e Electrical LTD

The best services and advice on solar that I've experienced in Plymouth. Quick responses, very reliable. Thank you!

Josh has done a great job with electrical work around my house, including rewiring when we redid our kitchen last year. He's also been tremendously helpful and professional when our oven and washer/dryer packed up (separate occasions). Would not hesitate to contact again for further works!

Josh did a great job connecting our ring door bell and rechecked our Simplisafe burglar alarm system that he had previously fitted. He is very knowledgable and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Josh was great, arrived at very short notice and fixed the job, also took the time to check another appliance. Highly recommended.

When you have only small jobs to be done you can never be sure if someone will come out but not only did Josh respond to our enquiry within a very short time, he gave a quote soon after and was with us later the same day. Both problems quickly resolved (second one not even a problem, just the customer being dim!) He is obviously a skilled electrician but also a polite and friendly young man. I will definitely call on e-electrical in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the service. Professional and very respectful. Great service. Highly recommended.

Great experience had from start to finish. Josh was professional, polite and professional. I’ll be using him again when needed. Top job!

Following a house move we had several electrical issues that we wanted dealt with and contacted Josh at eElectrical. From start to finish we were very comfortable knowing that we had picked the right person to quote and deliver, exactly what we wanted. If you want electrical work carried out, professionally, then look no further. Many thanks Josh.

From start to finish Josh, explained the process, answering all my emails and turning up on time with a super clean install, no mess, no unsightly wires. 100% recommendation

Thanks Josh, fabulous job connecting a sensor lamp above our front door. No job too small 🤩professional, quick and friendly service. Would definitely use Josh again and can totally recommend.

Josh came out to look at some appliances we thought were tripping our electrics. It turned out the previous owners had just cleaned too thoroughly! Such a helpful man! Would recommend! Thank you

Tel call to Josh following a problem with my consumer unit in my garden summer house. He informed me of the call out charge and if further work required the hourly rate. He said he could have a look in the next hour and see if the fault could be rectified. He arrived on time and was able to check over the system and repaired the fault providing a new part for the unit. The final bill was reasonable and the work carried out to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend e Electrical Ltd and would use them again.

Great service from the first telephone call to the last wire connected. Punctual, professional, and meticulous. I would 100% recommend.

Josh installed our EV charger very efficiently & demonstrated how to use it & downloaded APP & set up everything for us ! Thanks Josh great service

Excellent service, Josh fitted a security camera today and showed great patience on how to use it. We are extremely pleased and would definitely recommend him. Margaret and John

Had a slight emergency with electric cooker socket. Josh came to do the repair, not a simple job. He was excellent. He made the cable and socket safe and installed some added moisture proof protection behind the wall at no extra cost. He gave good advice, he was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service. Cannot fault them,

Excellent service, tracked and fixed the reported fault and also found and fixed a hidden fault which saved future potential injury.

I am really pleased with the work Josh has recently done at my house. He worked efficiently and was really easy to communicate with over email. I especially appreciated the calendar notifications for appointment times and the ability to pay invoices via a secure website. I would highly recommend e Electrical and will definitely be contacting them again next time I need an electrician!

New bathroom light , and extraction fitted , very tidy and cleaned up after , will do really small jobs as well Charged what I consider a very fair price . Josh's number will be staying on my phone . So putting this simply I recommend him ...

Josh was very prompt and readily available for an emergency job. Job well done. Quick and well communicated.

Josh was very quick in coming out. I called him late at night and he arranged to come out the following day. What appeared to be a potentially easy fix took a bit longer. But he was patient and solved the problem with no fuss. Would use him again

Josh has been great helping us in our house whilst renovating. Really friendly and professional and glad to have found him to help us.

Thanks for sorting out my garage re-wire and fitting downlights. Really happy with your work. Will definitely be giving you a ring next time I need electrical work doing. Cheers Ross

Absolutely brilliant service. Very knowledgeable, reliable and superb value for money. I would recommend this skilled electrician to everyone.

Really happy with the service provided. Josh came out on very short notice, diagnosed the issue with my immersion heating and fixed it within an hour, we then had hot water again shortly after. What I thought was especially good was the report I received by email to accompany the invoice which detailed everything that was checked and the outcomes, it shows that a thorough job was carried out. Thanks again, R&S

Josh was super helpful and sorted out my fuse box really quickly. He was very polite and professional

Josh came out to us when we had a sudden power failure on a Sunday. He arrived within 15 minutes and was extremely polite & professional. He managed to isolate the cause of the fault and got us back up & running within an hour. Great service, thank you!

The speed of answering my call positively, and offering a fast service from that astonished me. The callout first hour and any ongoing charges were quoted and agreeable. The work was completed professionally and efficiently and Josh conducted himself perfectly in my home. I highly rate and recommend his service and he is now in my mobile phone contacts list. (I have deleted the last couple of electricians I had tried, who simply made promises that didn't materialise).

Excellent same day service from Josh at e electrical at a very reasonable price. My ground floor plug sockets were not working. Josh was very experienced and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in no time at all. Thanks so much for great quality work. I would use again.

Josh did a great job of fitting out solar panels and storage batteries, he made the process super easy, keeping me informed throughout the process. He ensured that I understood exactly what he was doing, answering all my questions with patience, clearly explaining everything. I have no regrets using e electrical and will be using them again for my wider electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Did a great job on fitting a ev charger . Tidy on time , nothing that was to much trouble and very Knowledgeable . My job was not easy . Great Job .

Excellent service from start to finish I would recommend Josh 100% and definitely use him again.

We are delighted with the service provided by e-Electrical, from the initial survey to final commissioning of an ev charger and associated integration with an existing solar system. At each stage Josh kept us informed of progress and quicky responded to queries. He worked diligently and was very respectful of our home, we barely knew he was there. We have no hesitation in recommending his company for any electrical work.

Josh & his team were first class, Josh was always in constant contact with myself and his colleague who came to Install my EV charger was polite and tidy with his work.

Fantastic work! I called Josh from E Electrical to help us complete our garden office after the initial installation didn’t work out with someone else. He managed to come to see the work within an hour or so, even though it was a Saturday and we got the quote the very same day. I love that whole process is so straightforward: we got a very detailed quote via email, paid by card online, no hassle. He was very punctual and kept us informed of time of arrival, completion etc. His work is the best we have ever seen, super tidy and clean. I asked a million questions and he patiently responded to all of them. We wouldn’t work with anyone else from now on. Highly recommended. Thank you Josh!

Josh is good at his job. Fitted my kitchen lights perfectly and efficiently. Will recommend to friends and family if they need an electrician.

Very let down on the 17th April by two electricians who had been asked to fit a cooker hood which was in a box in our kitchen. The older man took one look and said I cannot fit that. He then said all the fronts of the sockets would have to come off. We then just asked for them to leave. On the 18th April we rang Josh. He rang back to say he would be there that afternoon. Josh arrived as promised and all was done so quietly and efficiently. Josh is returning to do more work outside this year. Before you look any further just ring Josh. We now have the best electrician. Our new cooker hood looks stunning.

Josh at E Electrical was incredibly flexible to my needs around other building work I was having done in my house. I'm not a handy guy at all, but he made it clear what he had done before any work by the builder was carried out. He was also able to come between certain milestones of the build to make sure his job was done to a really high standard. It was effortless working with him. Thanks Josh!

Josh was first class and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service - easy to book, competitive and perfect job. Thank you.

Recently had Josh to repair my lighting/wiring,After being let down by others he was fast, efficient and very reliable keeping me informed about the issue of repairing. Would highly recommend his services.

Josh has visited us a few times now for some work that we needed in our new house. Each time we've been met with a really friendly personality, an extremely helpful approach and a very professional service. We have plans for more work in the future and there is no question as to who we will call on. It's great having a nearby, local and, most importantly, reliable electrician you feel comfortable with and can actually trust.

E Electrical and Josh, were great in fixing our electrical fault. Simple to arrange everything via email, and they were really clear about what needed to be done. The work was completed faster than I expected, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend.

I recently had Josh from E Electrical upgrade my homes electrics including a new consumer unit and a few other bits. The work was excellently done, with it all carried out efficiently and cleanly. Plus the communication was fast and convenient with the quote and appointment details received through email and easily responded to on there, along with the card payment option after the work was completed. Definitely recommend this company!
