Future electrical recently installed a Daikin Multi+ heat pump system for us. We have been using it for two months now and are very pleased with it! Chris Eyre was very thorough in his initial assessment of our property and gave us several options. Most of the installation work was carried out by Jeremy and Dan, who were great and kind to work with us to minimize the disruption during the installation. Luke and Isaac from the electrical team also worked on the installation too and it was great to meet them. They didn't mind anwering my questions. I had a large project to install 10 air conditioning units in my home and decided to wait a few months before writing a review to reflect on the results. From the outset, Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. Chris carried out a thorough initial survey to determine the best positioning for each unit and provided a competitive quote, which included a welcome discount. Throughout the installation, the team were punctual, professional, and dedicated—working through some particularly challenging weather conditions over the winter. There was a minor issue with the positioning of one unit in my office, but this was addressed promptly and resolved with a thoughtful and creative solution. Overall, the service I’ve received has been excellent and gives me confidence moving forward. I look forward to continuing the relationship as the units require regular servicing and maintenance. I would happily recommend Chris and his team.

Thouroughly cleaned and service unit.

The team worked really hard to fit three air-conditioning units, they were very friendly and took great care to fit them without damaging walls or coving so looks very tidy. Chris also designed the units around what we needed so we didn't have obvious trunking on the rendered walls. Based on that experience, we had our fuse box replaced which was also a competitive price. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We recently had an air to air heat pump system fitted. From the start of the process, Chris was quick to respond to messages and came out to do the survey within a couple of days, the installation followed shortly after, and we were in the very capable hands of Jeremy and Ben. Future Electrical Services Ltd just fitted an air conditioning unit in my home office. From start to finish the services was so professional from the engineers Aaron and Ed. The installation was great (within one day), the disruption minimal and they clean up after the work they have done. Thank you also to Emma for prompt communication of when the team were coming. Having had an excellent service from Future Electrical Services for the installation of a Daikin Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Units, I asked them to carry out some cabling work for some small heaters and towel rails. I was not disappointed. Chris listened to exactly what I needed and the guys came in, talked it through with me again and came up with some sensible improvements. They were quick, neat, and tidy and did a professional and pleasing job, just as I had experienced previously. An excellent team and one I will be happy to work with and use again in the future, and to recommend to my friends.
