Electech Electrics limited

We have recently updated our bedrooms and had Sharps in to do the fixtures . We needed many additional sockets channeled into the walls and recessed lighting added into two partial flat roofs . Electech did a first class job. Arrived on time, did everything we needed and completed the work more quickly than we expected to a high standard and left everything very clean . I highly recommend them .

Recently had a battery storage system and new inverter for my existing solar panels installed. It’s been smooth sailing from start to finish. I found Rhys and the team to be very knowledgable and they have been able to answer any questions I had. Everything is up and running - can’t wait to reap the benefits of the new system. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service. Rhys and Lewis took no time in fitting the 20kw battery amd explaining all the information. Highly recommended

Credit where it's due. Rhys and the team were helpful, explained what to expect and got the system up and running fairly quickly in what is a quite complex house set up. Seeing the benefits already, haven't used a drop of grid power since install. Thank All, would recommend you

Excellent company, good communication and backup

We had a full domestic solar installation of 14 panels and 4 batteries this week. The whole process was completely painless and we're already seeing the results! This company is great. Id have no hesitation in recommending Electech to anyone considering going solar. The reason I say that is: The company uses state of the art equipment: solar panels, batteries etc. We received a comprehensive quote and explanation together with ongoing communication every step of the way. We got a great price compared to similar businesses in the area. The scaffold company Electech use were very experienced and helpful. The Electech technicians were very professional and respectful of our property. They caused no damage and tidied up after themselves. Overall I'd give five stars for Electech

Had solar panels and a battery installed and it couldn't have gone any better, Rhys was excellent throughout the whole process and answered all my queries/questions and was genuinely so helpful. Can't thank Rhys and his team enough. Everything was set up, installed and working in less than 3 days! Great local company and happy to support 👍

Excellent and very supportive service. I had an existing PV system which had been installed a few years ago, but which had never worked satisfactorily. Rhys and his team have worked hard to make everything now work well, despite some encountering problems which were caused by the original installation. Everything is now a massive improvement and we are making the most of our solar and off peak capacity. We are a 100% electric house, including Ground Source heat pump, storage cooker, MVHR, EV Charger etc. - so it's not a simple set-up. Everything is now working perfectly. Always very helpful, despite the difficulties they encountered. Highly recommended.

Great company, highly professional and very helpful, finally electricians that clean up after themselves! First class works carried out including a new inverter with modular battery installation along with 14 solar panels to replace the existing, each panel fitted with a Tigo Optimiser, inverter is a Solax X1 IES with a capacity of up to four 5.1kWh modular batteries.

Electech have installed a 6.3 kW PV panel system with a 2 battery 10.2 kWh storage system on our farm house. It is working extremely well despite the PV panels facing east and losing evening sun exposure because of the valley side. The house has 2 ASHP, an EV charging point, constant demand from a pump serving our sewage system and a chest freezer, so we are heavy users of electricity. We have also paid for a Matebox unit to allow the house to be powered from the battery during a power cut. This is a requirement that needs to be offered by the firm to prospective clients because it is not something the non specialist will know. It is early days but I anticipate that the system will probably reduce our electricity bills by at least £1000 pa. In fact, we are considering having another battery installed to bring the storage capacity up to 15.3 kWh. The installation went smoothly once it got underway but was delayed by the Christmas holiday and bad weather. It took several attempts for the firm to get the printed quote right.

Amazing and professional service from start to finish, we weren't sure what ev car charger was the best one for what we needed, Rhys found the best charger for our tariff and fully explained how to use it. Always quick to respond and answer any questions we had (we had plenty) which put us at ease. Would definitely use again for any work we require to be done 5 ⭐ review

In October 2025 we decided to buy a solar battery for our home and in the first instance contacted OVO, our electricity supplier for any advice and for the names of reputable qualified contractors in our area as we wanted to continue receiving the existing FIT rates from our solar panels which were installed around 2012. OVO gave us the names of three local contractors and we decided to appoint Electech Electrics Limited of Pyllau Crynion, Cwmann, Lampeter. A representative from Electech Electrics Limited called at our house, took our details and advised us on the best course of action and to install a 10kWH solar battery. Electech Electrics Limited provided the information required by OVO including speaking with OVO, preparing a Schematic of the proposal and started the work at our home in December 2025. The work was undertaken to a high standard and there was hardly any disruption at the property. Surplus packaging around the battery, dust from associated builders work etc. were removed by the contractor. The Contractor also installed SolaXCloud App on my iPhone and showed me how the App works. We also had an iBoost box installed in our Airing Cupboard and Electric Car charger installed. After completion of the work, Electech Electrics Limited called with us to ensure that everything was running smoothly and correctly. I would have no hesitation therefore in recommending Electech Electrics Limited in undertaking this type of work.

Helpful staff and fast service . Paid what the quote was with no surprises . They do what they say .

I can’t recommend this company enough, the electrician that visited to repair my wall charger went beyond helpful and fixed the problem after having to visit a supplier to pick up a part. This is a service level you very seldom see , also great communication, thank you.

Thanks to rhys at electech my solar system was finally complete after all the complications from the previous installer. Can't thank them enough for all there help and would highly recommend rhys and his team for everything they have done for me.

Had a full. Solar &battery installation with electech Ltd,the company are very professional with their install,&aftercare ,

Electech were contracted to fit our solar panels from Hale heating. Did an amazing job and since then have not been paid by Hale. This is along with a number of other suppliers and customers, who are all waiting for either payment or paperwork from Hale. Rhys has taken it upon himself to help out as much as possible even when it’s not his responsibility. I can’t thank him enough for this and would definitely recommend Electech in the future.

Excellent and very quick installation, all at a very competitive price. 10/10.

Clean, friendly, efficient ⚡👍

We had a great experience with ElecTech. Quick quote, install date and on-time installation for our EV charger. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

ElecTech responded at short notice to our request for assistance to install Starlink and install a mesh Wi-Fi network in the house. They went above and beyond by finding and replacing a corroded double wall socket during the process. The team were punctual, very professional, polite, cheerful and cleaned up as they worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ElecTech.

Great service and installation. Lots of support provided to get us set up. Thank you

From start to finish, Rhys, Oli and the team were superb!! Job done in good time - and looks great!! Crystal clear video, and cameras positioned exactly where we needed them. Thanks again guys 5 ⭐️

Used electech in summer/autumn 2024 to install solar panels, battery and iboost. Rhys was very accessible through the whole process, coming out to the house and talking us through recommendations and reasoning, absolutely no sales play from him. His team were neat, respectful, and considerate of nap times with my 7 month old for noisier work. Any hiccups afterwards Rhys has been a phone call away to sort out or sent his team around when the iboost failed (a part issue not an electech issue) Would I recommend? Already have Will I use again? Yes Have I seen savings for the solar panels? Significant

Did a great job of installing our home EV Charger. Rhys is very helpful and friendly. Will now ask for solar panel options and quote. Rhys Bevan of Electech Electrics Ltd has done another great job of installing our Solar Panel and Battery system and I can without any hesitation recommend him and his team. His friendly advice and follow-through during the process of providing us with a system suitable for our needs has been exemplary. Well done Rhys.

The whole team were lovely. They all did a fantastic job supplying our solar panel system and batteries. They cleaned up after themselves and also did a couple of jobs in loft and on roof when asked if they could. Highly recommend them.

Good service great coms. Nice to work With and would use again

Great reliable service, I have used Electech on various projects and call outs. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with.

When we recently did a self-build Barn Conversion we selected Electech to carry out the Electrical work. Brilliant choice. They provided all materials etc (excluding lighting fitments, underfloor heating mats and water heaters) and did all the work as and when required (first, second fix etc). They were very helpful and a good team to work with. A high quality job and good value for money. They are due back shortly to install a solar system to complement the original installation. Definite recommendation.
