Pinnacle Electrical Installation Ltd

Reliable, professional and did a great job with no fuss. Really nice guys to deal with as well.

Quick and fantastic service

Outstanding work! Professional people. Highly recommended. Always willing to find a solution. Holistic approach.

They were excellent. They listened to our needs and acted accordingly. They also suggested alternatives that we weren't aware of, which greatly improved our installation. They were also happy to return to deal with a couple of minor issues/final fixes.

Brilliant workmanship

Excellent service... clean tidy and punctual...👍

Bec Electrical Services are all round fantastic! Steve was on time, attentive, extremely professional and swift. Very thorough, reliable, good value for money service. We have this number saved for future and will seek Bec Electrical Services to help us with our future electrical needs. Thanks again Philip & Kimberley

Can’t recommend Steve and his team enough. We will definitely be using them for all of our future electrical jobs

I would highly recommend BEC Electrical Services. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and excellent value for money. They explain everything in simple terms and discuss all options for each project. From a simple repair job to a full project, they approach them all with equal professionalism - right down to the little details of tidying up after themselves which may sound trivial but is a rare quality in tradesmen these days!

Steve is from Bec electrical is very reliable and competent electrician and only too happy to help you any electrical installations you need. Also he is very tidy and has pride in his work

After the initial call, he arrived within 15 mins (absolute max), he fixed the problem that we had, advised us on how to avoid the same problem in the future. He was extremely friendly, reliable and trustworthy and I would recommend trying this company as your first bet - we tried 3 other companies that had good reviews on google before, but no one even answered the phone! He answered straight away and helped us so much, more than we were even expecting. Give him a pay rise!

Steve and the team were excellent! Easy to work with, very professional and did a thoroughly good job on a whole electrical refit on our house extension. Would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for an electrician in the South Manchester area.

Steve replaced my old heating thermostat withe the new Nest stat. Done in no time and even set it all up for me. I'm really pleased with it and looking forward to saving some money of my gas bill this year. Thanks Steve.

Re-wired 1930's semi. I can't recommend Steve and his team highly enough. From start to finish Steve was contactable, knowledgeable and professional. Steve worked with us throughout to not just replace the existing wires etc. but future-proof the house, giving suggestions and ideas, whilst letting us make the decisions. BEC's ratings across different websites were constantly high, which almost looks too good to be true, but I can see why and I will certainly use BEC again for any future work.

Try to install a new bathroom ceiling light but the old electric wires from the ceiling is not colour coded to the ceiling light.Steve and Ben did great job recorrect the connections wires, bathroom ceiling light now in working order. Steve and Ben did a great job, very professional, will use them again for future jobs 👍🏻👍🏻

had a lad from the team come round today to fix some wiring in my kitchen and he spent the time to fix the issue as much as possible and was very well mannered

Fantastic service! I phoned at the really awkward time between Christmas and NYE in dire straits as our fusebox kept tripping every few minutes and turning all of our electricity off! At first, the lovely electrician who helped us (so sorry I don't know his name and have just saved the number in my phone as fantastic electrician!) was fully booked up and tried to guide me through a few fixes over the phone on his way to his next job. When these didn't work, he said that he would come by after he had finished all his other jobs at around 5pm. He phoned me at about 3pm to ask if it was ok to come round earlier (of course!!). Frustratingly, the fault seems to be intermittent, but he checked a few things over, advised us what to do if it happened again and said if it did happen again that night to phone him and he would come straight away as he was only half an hours drive away (which actually seems very far to me, so that was lovely). Also ended up only charging half of what he'd quoted (extremely reasonable, especially when compared to the only other company available who had quoted £260 more!) for the advice and call-out. Thank you so much, I cannot recommend enough!!

Steve was great - quick to respond and arrange to come and do the work. Arrived on time and performed all the work to a high standard and was very tidy throughout! Much appreciated.

Couldn't be happier

I had infrared heating installed. Excellent service from BEC. The manufacturer Herschel recommended BEC to me. Very clean and tidy installation. Thanks Steve.

Great service

Steve and his team did a fantastic job of finding and fixing the faulty part of our circuit, which saved us from having to rewire the whole house. He is very dedicated and takes his work seriously. We can't be more happy with his professional services and would definitely recommend him for future electrical repairs/installations!

Excellent job with a complete rewire of the house. A few months later when we got round to setting up a home office, we noticed one of the data points was slow. BEC came around the next day and had the problem sorted in home time. Excellent aftercare from BEC

Amazing service from Steve, Lee and the team. Always available to answer questions and will attend site as soon as they can for any queries or issues. First class work - just wish they had installed everything from the start and didn't have to continuously fault find due to other bad work! Reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Will take the time to explain everything. Thank you!

We contacted Steve after moving into a new home and finding out the wiring wasn't up to scratch. Unlike most electricians we've used in the past, he was super responsive, provided a straightforward quote, arrived on time, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done to a high standard. His team were really polite and friendly, and cleaned up after themsleves too. Really couldn't ask for more!

The whole team did a fantastic job of a whole house rewire. The quotation process was clear and straightforward and the price was very competitive. The work was completed to a very high standard with good communication all the way through the project. The house was kept very clean and tidy through the work. Would definitely recommend to others and will use again in the future for any other work required

Fantastic service, diagnosed an electrical fault caused by an appliance and advised what was required to fix it.

Friendly, reliable electrician. Steve was great and would definitely use this company again for any electrical issues.

Good, professional and reasonably priced. I've used steve numerous times and he's always done a good job.

BEC Electrical recently completed a residential job for us in Lymm, Cheshire. Steve and Lee were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. They take their time making sure everything is done right, and they even hung a pendant exactly 161cm from the floor at my (ridiculous) request. ;D We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys.

Steve recently fully rewired my house. As first time buyers this was a big project for us, and he was really helpful and patient and gave loads of great advice. He initially came and surveyed the property before we had purchased it, and provided us with a list of the defects and a full quote breakdown which helped us to renegotiate the purchase price. After we had completed the sale, Steve came back and spent time going round the house with us in more detail to plan the electrical works, giving helpful suggestions and recommendations. During the work he was extremely professional, polite, and tidied up as he went along. He completed all of the agreed work on time, and we could not be happier with the quality of the installation and the overall cost. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve, and will definitely come back to him for any work we want to do in the future.

Outstanding service from BEC Electrical Services, Steve and Lee were punctual, informative and extremely professional. Steve's quote was detailed and very reasonable in comparison with other quotes i had received. From the minute they arrived to the time they left, they were friendly, knowledgeable and tidied up as they went along as they did several jobs on the day. I would highly recommend them, and will be using again, and have also suggested to family and friends to use them.

The work done by Steven and his crew was amazing. We were kept in the loop with daily updates both verbally and pictures. Rewiring a house is a messy process, but we would not have known as we came back to everything tidied up. Steven was polite throughout and continued to be after the job was complete. When I arrived back after the 5 days Steven did a full walk through with me explained all the work he had done and let me ask any questions I had and was sure to let me know that I could contact him if I needed any further support. AMAZING SERVICE, FABULOUS CREW, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US! I would 100% recommend Steven, he even came back to help us with some extras for no extra charge because we were let down by another company, just out of the kindness of his heart and you don't see that much these days.

I have used this company a few times now and I’m always 100% satisfied with the job they do. Very professional and reasonable prices, keep up the good work 👍🏻

Quick response to request, issue fixed same day. Very happy 😊

I recently had some work done by Steve and the team. Great communication throughout, very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, did a great job and were very tidy. Great service all round. I would certainly use them again.

these chaps are absolutely superb at there job, they go above and beyond, uniquely honest and all at a fair price- I can not praise them enough- highly recommend this service to anyone.

Gave them a ring and they were free to drop by at short notice to give an assessment. Good comms and were very friendly.

Absolutely lovely lads. Helped me with all I needed help with, and ensured they left me with all the advice I needed. On time, great communication and brilliant service. Definitely recommend

Very delighted BEC electrical were the guys we chose to bring our electrical plan to reality. These guys will work long hours and weekends to get the work done and very good communication unlike other trades people we have had. Very knowledgeable, full of ideas and competitive rates.

Highly recommend these guys it has been a pleasure having them work in the house always clean and tidy. Both Lee and Steve have gone above and beyond to deliver a fantastic end product. We had a double storey extension and they have made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They’ve both worked long hours to deliver the final product on time and been great at working well to fit in around the builders with first fix and second fix. They offered competitive prices and we have been really pleased we chose them. Thanks for all your help!

Called BEC electrical services to attend to our house alarm going off constantly. Came out very quickly, that being midnight as well and sorted the problem. Steve was great, professional and pleasant to deal with. Would use again for sure. Thanks BEC and thanks again Steve.

Superstar electricians, really happy having them at our commercial site, professional, hardworking and fairly priced. Quality work. Super helpful. Happy recommend them. (They made it in the snow to our office where most of the staff struggled - now that is commitment!!!).

Steve was a pleasure to have working for us, he has been friendly, professional and tidy from start to finish. He fitted a new fuse box and extra sockets for us, even though it was a difficult job due to the design of the house and being nicely decorated nothing was a problem and got the job finished without causing damage. Will be definitely using again, thanks again!

I had three single sockets between my 3 bedrooms. Steve and Lee quoted me the day I called them and 3 days later I had 11 new sockets installed and an upgraded fusebox. They were great fun to chat to, punctual, tidy (the place looked much better afterwards than it did before they got there!), very knowledgeable, took great care to ensure what they were doing was exactly what we wanted me and very reasonable price wise too! They even offered to hang a new TV that arrived while they were here. I'd strongly recommend having them out to do any work and will definitely be calling on them in the future if I need any work done.

I had a rewire done and they were friendly and punctual , and the quality of the job was 10/10 I would recommend to everyone !!

Not a bad word to say. Fast, reliable, amazing value for money. Couldn’t help me enough. Defo going to use this tradesman again and would recommend to anyone

Steve and his apprentice did a great job of the electrics in my new orangery, and even though the price went up due to additions we made, we were kept well informed and there was no hidden charges, would recommend!

Very impressed with the quality of Steve's service. Second to none. And such a pleasant chap.

Steve worked quickly and followed my instructions exactly. I was out the house while he was doing the work and he kept contact with me throughout, sending me photos via whatsapp. Very affordable and he did a couple extra bits for free.

Sockets and lighting done in the attached garage, highly recommended, excellent service.

steve did a great job of installing sockets behind my new tv! Would recommend him to anyone!

Had to call in emergency... Steve was very good and professional... Attended in time and resolved the issue. Would recommend him for electrical jobs in Manchester.

Excellent workmanship and very reasonable. Steve works to a very high standard with a 'can do' attitude. Highly recommended

Great service, would definitely recommend and use again for future work. Thank you!

Work completed to an excellent standard, quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend!

What a life saver! After living in darkness after we blew our fuse box and our usual electrician consistently letting us down, we found BEC through a friend. Came out that night to help us! Can’t thank him enough!

Steve came and repaired our heating controller, same day, great service. Would recommend.

Turned up to a burning smell in my flat, repaired the socket behind my washer and we had him install 3 mains powered smoke alarms to be safe!

BEC came out to me next day after I found them on google to connect my new cooker, he did a great job and have agreed to come back to do some more jobs around my new house later next week. He was really helpful and gave great advice to all the ideas i had. Would recommend

BEC did a great job of getting my power back on last night, my fridge had gone faulty and was tripping all my sockets, they got there quick and sorted it out in 10 minutes!
