The first time (5 months ago) I hired HRS is because one of our fuse kept jumping down but we had no idea where the problem was. The friendly and helpful engineer found the problem quickly. It’s an efficient fix. This time, our shower power switch was burnt. The engineer checked all wiring and replaced the switch within 1.5 hours. Reasonable price, clean and speedy fix. Thank you!

Hafeez was very helpful. We called him to fix a bathroom switch. The wall was damp and crumbling, so the switch came off. He quickly fixed the issue by moving the switch and reconnecting it. He also pointed out that the damp could be due to a leak and provided a contact who could help.

Light fittings moved from one spot to another, with very old wiring in the house, quite messy in the loft too. Hafeez had already finished work for the evening but went out of his way to visit my property after hours to assess and complete some emergency work. He was professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable, found the root cause of the issue and managed to isolate the effected live wires so that the electricity could be restored to the first floor of my house. I was very satisfied with his work, professionalism, attention to detail and honesty, as well as the very reasonable price considering the nature of the call out. I won’t hesitate to contact him again for any routine or emergency electrical work that I may need in future and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ELECTRICIAN , THEY CALLED US EARLY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT , ALSO THEY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL , ARRIVED EARLY , WE HAD A EICR AND TWO NEW SMOKE ALARMS AND A HEAT ALARM FITTED , DURING INSTALLATION WE HAD A ISSUE , AS THERE WAS NO CURRENT WIRING FOR THE HEAT ALARM IN THE KITCHEN , NEW WIRING WOULD NEED TO BE INSTALLED, WE DIDN’T WANT WIRING IN A TRUNKING / EXPOSED , THE ELECTRICIAN WORKED TIRELESSLY TO MEET OUR REQUIREMENT AND SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED ALL WIRING BEHIND WALLS / PLASTER BOARD , THIS WORK WAS VERY COMPLEX AND REQUIRED GREAT SKILL , THE ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL , KNOWLEDGEABLE, WAS VERY TIDY , CARRIED OUT EXCEPTIONAL WORK , I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR GOOD QUALITY OF WORK , Will post more pictures soon of work carried out before and after etc
