I had a couple of broken lights in my flat, Nigel from FiveStars found the issues, swapped out some faulty parts and got everthing working again within an hour or so, all for a great price. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of an electrician 🙂.

Really wonderful service, will be calling them next time I need any electrical help.

Nigel and Joe were great. They communicate what they are doing so there is transparency in their work. They arrived on time and messaged before they were coming. Very professional! I felt very comfortable knowing they would do the best job they could do.

Nigel and Joe are absolutely top-notch experts. They completed my EICR within a mere 3 hours! The entire wiring appears to be about 40 years old, and fortunately, there are no significant issues. Nigel and Joe suggested a new consumer unit to align with the 18th Edition regulations, considering the current unit is approximately 30 years old. While it's not mandatory right now, I'd rather hold off until the house renovation. That way, I can opt to rewire the entire house and have a new consumer unit seamlessly installed. I wholeheartedly give them a perfect 10/10 recommendation.

After being considered a minor job and rejected by others, I approached Nigel, who promptly helped me resolve the issue and also taught me some commonly used electrical knowledge and charged a very reasonable . I am grateful for his professionalism and patience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nigel and Joe for an extensive house rewiring project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Here's why I give them a solid 5-star rating: Experience and Expertise: Nigel and Joe are truly experienced electricians. From the initial consultation to the completion of the rewiring, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the task at hand. Their knowledge and skills gave me confidence that the job would be done right. Responsive Communication: Communication is crucial, and Nigel and Joe were excellent in this regard. They promptly responded to all my inquiries and concerns, ensuring that I was kept informed at every stage of the project. It was reassuring to have such attentive professionals taking care of my home. Punctuality: Time is valuable, and Nigel and Joe truly understand this. They always called in advance to confirm the time of arrival, and without fail, they arrived on time for each appointment. Their punctuality was remarkable and made the entire process efficient.
