Very satisfied with this company. No hot water coming through shower. Telephoned them in the evening just before Christmas Eve and they sent Jayden early the following morning. It transpired that I’d blown something and after Jayden tested & eliminated various factors, it transpired I needed a new shower unit. It was expensive but as the firm were on holiday with emergency call outs only, I found the price acceptable, especially as Jayden displayed a good knowledge of what he was doing, was extremely proficient , just got on with the job, put things back to their place in the bathroom and he was a very pleasant young man to boot.

Excellent service all round. Really easy to make arrangements with, and Dan and Ieuan who did the job were great- extremely efficient, helpful and polite. Can't recommend highly enough.

We’ve used Mark and his team on and off for a while but they are going to be our “go to” in South Wales going forward. Needed to use the Out of Hours emergency service on a Sunday morning. Call was answered swiftly and a reassuring first-fix was done with advice over the phone. This saved the cost of an emergency call-out. This was followed up by a really quick response to come out on a weekday, diagnose and fix the problem. The guys were tidy, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 star service across the board. The whole process from start to finish has been dealt with the upmost professionalism. We had a complete house rewire and was recommended Electricall and now we won’t look anywhere else for future electrical endeavours. Mark kept us in the loop over digital communications, whilst we had Dan and Ismail on site completing all the works and always having our opinions at their first thought. On numerous occasions Dan and Ismail went above and beyond what we expected and helped us understand exactly what was going on. We did have an unexpected issue from our shower post completion, yet within 12 hours Dan rectified the problem. Another example of an excellent customer focused company. Thankyou from me and my family as your promise to complete the work in 2024 meant we could have our first family Christmas in our own home.

Mark Rees came to fix our sockets which went out on Christmas day. He was contacted on the 26th by a mutual friend, and came the next morning at 10 (27th). He was incredibly polite, explained everything in terms I'd understand, and had the problem fixed within an hour. Having someone so professional and so punctual come and fix our electrics so close to Christmas was an absolute god send. The other companies which were "emergency" electricians who we contacted wouldn't come out until the 30th. So a huge thanks to Mark for fixing our issue. Will be coming back if we have any other issues, and will be recommending to friends and family.

Mitchell led the work and Edward was supportive in what was probably at a level conversant to his training. They replaced an outdoor light sensor and showed me how to adjust the length of time the lights can stay on for. Mitchell explained the less disruptive way too place a double socket in my lounge area, including how it what look like both inside and out. etc. They were both polite and efficient when doing the work. Cleaning up after themselves. Surprising me that the area of the new socket and surround looked very neat. Thank you.

Well what can I say, this is how bad this company is that there van driver try to make a female on her to move out so they could go through, but the problem is they wanted to go through an exit as the female was coming out off which she arrived there first the driver had the cheek to tell the female to move so he could go through the wrong way all because he missed the turning and wanted to be close to a exit if they can’t follow road markings how can they do the job right as they like to cut corners by look of things and this is a gent in a van very dominating to a female in a car on her own avoid using this company bad news can’t follow rules .. the gent needs to learn so manners.

Marc and his team responded within 1 hour to a call out to an Airbnb property that had lost power whilst guests were situ. They entirely rewired my 80 year old farmhouse. They did a superb job and nothing was too much trouble. Even though we had all the wires channelled into the walls this was done with minimal damage and mess. They have both the expertise and tools to achieve this. They did it in 4 stages so we could live around it and were very flexible in working around the other Trades. Would highly recommend them.
