SPJ Electrical Ltd

Simon has installed our solar panel system and batteries. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. He is hard working and friendly to deal with, and pays great attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I have used SPJ twice now for issues with my Solar that was installed by another provider. Simon has always been polite, tidy and professional and the work has been completed to a very high standard. SPJ has provided me excellent service.

Simon is a first class electrician with excellent knowledge & experience in EV charger installations & general electrical work with a strong emphasis on safety. He carried out a most professional installation of my new Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV 7kW charger. He is most helpful in answering any queries & so friendly to deal with. I highly recommended him & his work without hesitation. He even asked his wife to drop by with their Tesla EV, after completion, to test the new charger on load & it worked flawlessly. It was a real pleasure to deal with Simon. Thank you!

Simon helped me with upgrading the supply to my garage which was aged. I cannot recommend him enough. Positive - can do - responsive. No issues with quality of work and couldn’t do enough to help you. He even intermediated with the DNO. If you are getting work done - get Simon in. Quality work. If I need more doing, it’ll be Simon doing it!

Simon came to fit new spot lights and a bathroom extraction fan in my house. Simon let me know what was happening at each step of the way and knew exactly what to do. Even got rid of a rat and helped fix an issue after the lights were installed! Many thanks for the amazing work!

Simon is an absolute genius. he recently did the best solar install for me with battery storage. as i had a limited budget to do this, Simon went above and beyond to meet my needs. the quality of work is exceptional, from the concept to design and installation. I would highly recommend his work and definitely recommend him

After the original company that installed our solar system went bust, we were left unsure about the quality of their work. To make matters worse, we had missing documentation. That is when we asked Simon to inspect our solar installation. From the outset, Simon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly identified a few issues with the installation and provided a clear and reasonably priced quote soon after. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to address all our questions and concerns – something that had been seriously lacking from others we'd dealt with. Simon also went above and beyond by helping us with the G99 fast track application, a process that no other company even mentioned as an option. His expertise and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air. On the day of the job, Simon and his colleague arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. They took the time to explain what they had done and why, which again was a level of communication we hadn't experienced with other solar installers. To sum it up, Simon has been the only true professional we've encountered during this whole solar installation process. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and dedicated, I couldn't recommend Simon enough!

Excellent, professional advice on appropriate equipment. Faultless installation, explanation and communication. I would thoroughly recommend Simon to anyone wanting a battery storage solution.

We recently had SPJ Electrical handle our installation, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency. The entire process was fast and seamless, with every detail handled meticulously. What truly stood out was their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Their expertise and customer-focused approach made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend SPJ Electrical for anyone in need of top-notch electrical services. Tony

Simon help installed a new consumer unit at my property, replacing/tydying old consumer units which were outdated and not up to today's safety standards, into a modern one. The work was conducted in a very professional and efficient manner throughout. From providing the quote before the job, to providing me with all the paperwork afterwards, Simon responded to every single query I had promptly and patiently. The price he quoted for the job was also very reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend his service to my friends, and seek his help in future. A very happy client, in short. Update in Jul 2024: Simon helped installed solar system for me (8 panels + inverter + battery). All quote and installation process went very smooth and efficient. The workmanship and quality of the service from his team is by far the best I have personally experienced. Will add more photos when some clean and tidy up work is done on my side. Fully recommend.

Simon recently installed a MyEnergi Libbi battery and solar panels for us and we are very pleased with the result. He did a really high quality job at a competitive price, was very responsive to any questions and followed up all the paperwork. Highly recommended.

I would certainly recommend SPJ Electrical. Simon installed a Solar Battery system onto our existing solar panel set up. He worked extremely hard to get the system installed and running and fully explained everything involved both before and during the installation. I am extremely happy with his work and will certainly continue to use him for any future work.

Amazing service from the beginning to the end. Very happy with the quality of the work. Special thanks to Simon, friendly and easy to deal with. Strongly recomend for great experience, good quality and reasonable price.

After finding Simon on check-a-trade he came and gave a very reasonable quote the following day to replace 8 outdoor lights & 2 indoor lights, which we were very happy to accept. We had already purchased 6 of the lights & he was happy to install these. He gave really good advice about others we needed & supplied & installed these for us too. We’re very happy with the completed results & the sensor porch way light he suggested is a godsend. Simon is polite, reliable, tidy and above all his work is of an excellent standard. He’s the only electrician I’ll now use & I will recommend him to everyone.

We chose Simon because of the great reviews here and I’m glad we did. Friendly, knowledgable, hardworking and reasonably priced. There were a few complex issues that required some background research about the installation that had been done previously and Simon did it without asking as he just wanted to help. Strongly recommended.

Very professional service, good communication and friendly. Work completed in a tidy manner and in good time, used multiple times and will be using again.

Simon provided an EICR for me ahead of purchasing a property, as well as then installing a new 18th edition compliant consumer unit with RCBO protection on each circuit and a surge protection device. He was extremely pleasant to arrange work with, carried the work out brilliantly to a high standard and quickly, very fair pricing and is happy to talk you through all aspects of the work. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use him for any future work

We contacted Simon by chance for a very small Job which he dealt with very efficiently. As a result we asked him to give us a quote for upgrading our fuse box from an antique one using fuse wire to a modern one, plus several new wall sockets. The following quote for the initial survey and work was very reasonable and the work was carried out very efficiently. He explained everything he was doing and everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend as he is knowledgeable, efficient and customer service is excellent.
