TH Electrical Ltd

TH Electrical did a great job installing our EV Charger. A very neat and tidy job, accommodating everything we required, finished on time and to quote. The necessary certification was provided so we can live confidently knowing everything has been completed correctly. Good job guys!

TH Electrical are brilliant. Most recently they installed a Sync Energy System for solar power. The whole process was well organised and ran efficiently. I was kept well informed and everything was left clean and tidy. The system is very neat and has just the right capacity for or use so we started to export very quickly. I chose TH as previous work has always been so good including installation of internet cable that has made a teenage gamer very happy!! Installation of light fittings was another super job. I always use TH for anything electrical as the service is always reliable and extremely good value.

Great service, quickly and professionally done at a fair price.

Luke came round to quote for replacing an ancient fuse box. Gave a fair price & we were more than happy with the work. So much neater ( as well as safer!) I had to look twice to spot it. Clean & tidy workers, would happily have this company back again. Thankyou TH electrical 🙂

Charlie and Joe came over within the hour to help out where I had been let down by insurance company. Fantastic service. Such friendly and knowledgeable guys. Solved my problem and left the place clean and double checked all was working. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Absolutely recommend and will only be trusting my future electrical business to these guys . Thank you

Fabulous service. Reasonable cost. Luke and Charlie fitted my new conservatory light and also changed a pull switch to a rocker light switch. Great job.

Absoulte life safer, called in the morning as I was mounting a tv bracket and accidentally cut a cable exposing the copper, he was on a job already but came straight round after, not only did he fix the cable he also installed the wall bracket and used some filler on holes and open plasterboard to save on a painter and decorator, very polite, very helpful, will definatly reccomend and use for future work 😁

We first met Luke and Joe after several months of having issues with our newly installed kitchen where we kept getting an intermittent power outage. Luke and Joe arrived as promptly as promised and got to work straight away after listening to our woes. After a good couple of hours or undoing of wall sockets and fuse box activity, they came to the conclusion there was a fault with the dishwasher. They had identified that with the dishwasher being plugged in (didn’t need to be switched on) and that caused a power “leak” which was enough to knock out the whole of new kitchen. With that mystery sorted, our next job was to contact the supplier of the dishwasher. We asked Luke to do another piece of work, replace the existing circuit board. Luke and Joe arrived; they were surprised to hear the issue was still on going. Again, they got straight to it, the whole job took about 3 hours, they checked everything over and cleared up as they were going on along. We are impressed by their professionalism and efficiency, whilst still being friendly at the same time. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We had TH Electrical to install a solar power system at our home. Luke and the team did a fantastic job. The entire installation was completed with no problems and without creating any disturbance to our daily lives. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout and all the team were polite and friendly. Of the quotes we had, Luke was the only one to suggest the Sync Energy system which is absolutely perfect for our property and the app is easy to use and informative. Highly recommend Luke and the team at TH Electrical.

I first used Luke for an EICR certificate on a property I let out. He was so easy to liaise with, nothing is too much trouble. He efficiently carried out agreed works after finding the cause of a fault. I then used him on my own home putting up some outside lights, rectifying a bathroom fan and finding the fault on some underfloor heating, that I thought would never work again. He is polite and explains clearly what he has found and what my options are going forward. I'll definitely be using and recommend Luke if you need an electrician.

Excellent service. Assisted in replacing a fuse board at my elderly mother’s house, very professional, patient and helpful service. Definitely recommended.

Excellent. Luke and Jo fixed a radiator nobody else was prepared to do. Persevered till problem was solved. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

We had TH Electrical in to install sockets, spot lights, external socket and external lights following changes to the rear of our home. We were quite clear on the brief and wants from the work, to which Charlie listened and provided a few options. Having decided on what we would like, Charlie was clear on pricing and timelines for delivering. Throughout comms was frequent and clear. The guys were polite, respectful and just a pleasure to have in, all are great personalities and lovely chaps. Their work was carried out to a high standard with little mess (and what mess they did make, the hoovered and cleaned down afterwards). A really decent firm, with a great team. We will be using again for the second phase of work in early 2026. Thank you again chaps, and all the best for next year!

Very helpful. Luke and his team are puntual and tidy completing the job at hand. I am happy with the work that they have done and would highly recommend.

Efficient, professional and tidies up after. Very pleasant man.

Charlie and Joe were fantastic and fixed my wiring issue within a couple of hours of me calling. Great job and much appreciated.

Professional service, good communication. Fixed the issue with good knowledge and in a timely manner. Highly recommend and would use again. Thank you

Very reliable service arrived on time & took great care to ensure there was as little disruption as possible highly recommend

I recently had Joe and Luke install new down lights in my kitchen, I could not recommend them enough, absolutely spot on, thank you guys

So I had the pleasure of letting Charlie, Joe and Luke into my house to install an EV Charger and installed all new lighting and control panel for my garden room , I am over the moon with the finish and could not recommend enough, the precision, cleanliness and overall experience has been top notch! Charlie put my mind at ease from beginning to end showing me and talking through step to step how things would look, they made me feel welcome in my choices and nothing was too much to ask as I am a perfectionist and can be very difficult but these guys have really smashed it out the park. Thank you TH Electrical Charlie Luke Joe 5*

We were recommended Luke, by a local builder. He came for the quote, was clear about price, happy to discuss our queries over the phone whenever we called. We were also happy to trust him with our house key. He completed a full re-wire, power to the garage. Very clean and tidy worker, always cleared up after work. We would easily recommend Luke to anyone requesting and electrician.

Outstanding work. Polite, smart and professional. Highly recommended.

I was greeted by Luke and Joe who arrived promptly to the job. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the job with great attention to detail. What impressed me most was their commitment to safety and making sure everything was done properly. They left the work area spotless, definitely recommend.

Contacted Luke and TH electrical through a recommendation. Luke visited me promptly to access the work to be done, and followed it up quickly with a quote. Very professional in the way this is delivered via email together with the invoice on completion of the work. Luke and Joe arrived on time as promised, were extremely quick efficient and tidy. The icing on the cake was that because of there efficiency I was able to get into London today in my black cab and work on a day I had written off ( tube strike day as well so double busy ) Well done guys - great job 👍

Highly recommended. Luke and Charlie are both very polite and professional. They came round to run some electrical tests and test the Mains supply on my first property purchase. Both were very clean and tidy. Very competitive on the price too! Would definitely use them again and would also recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Luke

We received an excellent service from Luke recently, who quoted us a fair price for 2 jobs. Quote was done quickly and Luke completely the work quickly in less than half a day. We were delighted with the quality and finish of Luke’s work and would highly recommend using him for any work. Communication was clear and Luke would respond quickly via what’s app and email

Totally professional and reliable service - these guys are very good indeed!

Very impressed by how communicative and responsive the team were. So refreshing to work with a company who makes things so straightforward. Looking forward to working with TH again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Luke is absolutely brilliant. We have had several new light fittings installed. The LED strip lights on our staircase are very special. Professional, good communication and high quality work. Thank you

Our down lights in our hall have been temperamental for years. We eventually decided to get a professional to sort it. We're so glad we contacted Luke to fix the issue. He was polite, fixed the problem quickly and throughly cleaned the area before leaving. Our dark hallway has been transformed! We'll definitely be using TH Electrical again and whole-heartedly recommending to our friends. I've attached before and after photos to this review. Alex

Luke and Charlie did a fantastic job on my very old and unreliable electrics in the house. I am happy with work 5 months later. They were professional, reliable and made me feel reassured. I have booked them again to do the lighting in the home.

Had a really good experience with Luke, made all the works incredibly stress free and easy, also found him very reasonably priced. Will be using again in the future.

Excellent Service and Professionalism! We have been using TH Electrical for all our electrical work at Ditton Community Centre for a year now, and we couldn't be more impressed! From the very beginning, Charlie and Luke were prompt, courteous, and incredibly professional. They took the time to fully assess our needs and provided clear, detailed explanations of the work required. The jobs have been completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to our operations. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident throughout the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and will certainly be calling them for future electrical needs. Highly recommended for any commercial electrical work – they are reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with!

Highly recommend. EV charger installed & some switches & sockets. Knowledgable, very professional, quiet & extremely clean & tidy. Very easy to deal with too. Will recommend to all friends & family.

Luke & Charlie helped install my kitchen and did a fab job. Would recommend.

Did all our electrical work for a kitchen refit. Installed new Consumer Unit, lights, sockets and electrical appliances. Really nice guys. Professional and respectful of our home. Listened to what we wanted and put themselves out to attend a minor problem out of hours. Very reliable. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Had the TH electrical team round to re wire my downstairs and what a great company to deal with nothing was to much trouble and cleaned up after themselves will definitely be using them again

Luke and Charlie were incredibly professional and reliable. Work including re-wiring, new lighting, kitchen installation and laying cables to the summer house. Very prompt at responding to queries and questions

We recently had our old electrics completely rewired by TH Electrical, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very professional and competent —they handled everything with care and kept us informed throughout the process. They worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and left everything clean and tidy. It’s such a relief to have safe, modern wiring now. Highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done—top-notch service! Couldn't recommend enough!

We recently had a significant extension to our Community College reception and this became a far more complex electrical job than first anticipated. Luke & Charlie worked with us to sort our existing supply issues as well as installing power and lighting that continues to give our visitors “the wow factor”. Hugely professional, hugely helpful @ hugely amenable! 10/10

Top-notch professional work from Luke and Charlie - their service from start to finish was exemplary!

Charlie Hadley did a great job with my hall lights today replacing all the lights on my hall and explained clearly what was wrong and cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of my space.

Upon his retirement, Andy Payne, an excellent electrician himself, referred to me Luke. Both are cut from the same cloth….professional, prompt, honest and courteous. Luke and his team recently repaired my garden lights. Turned up on time, left the place as good as they found it, and did so at reasonable cost. Thanks Luke.

This is the first time I’ve used TH Electrical, excellent service. Good, prompt communication throughout and they have been brilliant. I don’t think I’ll ever use a different company now to complete electrical works. Luke and Charlie are both is professional, friendly, polite and reasonably priced. We recently bought a 1970 property which had several major issues with the electrics due to the age and the fuse board. Whilst we renovated we had a fully re wire throughout, new fuse board relocated and wiring circuits added ready for when we extend. Whilst the works were being completed the team used plenty of dust sheets, moved our big heavy furniture out the way to be able to chase the walls for the new cables. They even had an impressive wall chaser and hoover attachment which collected most of the dust. On completion of the works they thoroughly tested the circuit and issued me a part P certificate. We would have no hesitation in recommending they to anyone. Kind regards Claire.

Did a great job. Very friendly and thorough and although I had a few very awkward problems with my existing wiring, they solved it all. Happy customer! 👍

Luke and charlie do all my electrical work, They are always very professional and do the best job possible!! Also very competitive with prices. I don't use anyone else anymore. 5*

Luke & Charlie came in to sort out a whole load of electrical jobs for us in our new home. There was a lot to do as the previous owner hadn't really done much and there were all sorts of things which needed doing. A LOAD of extra plug sockets, identification of mystery boxes (old burglar alarm, old cabling for phones etc) and more power needed in the garage. Both Luke and Charlie did a super neat job (they even compete in writing competitions - didn't know such a thing existed). They were cheerful, positive courteous and really efficient. Really pleased to have found them.

Fantastic, could not fault, Charlie was a legend, would 100% use again

Excellent service from Luke. Sorted electrics in garage. Quick and efficient

Arrived when they were meant to, always do our work to a high standard and at a good price as well

TH Electrical are a 100% professional and reliable Company. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time and did a great job installing our new consumer unit, EV point, lights and sockets. A big thank you to Luke and Charlie.

Luke came round to fit an extractor fan and a couple of down lights. He was polite and efficient and had the job done in good time. He was also tidy and I found him to be competitively priced too. Would use him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Luke and Charlie were polite and professional and did a great job of moving a couple of sockets, chanelled in light switches and fitted a ceiling light my old home. The job was done well and for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks to you both.

High quality work. Recommended.

Recently had some small electrical works done, both Luke and Charlie were excellent, kept me informed throughout, very clean and professional. Would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable!

Excellent install of electrics at Kent canine hydrotherapy centre. Great communication, site always left tidy and project finished on time.

We brought a house this year that had many bodged electrical jobs done. We called TH electrical who came out to view the list of jobs we had for them and we got a quote the same day. We are really happy with the work that has been carried out. The guys were really approachable and we could ask any questions we had. Really happy would 100% recommend them.

I’ve used this company twice now. Firstly to install new ceiling lights in my front room which was completed professionally, Charlie the electrician was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some sound advice regarding some other future work we require. Most recently we entrusted a valuable vintage lamp to Charlie for a complete rewiring which he has completed making us very happy that is now safe to use and looks amazing.

Such a professional and reasonably priced job luke carried out to power my summer house building with lights and sockets. Great at his job will use again.

Very professional & courteous. Shown photos before & after explaining the problem. Very happy to recommend this company

I recently had a lighting fault in my home and called in TH Electrical to help. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. Luke quickly identified the issue and explained what needed to be done in simple terms. He had all the necessary parts and tools on hand, so the repair was completed smoothly and efficiently. My lighting is now working perfectly, and I’m very pleased with the service. I Highly recommend TH Electrical for any electrical work!”

We had luke round on the 22nd of oct 2 fit 2 interior fan lights and 2 outside security lights..He was very efficient, professional and very friendly.I totally recommend his services and shall be using him in the future….

I’ve recently used TH Electrical for a job that needed doing. Luke & Charlie arrived well presented, on time and assured me the work being carried out would be to a great standard, and that it was! They made sure to leave the place tidy and even went as far as hoovering. A very hardworking, respectful, honest and fair pair. They will be my first point of call from now on!

TH Electrical are first rate professionals that not only completed the initial network wiring project to connect 6 externally mounted Ethernet cameras, 2 internally mounted Wifi Access Points, and 2 power sockets exactly as spec'd. ... but wait, there's more...they did not hesitate when the scope was expanded to include the installation of 10 recessed lights along with dimmers that replaced pendant lamps in 3 rooms. All of the work was accomplished in one, albeit long day with grace, tidiness, and attention to detail that I've rarely seen. The network termination area shown in the photo below did not exist until it was created by TH Electrical. It also supported the Internet fiber connection equipment. Brilliant!

We have used Luke many times, and the service has always been outstanding. He is a very friendly and polite presence to have around the house, and is the best at what he does. I can't recommend him enough. In fact, I've gone ahead and told many of my friends to use him as he's the best electrician in the area, bar none!

Luke fitted a double electric socket for us. He arrived on time, was very respectful and friendly. He explained the work that needed to be carried out, along with answering some questions we had. The new socket is very tidy, we are very happy with the work he did. I would highly recommend Luke and TH Electrical.

Having used Luke previously for a small job, when I needed a Hot Tub installed, there was only one call to make! Sadly, Luke, who had been magnificent previously, was going on holiday (how inconsiderate, I should knock a star off for that alone :-)), he arranged for Charlie to visit and do the job. Charlie was everything you want from a tradesman, arrived on time, honest, well presented, friendly, explained in great detail what he was going to be doing and why he was going to be doing it. Overcame a few challenges quickly while again, explaining every step of the way. Cleaned up after himself and left the job looking good. I would recommend TH Electrical to anyone! They are genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Honest, hardworking and likeable!

Luke fitted an outside socket for me and did a great job, thanks Luke.

I’ve just had an electric vehicle charger installed! I’m very pleased with the service and work they have done! Very lovely people would definitely recommend.

Luke and Charlie are very honest guys who are very knowledgeable. Extremely reliable, great problem solving at a reasonable cost. Came quickly when in need and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. Would use again in the future.

Had issues with my oven which Charlie fixed in no time! Very polite and helpful, would definitely recommend and use again!

Luke fitted a couple of outside lights in the garden. Did a great job, would highly recommend and sure to use him again if we need any electrical work.

Was very polite and informative the whole time and am very pleased with the work completed. Many thanks!!
