BS Electrical did a great job. They came out within a couple of days to price up the job and advise on what lamps to use to replace outside lighting and lighting in the garage and loft space. Then they came out a few days later and did the job quickly and neatly. We are very pleased with the lamps they recommended and fitted.

Ben and team have completed several jobs for us now and we couldn't be more pleased. They are extremely competent, friendly, efficient and professional. From start to finish the team were professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I needed two light fixtures to be done and was having an issue with an outdoor light. They were knowledgeable and open from the start about what I can achieve and what may not be possible, which was brilliant as I needed that clarity. BS Electrical called on the day to advise they were on their way. They removing/disconnecting all live wiring from an old shed, fitted a new power socket and a new LED pendant light. As first time buyers only a year into owning this property, we have never had any major works done to our house before. This comes with a lot of nervousness in advance of it being done but following a single conversation with BS Electrical, that anxiety is lifted. Willing to consult with us and explain what was required, what the work entailed, what we needed to do ahead of time etc made the whole job feel a lot more manageable and gave us peace of mind to proceed. They are reliable, friendly, informative (dumbing things down so even I could follow), very punctual and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process painless and were willing to answer any question we had whilst delivering the job quicker than expected but dropping none of the quality of what was needed. Made an enquiry with BS Electrical on a Sunday at 9pm, I got an instant reply and booked me in for an outdoor socket installation for a few weeks time. Next day I get a phone call early morning, they had time to fit me in and came and installed my socket the same day at 11.30am. Incredibly quick service, 2 guys came to fit one socket outside and it was a professional job. Price was affordable. Will definitely use again. Recommended to friends and family already.

I've been using BS Electrical for the best part of a year now, and I cannot sing their praises enough. Ben has re-wired a bathroom, replaced a consumer unit, added a shed fuse board with armoured cable, and just finished re-wiring our kitchen. Every time BS Electrical have visited; they've called ahead to advise when they'll arrive, explained everything they're doing and left the job site in immaculate condition. Quotes have always arrived quickly and are more than reasonable, with broken down costings. Casey in the office is incredible; she always does her best to organise things in a matter that suits you and replies incredibly quickly. I'll keep using BS Electrical in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

BS Electrical have rewired both my own home in 2019 & a rental property in 2022 for me. In both cases they were well organised, always turn up on time & leaving the place clean & tidy. They are happy to discuss options & look for cost effective solutions. That is why I still call them back today when I need work done.

Casey was very polite when we booked the appointment .Icwas given the exact date and time when the electrician would visit and received a call prior to visit .Phil was superb.He explained the problem and what the solution was with the electrical sockets and wiring.

A professional and friendly pair of electricians who were considerate, tidy and did a great job. Faultless from initial quote to finishing the work!

We have just used BS Electrical to update the wiring in our newly purchased house, from new fuse board, to installing new lights outside, garage fuse board, shed extension etc. They have been outstanding! Casey in the office is always on hand for any and all questions, and very prompt, no detail or question was too daft or too small. We had Ben, Phil and Ryan they were clean, tidy, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they just got on with what they needed to do. Having workmen in the house when you work from home can be hard work, but honestly you hardly noticed them. The price was in the middle of all the quotes we got, but the attention to detail was second to none! And you 100% got value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. BS Electrical will be our only call for electrics from now onwards - thank you very much.

I have had B.S electrical out a few times from outside lights to making my house safe after B&Q HOMEFIT left the whole house in a dangerous position. If it wasn't for Ben and Phil saving me and my wife, hate to think what could of happened. I would only trust them with in the future. We had a major burst pipe in the property which took out the main fuse box and damaged lighting. We called them for an emergency call out and they were with us within a few hours, going well above and beyond their services to help us with in 24 hours of losing all power and water. The professional service, workmanship and compassion the company and staff gave us was second to none. We will be using them for future work. I recently wanted to hardwire a ring doorbell and contacted nearly 10 electricians around Reading. Some of them did not respond back and some of them were either too expensive or asked unnecessary questions. Ben was the only person to respond quite quickly. He visited my house, discussed about the job and then a formal quote was sent via email. The installation was then done to a very high standard the following week. He even fixed my outdoor light issue for free. I have since then used BS electrical for quite a few other jobs and everything has been very smooth. I can't recommend BS Electricians enough. Ben came to PAT test some of our equipment on the 6th February 2020. He arrived on time and even contacted me prior to say he was on his way (just in case I had popped out). He was very friendly and polite and completed the job swiftly and professionally providing a PDF certificate of the PAT test later that evening. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

Booked in to install my new ring doorbell v2. It runs on battery but I prefer hardwired or the notifications are laggy. Called for a quote, I've used them before, they accept bank transfer which is handy. Cabling hidden through to the house, cleaned up after himself, even gave my settings the once over to make sure it was working properly. Once I was booked in I didn't need to chase them or confirm anything, they always turn up when they say they will. Which is handy if you've booked the day off work. Next time I wont bother and leave them to it, trustworthy, honest guys.

Amazing team - very very responsive. Casey helps you book the appointments so swiftly to your needs and the team is so punctual to arrive and fit. Did a job of 6-7 ceiling lights, garden sensor lights, 3 extra sockets and TV mounting in under 3 hours - and to the quote. They also have great suggestions to make, should you need to ask.
