I had PHD for my work couldn't ask for 2 more working people as Paul and Callum they worked from the time they arrived to find the faulty problem in my house never stopped until they found it l was at my wits end until they came .They said everything is solvable they were absolutely 💯 good at their job and l will certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

We needed an EV charger installing and contacted Paul. The service and communication were great from start to finish. He came out the same day to quote and Callum came to fit the charger just 2 days later! When we first used the charger we had a query relating to the app and they came back within an hour of contacting and helped us resolve it. They arranged for all the official installation documents and sent these across to us the next day. All in all, a reliable and efficient service from start to finish and we would 100% recommend them.

I've just had a home EV charger installed and I couldn't be happier. Paul came to quote the job last week and then did the install today with his work colleague. Paul came and quoted me within 24 hours and Callum came 2 weeks later (delay due to me being in hospital), literally within hours of me saying I was home again and want them to do the work. Both men were professional and relaxed. The work was done quickly and efficiently and Callum was ok with answering even the stupidest of questions, he even made sure to sweep up any mess he made. The qualitt of work and attention to detail to be as ,aesthetically pleasing was impeccable since the work was for a salon. The standard and at a good price in comparison to other quotes. Always,answered calls or called straight back when I had questions before commencement of work. Trusted to leave on premises whilst I wasnt present and young apprentice was very polite and capable. I chose Volt Point Electrical because I knew they carried out thorough work from an earlier job wiring a home office garage conversion. I found Paul, Callum and the team to be professional, trustworthy and rigorous. We moved out for three days and left them with a key to do the work in our absence. They kept in touch throughout the major rewiring and were always flexible to any changes we made. They even worked hard to finish in three days rather than the four/five scheduled. They spent considerable time cleaning and tidying afterwards Altogether they were very impressive; I would certainly choose them again if necessary and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have used Volt Point several times now and they are great. The last job they completed was to upgrade a consumer box in our garden pub and put in some outdoor sockets for us. Paul communicates regularly with you from start to finish and they always turn up on time and as agreed. Both Paul and Callum are polite and friendly and explain what they are doing so you know what to expect. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Finding tradespeople that you know won't rip you off and will always do a good job is a minefield. I'm really pleased that I've found these guys and will definitely be using them again in future.

Paul came to our place to upgrade a consumer electrical board .Fit 2 new lights and 6 new heaters to replace storage heaters & move a cooker isolator. Fit a cable for an electrical shower. If this is the behaviour they display towards their customers, the story below.; This event happened in Henley Stoke On Trent on the 18th /02/2026 at 9-10 in the morning My name it’s Octavian from Netcore construction Ltd . I hired Volt Point Electrical ltd for works at a site in Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent). The agreed price was increased multiple times during the job (from £3,700 up to £4,900). After I decided not to continue with them due to the repeated price increases, their behaviour on site became unacceptable and unsafe. They started to became aggressive and intimidating to one person who was on site. There was a serious incident involving violence towards a person who by the (who has mental disabilities). The guy was physically beaten up and as a result a series of physical injuries he has sustained from the incident. Police attended and a formal investigation is currently underway. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to pricing changes, lack of professionalism, and the serious safeguarding concerns arising from the incident. They have beaten up one of the guys on site once they have been told to leave due to the price increase and serious concerns are to be raised in relationship with the safeguarding on people surrounding this Two workers Which they represent Volt Point electrical Ltd , Paul and another guy . I do not recommend this Company for any electrical works due to lack of professional professionalism and behaviour ontheir part . I cannot verify as Google cannot verify all the other reviews which they received. If you would like for your loved ones, BROTHERS ,Perents , mothers, feel safe along these people. Please take my advice and do not leave them on their own with this type of workers.

Paul and Cal have just completed a rewire of our house and have done a marvellous job. Anxious not to damage 100 year old coving and other features of our home Paul came up with ingenious solutions to deliver a brilliant result. Highest amongst his many qualities is integrity. Prior to the rewire he discovered we had aluminium wiring and informed us that no work could be added to a very dangerous system unlike another electrician who, before we purchased the house, had fitted a new consumer unit, reconnecting the aluminium wire to it. We cannot speak too highly of Paul and Cal and would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from Paul and team. From initial discussion over the phone Paul gave his honest opinions regarding the minefield of different EVs available. He gave me some options and glad I chose the charger we did. Paul and his buddy were great talked through what they were going to and also tidied up after them bonus. I've been very pleased with the installation of my ev charger. Paul fitted it within a week of quoting. Very efficient and a good price. Octopus energy was saying it could be up to 6 months before they could fit me a compatible charger. I did some homework and got a wallbox that was suitable and it has now been installed. Very happy.

Paul and Callum installed electricity and lighting into my newly renovated outhouse. The lighting looks fantastic and the wires to the outhouse have been installed neatly and professionally. Great job, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for other projects.

Paul fitted a new EV charger, which included a tricky cable run from the meter. Did a very neat job - very happy with the service.

Paul and Callum came out and fitted my Tesla charger in Nantwich. Very professional service and good value for money compared to other electricians I had quotes from. The Tesla app was being temprimental but they persevered and got it fully functional for me in practically no time at all. Would 100% recommend!
