My Solar panels stopped working before Christmas, so I contacted 3 companies to have a look at them. One of the companies was RPK Electrical, I made an appointment for them to come and see what the problem was. Joe (from RPK Electrical) turned up on the appointment day & time, he inspected my system and gave some options for repairing the system. I agreed with him what I wanted doing and he sent me a quote and a start date. The day before the start date, the scaffolding was erected and on the appointed day he turned up and started the job. He was thorough, tidy and did an excellent job. He kept me informed as the job progressed, no time was wasted with lots of tea breaks. At the end of the job he made sure we were satisfied with all the work he had done and he only charged what the original quote stated. I can definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

Excellent service very professional in there work helpful and very pleasant. I would 100% recommend them for any electrical work and will definitely be my first call in the future.

My 12 year old solar system stopped producing electricity. After ringing round different companies who wanted £160 and over just to come out and check. I found RPK ELECTRICAL and spoke with Joe, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he came out the same day and didn’t charge for the call out. He diagnosed and explained the problem was the inverter, arranged to order a new one that is compatible with my system and come back today to fit. 9 am this morning Joe and his colleague was back with the new inverter, fitted it and set me up with an app that tells me what my system is producing and much more. Brilliant job done in a very small low dusty difficult to access loft with thick insulation to climb over😷 but not one complaint and no mess at all. Will be definitely getting Joe and his team back for any electrical work needed in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding service and i would highly recommend and use again in the future.

Would highly recommend RPK Electricals for any electrical works that you need doing.

I bought a new oven without looking into it properly and when it came to fitting the oven, I realised that it wouldn't just go in place of the old one as easily as I'd hoped because of power constraints. I dropped Joe a message on Facebook on Sunday morning with a few details, he responded and gave me a call, went through it on the phone and the next day he came over while he was in the area. Joe and his colleague were excellent and cleaned up after themselves and the job was priced well and we're buzzing with the result.

I'm visiting my Dad Malc from Australia and the thermostat on the upstairs heating broke. We rang Jo and he said he would come round that afternoon to check it out. Rang Joe in absolute turmoil after been in a house for less than 24hours and all ground floor sockets not working. Joe gave me some advice over the phone to eliminate before paying for a call out (could have just taken my money at that point). Once eliminated I phone back as we were still in the same predicament. Joe attended and managed to get all but three sockets working again meaning we had everything we needed short term. Joe was the most approachable tradesman I’ve ever encountered and we have a plan moving forward with transparent and honest outcomes. Would highly recommend

Couldn’t recommend or rate Joe at RPK Electrical any higher for any domestic electrical work. Very responsive to come and quote, gave a range of quotations with varying levels of materials to give me an idea of budgets and benefits / advantages of each level of quote. Once we had agreed the quote, the date for the works were agreed and RPK showed up as agreed. As they were working they were explaining any modifications and giving me information as they worked to keep me in the loop. There were some issues along the way with previous installations, and Joe took the time to work through all these too. The work when finished was all neat, tidy and worked as expected. Joe is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work, 5*.

Excellent service, very prompt, efficient and professional. Good value, happy to use them again.

Super quick response, very courteous and professional. Bit expensive but it was a very short notice response.

Joe responded to my initial enquiry promptly with a brief chat over the telephone to discuss the work we wanted doing and then arranging a suitable time to visit our home to carry out a site survey. From the very outset Joe adopted a very polite and professional approach, offering friendly advice, along with several options of the electrical installation we wanted doing to consider. At no point was there any 'hard sell', and we received the very detailed written quote for the work within two days which we were happy with. To move things forward we then contacted Joe who booked us into his work diary with an agreed future date to complete the installation. He telephoned us a couple of days beforehand to confirm that he was on schedule and that we were still happy for him to visit to do the work on the arranged date. The install was carried out promptly with great attention to detail, pride in his work and very customer focused. He consulted us on a regular basis during the installation work stages to make sure that were were happy with what had been installed. He tidied up, hoovered up the worksite and took all the rubbish away. We were extremely satisfied with the standard of work Joe delivered and would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his professional services to anyone....well done.

Excellent service.

Joe and his fab apprentice came and installed an electrical charge point for us. The work is super neat, they were so polite and friendly and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting an electric charging point

Joe was fantastic. He made time for a job at short notice albeit being really busy. He was polite, professional and clearly a perfectionist, taking pride in his work and left the work area spotless. Would highly recommend Joe and will most certainly be sending work his way in the future. Keep up the good work!

RPK Electrical are fantastic. Joe is very professional, tidy and courteous. Brilliant job done very quickly. Can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be using them from now on.

Joe and his apprentice were great! He was quick to respond to a message I sent via Google, after a brief chat he came round the following day. He called ahead to ask if it was fine to come over as it was earlier than anticipated, when they turned up they both were very professional, he assessed what the issue was, resolved it and cleaned/tidied after they were finished. A professional job from start to finish, if you’re in need of an electrician I would highly recommend giving Joe a call/message!

As always quick and professional service for our tenants which much appreciated!

Used Joe a number of times now and things have never been too much trouble. Always done his best to fit extra work in around a busy diary! Many thanks

Electrician selected an excellent light for my Mum's kitchen. She was over the moon with it.

We had a problem in that our power on our sockets went and we couldn’t get the trip switch to work so called RPK Electrical to see if they could help. Joe came round without hesitation located the problem and sorted us out. He was very professional, polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. Would certainly use them again.

Came out to remove a socket and removing wiring. Worked efficiently and did a great job with the tidy up after. Would highly recommend RPK. Good quality service.

Very quick efficient service.pleased with the work.would highly recommend. 5 star service.

Joe was super friendly & very efficient! And got the job done! Got a very quick response from when I messaged him asking to come and sort the electrics! Really Professional & would highly recommend!

Excellent service provided, quick diagnosis and repair of fault. Will definitely use again. Can not praise highly enough.

Fabulous service and 1st class job... would recommend to anybody.

Received excellent service from Joe. He was punctual, professional and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Very good service, knowledgeable, polite and very clean.

Very poor service. Need an EV charger, they arranged date to come and survey my electrics, didn't turn up, didnt call or message on the day to say delayed or couldn't make it. They rang two days later and said delayed on another job. Rearranged date again, didn't turn up, ring or message on the day to say couldn't make it. Complete time wasters. Would not recommend to anyone. Only recommendation is to avoid and go elsewhere.

Excellent service from Joe and his team. I would recommend Joe to my friends. Thanks Joe

After been let down by a previous electrician, Joe came round and tested the electrics. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. Will be using you again.

Had some work done very recently by Raf and his team. Extra sockets added in a couple of bedrooms. Fantastic service all round. Nothing was to much bother, the work was very tidy and and the rooms were left immaculate. Excellent price and would absolutely use again, no questions asked. Thanks Raf 👍
