Fast and efficient

I had a persistent fuse-tripping problem at the house which knocked out my deep freeze, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. I had to run an extension cord from a working socket to the kitchen just to keep things going. Two electricians assessed the problem and said they would get back to me, but neither ever did. Darren and his team arrived at the property and tackled the issue with enthusiasm, dedication, and skill. They worked tirelessly to identify and resolve the problem, and their professionalism was outstanding throughout. I could not rate them highly enough.

We lost all power to our downstairs sockets so needed help urgently. ElectriServe arrived within an hour and found the fault which was an insect infestation and damp shorting out a conservatory socket we didn’t know we had. We would never have found this fault ourselves. Excellent diagnosis and repair service. Also identified two failing components and will return to replace. All this with a very pleasant manner and a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Nick replaced a worn kitchen socket and also installed a new circuit from our consumer unit and used it to power 3 metal clad double sockets in our garage. Communication was excellent before and during the job. He was pleasant and friendly , showed great attention to detail and he tidied up at the end of the job. The price paid was as per his quotation ie no hidden extras. All in all we would have no hesitation in using Electriserve again or recommending him to others.

We have had consistent issues with our LED strip lighting in our living room - large installation (c.30m of strips) on a dimmer switch, with a very messy structure. Had two electricians come previously, the first said it was the light switch (changed and broke again), the second changed one of the LED drivers (switch broke again). Nik came in, (on time!), diagnosed the issue, recommended the best course of action and gave me the quote. He was patient, installed it, and always open to questions. He's professional, not a pushy salesman, and flexible. Always sanitised his hands, wore his face mask, and was clean and tidy. After years of searching I have finally found my go to electrician! Great job all round, couldn't be happier.

They replaced my fire and smoke detector. A fantastic service, thoroughly conscientious and competent. I will recommend them to everyone for anything related to electrical fire safety and indeed anything else. The electrician went above and beyond to check that I had all the info I needed.

Never trust youtube when they say I can single handedly take off chandeliers and wall lights! I was on a ladder whilst holding a chandelier hanging from the ceiling and no way to disconnect it and no way to move. Luckily I had my phone in my pocket.. I called this company and explained the situation .. they sensed the panic in my voice and sent someone to me in 15 mins. He not only took down two chandelier and 8 wall lights .. he also flagged that the current state of the wire / connection wasn't safe and proceeded to make them all safe for me! Thank you again! You honestly saved me! I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Nik took my call on a Saturday morning and visited during the afternoon to fit a new cooker socket. Very professional and efficient service with a smile. Great to have a local contact in E16 for other works and would recommend.

I wish there were more stars to allocate, but unfortunately not. ElectriServe has re-wired my whole house in 2015 and can confidently say even now 2016 " They are very very very good ". I remember calling Nick sometime in February 2016 regarding a socket not working, he was at my place in a flash and realized an handyman I called sometime ago had tampered with the socket. ElectriServe fixed this without collecting a penny. ElectriServe is a great company and will 100% recommend them to anyone / everyone.
