We engaged Energetika to install our heat pump system & we were extremely glad we chose Ben. His planning, research & attention to detail has been outstanding & he has dealt with the peculiarities of our old Granite water mill perfectly. The installation was undertaken with as little impact on us as possible & everything was always left tidy & clean. We now have a heating system that actually works & gives us comfortable temperatures all winter. He has been very professional, helpful, friendly & a pleasure to have around the house. Individual attention & personised planning as to siting panels, specs and costs - then the work managed well with a successful installation. After three years, another well planned project to install EV charging point, Ben very responsive in working with us to customise charging schedules and app. Great stuff! Ben was recommended to us by a neighbour and he came up with a solution for our solar array which used our garage roofs. I already had solar panels and Ben fitted a new Hybrid Inverter and Batteries. He arrived when he said he would and was neat and tidy and respectful of our property. After the install, he has kept me informed of the tweeking that he is carrying out remotely to make my system run as efficiently as possible. My neighbour has had a solar battery system fitted by a national company who have left them to set it up themselves. So I really pays to have a local company who cares about their reputation. I would recommend Energetika to anyone who is considering having solar or batteries fitted or want to update an existing system.
