected at a property and obtain the EICR certificate or loose a good tenant - Reese stepped up to the plate and got the whole thing done and dusted within 24hrs!!
