Rob has just been called out to my elderly neighbours house. I always help her out when she has a problem, electric is not an issue I can help with so she called Rob. This was a late at night call out and Rob was brilliant, came straight away, was friendly & explained what was going on/issue and the options. He sorted the issue and made my neighbour feel safe and far less stressful. He’s now got 2 new customers who will be using him from now on.

Had Rob around today to replace and add new sockets to the first floor of my house. He was fantastic, really knowledgable and I really appreciated how he kept me up to date with everything he was doing. Rob is dead canny and did a fantastic job. Bless he had a few issues with my old house but smashed it! I’d definitely have him back to work on the other bits on my house, if he hasn’t been scared off this time! Would 100% recommend rob for the job, just overall a really good bloke!

All the sockets went off so needed an emergency call out. Rob came out asap to fix the problem, he’s one of the cheeriest tradesmen I’ve ever met. He very kindly decided not to charge anything due to a ridiculous amount of bad luck I’m having at this time. I’d recommend on his professionalism first and foremost but what a lovely guy!

Came in at near midnight with no notice, finished up in record time, and billed a really reasonable rate. Even pointed out faults we didn't know existed with other parts of our wiring. Absolutely going to keep the contact for the future.

Rob came to an emergency call out after we drilled through an electrical wire in the wall, he had us up and running within an hour and was great. I can very highly recommend him!

Called Rob up as we had an issue with our fuse box, no electricity and no way of sorting it. Came within 30 minutes out of hours and got us back up and running. Really friendly and gave us lots of information and support with repairs needed going forward

J came out on a bank holiday Sunday and was honest enough to advise that the planned extraction fan would be of little benefit when he assessed the issue. He gave lots of useful advice on alternative solutions and did not charge anything, even for the congestion charge that he incurred. This fairness and honesty renders me likely to use NE1 Electrical in future and I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to others.

So we found ourselves with power cutting out , checked fuse board couldn't find a problem, bearing in mind its Saturday morning , and nice fella from NE1 Electrical came out to us Saturday evening and although it was looking like it couldn't be fixed until Monday so we would be without power until then , the fella (wish I had got his name ) said in his words I can't leave you like this with no power until Monday, then he proceeded to get it sorted, thank you so much buddy, what an absolute brilliant service if I could rate you 10 stars I would ...once again cheers guys , fantastic company...

Absolutely outstanding service. We had an emergency call out on Saturday night, 18th April, and the guy (sorry, didn't get his name) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. I have never known service like that before and can't thank him enough. Amazing, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Top service from Rob and Amir, very accommodating, they even came out on a Sunday. Added a spur to our utility room with mini trunking, tidy job, just what we wanted. Amir also tracked down the fault with our spotlight and replaced it, no mess no fuss.

Rob was absolutely brilliant. Had an electrician from another company come in and look at my problem and said he had no idea what was happening, called his mate and still had no idea what was going on and said he’ll have to come back another time so I got these in. NE1 get five star reviews for a reason. Rob and Amir spent a lot of time investigating and fixing the issues I've been experiencing with my bathroom extractor fan. Throughout the experience the communication and workmanship were excellent and they thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished. Will definitely use them again if I need an electrician. I would recommend NE 1 Electricals. After water damage from Storm Chandra, our electrical appliances and lights failed at 2.00 am. I rang NE1 first thing the next day and Rob arrived 25 minutes later. Most of our problems were solved very quickly, and Rob came back later and finished the work. A professional, helpful and effective service.

Rob helped at short notice after small electrical fire, late on a Friday evening. Subsequently replaced circuit board and installed improvements with clear EICR for the next 5 years. Top service, options and costing well explained throughout to make the decision process efficient.can sleep better now!

Great service, had a electric oven outlet converted to a socket for a gas oven to be plugged in, they enquired on the day about potentially getting here earlier which has helped a lot, electrician was clean and put on shoe covers, was polite and efficient, will definitely be in contact again in future!

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Not only will I use them again but I will pass their details on to others needing an electrician. Rob came on time and needed to go for cable which is forgotten. He broke down on the way but rang me to say he was waiting for the AA but would come back and finish the job that same day. He rang me to keep me informed and came back in a different vehicle, and finished the job. The standard of his work was excellent and he is extremely confident and a nice person to deal with.
