BOXT Electrical Ltd

This was a great example of how woprk should be done! Spoke with Box T last week, arranged a time and date for the work and all costs were given to me up front. Sparky arrived on job at 08.15, did the three lights I had requested, and was done in just over an hour. Took the old lights away, cleaned up and totally professional! A really great piece of work and professional in the approach that was taken. Would I use and recommend Box T again? Absolutely!

Boxt were brill from the start after a poor experience with another ev charger provider (national company) This is a genuine Cornish local company with a local base and local engineers. After sending a message on FB, Rich called me within a couple of hours and a rep came to my home to quote for the job the same day. They will install any ev charger you want, but I took their advice and went for the ohme. Unit is compact and neat with all the online features you’d expect. The app is easy to use. Max from Boxt came and installed the unit within 2 weeks of my enquiry. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to accommodate us and gave exceptional customer service. Well done Boxt. Highly recommend if you live in Cornwall

2nd time I've used Boxt, Max came round to repair some faulty sockets and lights. Top service

Absolutely superb. Great electricians, did my work quickly, high standard of work, they came out the same day after another electrician sating 8 weeks when i had no working sockets down stairs. Please use them, they're reliable and fairly priced

Top bunch of guys, carried out all the 1st & 2nd fit electrics for our new kitchen including a new Consumer unit, spot lights, moving sockets and laying all the cables for the new island etc. Turn up on time, and leave everything clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend.

Boxt Electrical were able to fit me in at really short notice and Luke went above and beyond to fit my integral oven. Polite, friendly and efficient.

We had the guys at Boxt carry out a very large electrical conversion at our courtyard of cottages which involved a new supply from the National Grid. It was a big undertaking but they managed it very professionally and frankly went further than expectations. The power changeover had to happen over a two day period and there was around 14 new connections to be made, some 2-phase some 3-phase. Rich had a plan to layout new cables ahead of the National Grid work in order to reduce work on the day and get a quicker turn around. They liased with the National Grid and Octopus energy. They even went the extra mile when a meter installation for one elderly lady was due on the second day after the power was cut. They worked hard to make sure she wasn’t without power. Guys I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and hard work.

Luke and the team were here immediately when I encountered a serious problem with the electrics in my house. They worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it leaving the house clean and most importantly safe, I can't thank them enough.

Had our house rewired by Luke's team. The work was excellent in every way and the charge for it very reasonable. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to you.

Highly recommended, professional and quick completed jobs. Boxt electrical, will do all of our electrical projects at home.

Shaun and Jay did a class job installing 4 heaters into our house! Very polite and cleaned up really well after themselves! Cheers guys.

Luke came over to pat test for us, he was on time, efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend this company! Very reliable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came across Boxt Electrical by doing a local search, I sent an enquiry on their contact page and Luke answered it within a few hours and that very same day had arranged to come out to do a site visit for the work I needed doing at my home. Very impressive. Then, just 2 days later, I had Gregg and Jamie carrying out the work I needed doing (connecting a new power cable at both ends for a new extension at my home). They were both friendly and efficient and got the necessary work done in few hours with little disruption. I am very happy with the work done, and with response time and professionalism of Boxt team. I would highly recommend them, and will certainly use them again myself for future electrical work.

Great job :) Jay and Sean were super nice and did the job fast and high quality . Thanks again

On behalf of Whirlwind Sports I'd like to say that Lee and Jay done a fantastic job changing the location of our Electric box, along with installing new sockets in the shop and wiring fire alarm system cabling throughout. Fast and efficient, would highly recommend!

The guys that installed our EV charger were on time and completed the job swiftly. They tidied up afterwards and left our garage cleaner than it was before they arrived. They were also most helpful installing the Synch Energy app onto my phone. I would certainly recommend BOXT.

We had a kitchen refit and our kitchen fitter suggested Boxt Electrical as he had used them previously. I go very much on first impressions and first impressions were very positive. They came and carried out the work over several days and delivered a first class friendly service. A bonus being that they were very clean workers and tidied up after themselves which not everybody does. We will definitely be using them again for other things we need doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What could have been a job that caused chaos, upheaval and stress was completely the opposite and it was a real pleasure to have the guys working around the place. Courteous, polite and clean!! All the staff were completely professional from start to finish and couldn’t do enough to be helpful and make sure we were happy with the job. I was expecting to have to clear up after them at the end of each day, but they completely clear up after themselves and put everything back in place-  which was a massive bonus for me! They worked hard and went above and beyond at every stage., even coming back a couple of days after they finished to help me patch up – which I also wasn’t expecting. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
