Absolutely saved me tonight, my nana called up earlier with a disaster on her hands she managed to mess her house lights up and the 30 year alarm system gave up and was screaming the street out + I was out of town, I just rang the lad Kev up out of the blue got his number from Google he was round in less than 10mins on a friday evening aswell and quickly sorted the problem for her, my nans a bit batty too and can be difficult to converse with but he was absolutley brilliant with her. Last Friday we had a total failure of our house lights on three levels. No breakers had tripped so Kevin had to work very methodically at the switchboard to find and correct the fault. He worked till late on Friday, had a major job in Milton Keynes on Saturday, and then finished his work here on Sunday. As well as fixing the main problem Kevin improved the operation of our landing lights and soon had our old doorbell working. We would not hesitate to recommend him. Gordon and Alison Barnes

Kev was absolutely brilliant, even though he was out of the area at the the time I called, he was able to talk me through the solution to fix the problem. It turns out that the freezer in the garage had tripped out the sockets in the house and the garage. Once the freezer was disconnected the sockets worked perfectly. Thank you once again Kev.

I called Kev with an emergency late on Friday night and he arrived within the hour. He stayed for over an hour to find the source of the issue and had my power back up and running. He went above and beyond and really turned around a scary situation for me and has also offered to speak to my landlord about the issues that need sorting. I would definitely recommend and will call him again if I have any issues.

Called Kev late on a friday with a bit of an emergency, he came straight round identified the problem quickly and had the parts by the next morning. Did the repairs fast and efficiently, and a great price too. On a personal not, Kev is a really nice guy who gave us advice on future work. Would recommend him highly.

The switch to our outdoor power supply started tripping which meant no power to the outdoors. I called Kev, explained the situation and he came round later that evening. From the moment I spoke to him it was obvious that he was very professional, polite, and focused on solving my problem. When he did arrive, he completed a thorough investigation, even though it was raining, and eventually diagnosed the problem. He also highlighted the poor workmanship of the previous electricians who had installed the outdoor power supply. Kevin explained everything that needed doing, without any pressure, and explained the reasons why. He later sent through a no-obligation quote with a thorough breakdown of all work to be carried out. Kev came round a day later and replaced my outdoor power supply plug sockets, cables, and repaired and replaced my indoor power supply switch. The difference between what we had and what we have now is worlds apart! Kev is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work and aims to provide the highest quality and service. He was never too busy to chat or to explain what he was doing and why. All the work he completed is to an incredibly high standard and we could not be more pleased with the result. Kev took time to show us what he had done and demonstrate how to use the newly fitted outdoor plug socket as well as making some additional recommendations four things to think about in the future. He is incredibly safety conscious and makes observations that you would not possibly consider yourself. After completion, the areas that he had worked in were completely tidy and before he left he said to contact him if there were any problems or if we had any queries. He also took time to look at a bathroom downlight and show us how to replace the bulb (which he also gave details of). As it happened, I did have a query and Kev responded by text and sent me a video demonstrating how to resolve the query I had. The services provided were excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to use Kev for all electrical issues, problems, or installations that we have in the future, big or small. I recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional electrician.

Kevin came to install induction hob and oven. He arrived on time, chatty and cheerful, cracked on with the job, cleaned up, didn't leave till he knew I was happy with the work. Will certainly use again, highly recommend 👏

We recently purchased a robot lawnmower so we needed to get a power outlet installed outside for the charging base. We got in touch with Kev, he was quick to respond with how much it'd cost and when he'd be able to make it. The job was carried out professionally and very cleanly and we would recommend Pearson Electrical Services in the future.

Waste time. Called to price job said will email quote next day. Three weeks later nothing. No email or call.

Kev came round to fit some outdoor security lights. From initially contacting him to fitting was super quick, Kev was brilliant at arranging to view the job, always stuck to agreed times and even rang afterwards to check everything was working and I was happy with the job. The job was complete quickly and to the time Kev estimated and to a high quality, working outside not even the storm winds and heavy rain/sleet showers put him off. Kev came out at short notice to sort our downstairs sockets that kept tripping, he was very professional explaining what he was doing and why, he traced the fault and repaired it, we could not have asked for more we would definitely recommend kev, great guy

Pearson Electrical Services were fantastic. Kev was very communicative, keeping me in the loop of when exactly he would be able to get here, and he diagnosed and solved our problem immediately. I know this is a long review but please bear with me; After being let down by an electrician for my kitchen extension wiring install at the last minute I did a google search and found Kev. he understood the desperate situation I was left in and was round within a couple of hours at 7pm on the Friday, after taking detailed notes and reviewing the drawings he went away and by 2am Saturday morning he called me to run through it all and include any feedback or needs I had. I had a significantly improved plan (I work nights so a conversation at that time was agreed and well received) he then arrived at 9am on that same Saturday and worked through the entire weekend on the first fix so that the plaster boarding could get under way. Kev's design meant that everything could be grafted into the project providing a modular unit with switches neatly lined up in a discreetly hidden position to isolate the Velux windows, extract fan etc as required. A new, separate ring main, new 16 amp feeds for the ovens and the feed for the induction hob, I also have invisible maintenance access for the windows etc hidden in the ceiling void amongst many other practical and aesthetic solutions that I doubt many people have the vision and creativity to achieve all within strict and tight regulation. He came back as required to complete the second fix at various stages as and when the kitchen fitter etc had got to the point he could continue his work, he was rigidly punctual and reliable and on one occasion he asked if it was ok to complete a large exhaustive section of work and yet again was working until 01:30 in the morning quietly installing the ceiling lights, honestly I could go on and on with how impressed I am. Kev's enthusiasm, vision and creativity made him appear to my partner and I, much younger than his years but his work ethic, meticulous approach and indisputable pride in everything he does makes him appear beyond his years. Myself, as a precision engineer and property developer of over 30 years I've never come across anyone like Kev, its the best money I've ever spent!

Kev completed a full rewire at my parents home including the installation of a linked alarm system (heat, CO and smoke) and a positive air input system. He made sure my parents knew what was happening at each stage of the process and answered any questions they had. He was exceptionally professional, punctual and nothing was too much trouble. I would definately recommend Pearson Electrical Services.

Kev installed an outdoor socket for me today. Turned up on time with shed loads of gear so he was prepared for every situation. Extremely attentive to getting everything done perfectly and thoroughly checked his work before he left. I would recommend Kev all day long!
